县推进质量振兴工作实施方案 为深入贯彻落实科学发展观，从产品质量、服务质量、工程质量、环境质量四个方面提升我县整体质量水平，提高经济发展质量，增强市场竞争力，确保质量振兴各项目标任务顺利完成，根据《**县人民政府关于推进质量振兴的实施意见》(**政发〔2011〕60号)(以下简称《意见》)精神，特制定本实施方案。 一、主要任务 (一)全面开展推进质量振兴工作。各乡镇、部门单位要切实加强推进质量振兴工作的组织领导，建立相应工作机制，将推进质量振兴列入重点工作内容，在认真总结质量兴县活动经验、巩固活动成果的基础上，充实扩展并制定推进质量振兴工作方案，明确工作目标、措施、方法、步骤、职责，强化政策措施，建立长效机制，全面组织实施。2011年底前，全县全面开展推进质量振兴工作。(牵头单位:各乡镇;配合单位:各有关部门单位) (二)积极推进品牌战略。以重点产品、优势产品和特色产品以及市场占有率高、发展空间大、符合国家产业结构调整方向的产品，作为培育创建名牌的主要对象。至2015年，争创1个中国名牌或中国驰名商标，力争1-2户企业获得省政府质量奖，争创3-5个 省名牌产品和 省著名商标，品牌产品对工业增加值的贡献率、企业整体素质和管理水平明显提升。(牵头单位:县质监局、县工商局;配合单位:红沙岗工业集聚区管委会、县工信局) (三)大力实施标准化战略。以全面提升产品质量、工程质量、环境质量和服务质量水平为目标，加快标准制订修订和升级，构建科学、完整、先进的标准化体系，充分发挥标准化对提升经济发展整体质量水平的先导作用。 recovery and treatment in a timely manner.
