Plot Summaries of The Apprentice 5-6 In part 5, ATHENA and KOTU were asked to provide customer service as hoteliers in a luxury hotel, The Regency.In ATHENA, Tionne was the project manager, while in KOTU, Dennis took the responsibility of being a project manager and initially he seemed like in a strong fighting spirit state. When everybody started to walk into the hotel, they began to perform some essential work without hesitation. For instance, fitting the environment with some suitable items, cleaned the rooms and prepared the registration process. It was evident that all the people in ATHENA had a clear goal - after you knew your task and then just went ahead of it. I think Joan really tried her best in looking for guests, she is a competent, humorous and friendly woman, I consider the guests will have happy atmosphere while talking with her. In team Athena, women were unable to clean the room to meet the expected standard. I consider they had cleanliness. Joan did an excellent job as she managed to satisfy the customers with different sort of request. She did it very quickly and smartly. Annie was a kind waitress, she knew how to serve the customer well and she is friendly all the time, so the customers liked her so much. Tionne was a successful project manager. She was good at organizing and able to controls the whole team very well and minimized the error throughout the mission However in KOTU, Dennis organized them not so well. For him, he asked for alcohol many times. His erratic behavior was the main reason which caused KOTU had a weak start comparing to Athena. He just left the check-in desk unwilling to provide any room service to the guest. What he did was just drinking partway through the day and never bother to care about his own duty. Although Jesse had the same problem, he managed to control himself much better than him. As for Clint and Brian, they played a major role in the registration process. Sometimes, if Dennis left his position, they would communicate with the customers patiently and met the needs of clients as much as possible.It was no surprise Dennis had been "self- evacuated” from his position and then KOTU only had the chance to catch with Athena. Dennis, although he was a project manager, he didn’t do much for organizing and providing service. If he met some people who weren’t in a good temper, he would complain so much but never figures out how to solve the problem effectively. As for Trump said, “He let him down; he let himself down and his team down.” At last, ATHENA won again for the fourth times and KOTU had lost. This round, Dennis was voted out for the reason of his bad attitude. In the middle of show Trump even announced that he will fire Dennis even if Athene lost because he can’t tolerate Dennis erratic behavior anymore. From my point of view, Dennis will be a good player in any way if he would stop drinking. I really hope he can be the real Dennis instead of someone else who hides his true self deep within the heart. “It’s hard to change one’s nature”, Dennis naturally is a “bad boy”. He made his personal law for himself and the world. Brain had tried to give him some advice, but he fought back with him immediately without any regret, he was not responsible after all. Clint and Brain performed their task very well; they handle all the checked in and checked out carefully. Guests were able to feel the warm sensation from their smile. But Dennis behaviors made people dislike him so much. He stole away the cookies for guests only and got some alcohol to drink again. Unbelievably, he even took guests to make fun of them in the center of the city. Although other four teammates were tried to work hard and paid much effort, they still lost away 5 points thanks to Dennis. At first few hours, to my surprise, both teams were doing a great job, including Dennis himself. But things went into a terrible way after Dennis had a cup of wine. He assaulted his teammates and swaged off selfis hly. At the same time, women’s team had problems coming up one after another. The people from the 702 room had a party that night and kept making the different request which was considered quite troublesome. But I think girls handled them really well, and they did a good job. In fact, KOTU did have the chance to beat Athena in this round because they still able to achieve 86% of high score despite they had a weak start because of Dennis’s unstable behavior.Athena able to score 91% for their exceptional performance of customer service. Therefore, as the black sheep of KOTU, Dennis should learn how to control his terrible drinking behavior even though below the stage. E06 In episode 6, things turned out to be interesting where two groups have been told to mix up together.This was due to consecutive losses from KOTU and Trump decided to reshuffle them for the purpose of balancing.There was no men’s team or women’s team anymore. It seemed that Joan Rivers would fight with her daughter, KOTU’S project manager was Clint and Athena’s was Melissa. The new task awaiting them was they need to film a short video film containing product message. In Athena, things started in a difficult way. However, everything just turned out to be smoother after they got a rigid idea and know their role and job respectively. They were said to be well-managed, well-prepared, well cooperated. Honestly, the only element in the video that ATHENA lacking consideration was the end which it made the audience had a negative feeling of they were disrespect about layman and ordinary people.The word “midget” was considered as sensitive political term and should not appear in the video. In KOTU , there are so many disagreements as well. In short, this round did not have a winner because both teams contained some minor flaws in their viral video which were disqualified in the eye of Trump and audience. Although Clint was the project manager, his thoughts and plans couldn’t be easily accepted by all the members and lack of resonance. Especially for Joan Rivers, she almost denied Clint all the time without any mercy.However, he insisted on keep doing it, and the video turned out to be really awful.The main reason why KOTU’s video has been disqualified too because they did not really analyze how the detergent functioned in their commercial video.Moreover, Trump even took some of the features from the video and labelled it as “sexual content”. I think Athena did quite well in the sense of overall performance, and the ending was dramatic, none of them succeed. Trump needed to eliminate two participants. This time, the discussion was interesting although Joan expected Clint to be fired, Clint remained calm and in such a positive mood and asked Trump’s questions fluently. For me, basically, the viral v ideo’s qualification was quite high because it must conservative and family-friendly as well as comedic overall.Unfortunately, both teams had ignored those elements and included adult contents in their video. However, Khole did something wrong and put the sugar coat on her mistake all the time. She has been eliminated at last. The same problem also existed in ATHENA. Tionne did volunteer the comeback, and she exclaimed it without nervous. However, Trump thought this behavior had violated the rule of the game and finally she was also forced to leave the show as well. That’s Mr. Trump’s way, which literally controls everybody's fate and destiny instead of the so call "game rules".
