电容屏的原理电容式触摸屏在触摸屏 低压操作规程 Operation Manual for 1x1800REOZM@400V 根据现场使用需要,分两种工作模式,按操作步骤制定了以下的操作规程: This Operation Manual is defined step by step according to two operation mode on site separately. 一(PVC ?先期开车工作模式 Mode 1 PVC? Original Stage 1. QF1,QF2,QF3之间的ATS功能解除,处于完全独立的手动模式; The function of the auto transfer switch between QF1, QF2,QF3 is released under this mode. The three circuit breakers are absolutely independent. 2. 手动断开QF2和QF3,手动闭合QF1,此时BUS?母线送电; Manually open the circuit breaker (CB) QF2 and QF3, manually close the circuit breaker (CB) QF1. Then U1 provide power to BUS I. 3. 检查发电机的机油液位,防冻液液位,电池电压和燃油液位,在发电机本体控制屏上 把状态选择开关旋至“AUTO”位置,今后将保持此位置不变; Check the oil level, coolant level, fuel level and battery voltage of the DG and make sure they are within the correct limitation. Turn the mode select switch to “AUTO” position on the DG local cabinet. The position of this switch should NOT be changed during the future operation except that special usage. 4. 打开发电机控制柜柜门,合上8CBF,8CBP,8CB1,8CB2,8CB3和8CB4空开,此时, 柜体内照明灯点亮(开门状态下),LCD显示屏点亮,今后将保持此位置不变。如环 境温度低于5?,把旋转开关TS旋至“开”位置,此时,控制柜加热器工作。如环境相 对湿度大于80%,合上8CBH空开,此时,电机除湿加热器工作。 Open the front door of the Generator Control Panel(GCP). Close the circuit breaker 8CBF,8CBP,8CB1,8CB2,8CB3 and 8CB4, then, the florescent light is up(when the door is opening), the LCD display( touch screen) is up. The status of these four CB should NOT be changed during the future operation except that special usage. If the environmental temperature is below to 5?, turn the “TS” switch to “ON” position to switch on the control panel heater. If the environmental relative humidity is up to 80 percent, close the circuit breaker 8CBH to switch on the alternator heater. 5. 在发电机控制柜触摸屏上手动闭合QF4; Manually close QF4 on the touch screen of the GCP. 6. 在控制柜上把发电机状态选择开关旋至“MAN”位置,发电机在延时(0-60秒可调)后启 动; Turn the mode select switch “1E” to “MAN” position on the GCP. The engine will start after a delay. The delay time can be set from 0 to 60s in the PLC program or the DG controller?s program. 7. 在控制柜上旋转空开控制旋钮至“1”位置并弹回,或在发电机控制柜触摸屏上手动闭合 QF5,此时QF5空开闭合,发电机带载; When the DG runs steadily, turn the Circuit Breaker Control Switch of „OPEN- NOR- CLOSE?(69) to „CLOSE? and hold a second until QF5 closes, OR, push the “QF5 close” button on the touch screen of the GCP to close the CB QF5. Then, the DG is on load. 8. 此时的状态为,电源U1向BUS?送电,发电机向BUS?及E-BUS送电; The present status shall be like this: The grid U1 provide power to BUS I, the DG provide power to E-BUS and BUS II. 9. 如果电源U1故障,系统不做切换,发电机在完成应急负荷的供电要求后,旋转空开 控制旋钮至“2”位并弹回,或在发电机控制柜触摸屏上手动断开QF5,此时QF5空开 断开,机组卸载。再旋转发电机状态选择旋钮至“STOP”位置,发电机在冷却5分钟 后自动停机; At this time, if grid U1 failed, the main circuit breaker system will not act. After the DG complete providing emergency supply, turn the DG mode select switch “1E” to “STOP” position, as a result, CB QF5 will be opened automatically, then the DG will stop after cooling time. 10. 电源U1恢复后,从第6步开始操作至第8步结束; When the grid U1 recover, operate from step 6 to step 8 to recover system power providing. 11. 如果发电机故障,关闭所有非应急负荷,发电机控制柜触摸屏上手动断开QF5,手动 闭合QF3,保证应急负荷的供电要求; If the DG has malfunction, switch off all the loads but the emergency, manually open the CB QF5, then manually close the CB QF3 to provide emergent load by grid U1. 12. 待发电机故障排除,手动断开QF3,从第6步开始操作至第8步结束。 After the DG?s malfunction is cleared, manually open the QF3, then operate from step 6 to step 8 to recover system power providing. 二(主工作模式 Mode 2 Normal Condition 1( 正常运行工况: 1. U1 and U2 are available (1) U1和U2电源正常,QF1,QF2和QF4闭合,QF3,QF5断开,ATS置于自动模 式。此时,U1和U2分别给BUS?