浅谈中学生素质评价 摘要:从转变教师观念和家长观念、重视学生的主体地位、采用激励性语言等方面入手，建立科学评价体系。使学生在学习过程中不断体验进步与成功，认识、完善自我，建立自信，促进学生综合素质的全面健康的发展。 关键词:新课程理念;学生素质综合评价; 科学教育评价 随着素质教育和课程改革的不断深人，对学生的评价方法也随之发生根本性的变革。因此，对学生进行素质综合评价就成为教育教学工作的重要组成部分。建立科学的评价体系，通过科学的评价，可使学生在学习过程中不断体验进步与成功，认识自我，完善自我，建立自信，从而促进学生综合素质的全面发展。而且，通过对学生实施素质综合评价，可以促进教师素质和品德的提高，促使教师更加适应素质教育。在对学生进行素质综合评价的过程中，我不断地尝试和探索，积累了以下几点经验。 一、 转变教师观念 教师是学生素质综合评价的组织者和实施者，实施学生素质综合评价，关键是转变教师的观念。教师只有认清了素质教育及课程改革的形势，更新评价观念，认识到素质教育应面向全体学生，是坚持教育机会的平等原则，是对每个学生寄予成才希望，唤起他们的自信心和进取心，才能更好地去组织及实施素质教育综合评价，才能彻底丢掉以成绩论高低、以师生的主观印象为评价 内容 财务内部控制制度的内容财务内部控制制度的内容人员招聘与配置的内容项目成本控制的内容消防安全演练内容 的评价方式，才能使素质教育综合评价之路越走越宽，不断完善和提高。 二、转变家长观念 实施素质教育是一场深刻的社会变革，是基础教育全方位的整体性改革。作为对学生的评价方式，家长历来所认可及重视的就是以学习的分数来衡量孩子的好坏，因此，要实行素质教育综合评价，取消对学习成绩的百分制而变为等级制，取消一次性评价而变为“形成性评价+综合性评价”，使家长转变观念。只有这样，家长才能够理解、支持、达到全面配合，我们的素质教育综合评价工作才能顺利进行。 我曾经教过这样一个女学生，她上课听讲认真，回答问题积极，各方面 表 关于同志近三年现实表现材料材料类招标技术评分表图表与交易pdf视力表打印pdf用图表说话 pdf 现都非常积极，但由于她父亲传统思想根深蒂固，总认为只有考试成绩高才能证明自己孩子学习好，所以她背上了很重的思想包袱，以至于只要一有测试她就紧张，成绩总不太好。家长看到这种成绩总是怒不可遏，就暴打孩子，于是孩子就更加紧张，结果造成了恶engineering construction and acceptance specification for 5 GB50275-98 compressor, fan and pump installation engineering construction and acceptance specification for lifting 6 HG20201-2000 construction installation engineering construction standard 7, HG ...
