Only concerns E90 with N46 仅涉及E90 N46车型. Cause 原因 The causes are the cylinder head or VVT mechanism. 原因为气缸盖或者VVT机械装置. Measure 措施 1,check carbon deposite of pistons, if it is heavy, please disconnect fuel supply pipe and clean it with 2 bottlesTUNAP. After using 1 bottle of TUNAP, please switch off engine for 30mins, then use second bottle. 1:检查活塞上的积炭,如果积炭比较多,拆下汽油供油管利用2瓶TUNAP清洗.使用1瓶TUNAP后,熄火30分钟,然后再使用第二瓶清洗. 2, Program DME with 30.0.1 or latest version. DME with automatic transmission should be 7588262; with manual transmission should be 7588260. If DME software is updated to different number, please go to Retrofitting list to choose "HFM add on" job and proceed 2; 用V30.0.1或最新的版本编程DME,自动变速器的DME版本应该升级到7588262. 手动变速器的DME应该升级到7588260.如果DME软件将升级为其它的号码,取消升级,在加装目录中选择”添加HFM”然后继续升级工作. 3, carry out VVT rework job. Please refer attached file. 3: 执行重新拆装VVT工作,请参考下面的照片1. 4, adjust VVT lift to 0.3mm and learn its limitation position. If VVT is adjusted to 0.8mm, the sympton occurs more offen. 4. 调节VVT升程到0.3mm 并且学习VVT系统限位.要是VVT调节到0.8mm,这个症状会经常发生. 5, engine idle speed should be ajusted as low as possible in Block 1 (700rpm) and Block 2 (800). The actual idle speed could be 800-850rpm.. 5: 发动机怠速应调节尽可能的低,组1(700rpm 无负载怠速),组2(800rpm 加负载怠速). 发动机实际怠速为800-850rpm/min. 6, delete engine adaptation value then drive the car for about 30 mins. 6. 删除发动机调校值,然后执行路试大约30分钟. 7, if above measure doesn't help, then print cylinder head production date. It should be like attached format. creat a new PuMA case. 7. 如果上述的措施无效,那么就拍下气缸盖的生产日期.就像附件中的格式一样,然后提交一个PUMA case.