和 BUS ?,E-BUS送电; QF1,QF2 and QF4 are all closed, QF3 and QF5 are open, While the ATS is under the “AUTO” mode. At this time, U1 provide power to BUS?, while U2 provide power to BUS ?and E-BUS. (2) 检查发电机的机油液位,防冻液液位,电池电压和燃油液位,在发电机本体控 制屏上把状态选择开关旋至“AUTO”位置,今后将保持此位置不变; Check the oil level, coolant level, fuel level and battery voltage of the DG and make sure they are within the correct limitation. Turn the mode select switch to “AUTO” position on the DG local cabinet. The position of this switch should NOT be changed during the future operation except that special usage. The DG will be under the standby status to check the voltage of BUS? and BUS ? real-timely. 2. 工作电源U1(U2)失电: Either U1 or U2 is failed: (1) 当U1(U2)电源故障时,ATS自动切换,首先断开故障电源QF1(QF2),确认另 一路电源U2(U1)正常时,自动闭合QF3; When U1(U2) is failed, ATS transfer automatically to switch off the CB QF1(QF2),and then, switch on the CB QF3. (2) QF4,QF5维持原有状态不变; QF4 and QF5 hold their position. (3) 柴油发电机不启动; DG does not start. (4) 当故障电源恢复后,手动断开QF3; After the failed grid U1 (U2) recovers, manually open the CB QF3. (5) 手动闭合QF2(QF1),恢复到正常供电状态。 Manually close the QF2(QF1)to recover system power providing. 3. 工作电源U1,U2均失电: Both U1 and U2 are failed (1)当两路工作电源U1,U2均故障时,ATS自动切换,首先自动断开故障电源断路 器QF1和QF2, QF3维持断开状态; When both U1 and U2 are failed, ATS transfer automatically to switch off CB QF1 and QF2, while CB QF3 holds its open position. (2)柴油发电机在检测到所有工作电源失压后,经延时(0-60秒可调)后自动启动, 同时自动断开QF4; The DG starts automatically after a preset delay (0-60s) while QF4 opens automatically. (3)发电机运行稳定后,QF5自动合闸,此时,由发电机给E-BUS进行应急供电, 其它母线(BUS?和BUS ?)均失电; After the DG runs steadily, QF5 is closed automatically to provide power from DG to the E-BUS, while the BUS?and BUS ? are out of power. (4)当工作电源恢复后,首先手动闭合QF1(此时如果聚合釜仍处于反应过程中,请 根据工艺要求选择QF1的合闸时机),给BUS?供电,此时发电机检测到母线电 压恢复,延时后将自动断开QF5,经5分钟冷却后自动停机,进入自动备用状态。 When the grid recover, manually close the CB QF1 to provide power to the BUS ?(Note: If the polymerization kettle is still in the process of chemical reaction, the operation of QF1 closing must be according to the technical requirements), the CB QF5 will be opened automatically after the DG check out the voltage on the BUS?is available, and then, the DG will stop automatically after cooling time and return to the standby status. (5)手动闭合QF2和QF4,恢复BUS?的供电。 Manually close the CB QF2 and QF4 to recover the power providing to the BUS? and E-BUS. 4. 柴油发电机带载测试工作模式: DG Test with Load: (1)检查发电机的机油液位,防冻液液位,电池电压和燃油液位,在发电机本体控 制屏上把状态选择开关旋至“AUTO”位置,今后将保持此位置不变; Check the oil level, coolant level, fuel level and battery voltage of the DG and make sure they are within the correct limitation. Turn the mode select switch to “AUTO” position on the DG local cabinet. The position of this switch should NOT be changed during the future operation except that special usage. (2)打开发电机控制柜柜门,合上8CBF,8CBP,8CB1,8CB2,8CB3和8CB4空开, 此时,柜体内照明灯点亮(开门状态下),LCD显示屏点亮,今后将保持此位 置不变。如环境温度低于5?,把旋转开关TS旋至“开”位置,此时,控制柜加 热器工作。如环境相对湿度大于80%,合上8CBH空开,此时,电机除湿加热 器工作; Open the front door of the Generator Control Panel(GCP). (3)在控制柜上把发电机状态选择开关(1E)旋至“MAN”位置,发电机在延时(0-60 秒可调)后启动; Turn the mode select switch “1E” to “MAN” position on the GCP. The engine will start after a delay. The delay time can be set from 0 to 60s in the PLC program or the DG controller?s program. (4)在发电机组控制柜的触摸屏上,选择“并机测试”, QF5将自动闭合,形成柴油 发电机与母线(Bus ?)并机测试; Push the “TEST with Load” button on the touch screen of GCP, CB QF5 will be closed automatically to synchronize with grid(BUS II). (5)在发电机控制柜触摸屏上设置发电机的机载功率(0—100%),注意,设置操 作时间应在60秒内; Set DG?s testing power(0—100%) on the touch screen of the GCP within 60 seconds. (6)QF4自动断开,DG按设置的机载功率加载测试; QF4 open automatically after 60s, while the DG is testing with load according to the preset value. (7)完成测试后,在触摸屏上选择“停止测试”,QF4自动闭合,柴油发电机与母 线(Bus ?)并网运行并自动卸载,随后QF5自动断开; To end the test, push the “STOP TEST” button on the touch screen, the DG will automatically synchronize with the grid (BUS II) and then QF4 closes to parallel them. Then the DG starts to unload, after that, QF5 will open automatically to disconnect the grid. (8)在控制柜上把发电机状态选择开关(1E)旋至“STOP”位置,发电机在冷却5 分钟后停机。 Turn the mode select switch “1E” to “STOP” position on the GCP, the DG will stop after 5 minutes cooling time.
