人工椎板在治疗腰椎间盘突出症、腰椎管狭窄症及胸腰椎骨折等脊柱疾病的临床疗效;方法:回顾性分析2011年4月-2012年8月的40例腰椎间盘突出症、腰椎管狭窄症、及胸腰椎骨折患者采用人工椎板的治疗效果。结果:全部病历获得5-15个月随访,平均10个月,其中30例痊愈,5例基本缓解,5例有效,痊愈率75%,有效率100%,其中2例出现伤口浅

感染,换药后愈合。1例出现排斥反应,复查X线片示人工椎板与骨接触面界限消失,完全愈合。结论:人工椎板在治疗脊柱疾病中的疗效较为显著,安全性较高,能有效的预防术后瘢痕粘连,重建脊柱结构。

Abstract: Objective: to analyze the clinical effect of artificial vertebral lamina in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation, lumbar spinal stenosis, and thoracic and lumbar fractures and spinal diseases; methods: a retrospective analysis of 40 cases of lumbar in 2011 April -2012 year in August the protrusion of the intervertebral disc, lumbar spinal canal stenosis, and the thoracic and lumbar spine were treated by artificial vertebral fractures. Results: all cases were followed up for 5-15 months, average 10 months, of which 30 cases were cured, 5 cases of basic relief, effective in 5 cases, the cure rate was 75%, efficiency of 100%, including 2 cases of superficial wound infection, healed after dressing change. 1 cases of rejection, X-ray showed artificial vertebral lamina and the bone contact surface boundaries disappear, completely healed. Conclusion: the curative effect of artificial vertebral lamina in the treatment of spinal diseases are more significant, high safety, can effectively prevent postoperative scar, reconstruction of spinal structure.
