为了帮助员工安全正确的使用数字万用表，确保员工的人生安全和控制作业的规范一致性。
2、范围
适用于公司所使用的数字万用表。
3、操作前注意事项:
3.1将ON/OFF开关置于ON位置，检查9V电池。如果电池电压不足，“”将显示在显示器上。 这时应更换电池后方能使用该仪表。
3.2测试笔插孔旁边的“”符号表示输入电压不应超过说明书规定的数值，这是为了保护内部线路免受损伤。
3.3测试前应将功能开关置于你所需要的量程位置。
3.4切勿在功能开关置于 位置时测量电压或电流。
3.5切勿测量高于地电位1000V的直流电压或700Vd的交流电压，以确保人身安全。
3.6在测量高电压时，注意不要接触被测电路或未使用的仪表端子。 3.7测量高压或大电流时，为避免烧坏开关，应在切断电源情况下，变换量限 3.8测未知量的电压或电流时，应先选择最高数，待第一次读取数值后，方可逐
渐转至适当位置以取得较准读数并避免烧坏电路。

4、电阻的测量:
将万用电表档位开关旋至‘Ω’档相对应量程,不清楚被测元件电阻大小时可从高档位开始,将红表笔插入‘VΩ’插孔,黑表笔插入‘COM’插孔,然后将表笔接至被测元件两端测量。如果显示1则表示超出量程,要换用更高量程。
5、 电压的测量:
5.1直流电压测量:将黑色表笔插入COM插孔，红色表笔插入V/Ω/F插孔。将功能开关置于所需的V量程位置，并将测试笔连接到待测电源或负载上，红色表笔所接端的极性将和电压值同时显示在显示器上。在不清楚被测电压高低时同样从高档位开始测试。
5.2交流电压测量:将黑色表笔插入COM插孔，红色表笔插入V/Ω/F插孔。将功能开关置于所需的V,量程位置，并将测试笔连接到待测电源或负载上，从显示器上读取测量结果。在不清楚被测电压高低时同样从高档位开始测试。 6、电流的测量:将万用表档位开关旋至‘A’档位适当量程处,黑表笔插入‘COM’插孔,红表笔插入 ‘mA/20A’插孔,当电流超过200mA时,插入20A插孔; 当电流小于200mA时,插入mA插孔。将表笔串接到电路中测量。
7、二极管的测量:将万用表档位开关旋至二极管测量档位,红表笔插入‘VΩ’插孔,黑 表笔插入‘COM’插孔,在将表笔接入被测元件2端测量。
8、测量完成后，切断万用表电源,取下测试线收好，将仪表放回贮存柜。 9、异常处理:操作中发生异常情形应立即或切断电源，反馈设备管理人员。
