You’re hungry and want to get your favourite meal in the restaurant, but there are a queue of people reaching the door. Don’t worry--- in cyberworld, you can get your meal just in a few clicks. “ Shopping has never been so easy. With just a single click on your mouse, anything that you order online can be taken to your door soon,” said Bian Jing, who is twenty years old. She took part in an online survival competition held in Beijing. Each competitor had to go online and buy enough food and drinks to last them for 100 hours and used the little money given. “ I don’t want to spend too much time shopping, so I do it online rather than in an ordinary store,” said a girl from a middle school. “ It’s easy to find the things you want online as they have catalogues.” Shoppers who go online can also find lower prices and wider choices of things they want to buy. But many teachers and parents are worried that online shopping is becoming too popular. “ It’s not a good way for middle school students to spend their money,” said a teacher. “I don’t like them to shop online.” As all the students’ money is from their parents, it’s said that they aren’t ready to pay for what they have bought online. “ There’s also the danger that they’ll lose the money at some online stores,” one of the teachers said. Most parents, though, don’t want to pay the bills when their children spend too much on the Internet. “ I hate having to pay unexpected bills,” said one father. “ But my son always surprises me with them.” (  ) 31.Which of the statements is TRUE about Bian Jing? How to Shop Online B In the United States, the process of naming a school often involves parents and the public as well as elected school leaders. Reseachers say school names can show civic values and also shape them. For example, naming a school after a historic person becomes a way to teach students about that person’s importance in history. A new study examines the naming of American public schools. The study is from the Manhattan Institute. The study shows that fewer and fewer schools are being named after people. Instead, more schools are being named after the local area or natural features like hills, trees or animals. They looked at seven states with twenty percent of all public school students in the country. They found similar results in every starte: new schools are less likely to be named after people. This is true especially with presidents. For example, in Florida, out of almost three thousand public schools, the report says five honor George Washington,  the nation’s first president. Eleven honor the manatee,an endangered sea animal found in that state. School officials say they try to choose names that will not offend anyone. For example, a few years ago, the city of New Orleans banned the naming of any school after a person who owned slaves. Other school systems have rules against naming new schools after any person, living or dead. The researchers say naming a school after a person can lead to important debates about democratic values. They call for more research to identify the causes and effects of the changes in school nanmes. The causes may include changes in American culture as well as in the politial control of school systems. (  ) 36. The main idea of this passage is that _____. A. naming a school in th US involves a lot of thins B. local governments decide the names of schools C. fewer and fewer schools are named after people in the US D. naming schools after peole often results in debates (  ) 37.
