7以校长为第一责任人的学校食堂食品安全责任制 食堂食品安全校长第一责任人制度 第一条 为加强学校食品卫生管理，有效控制学校食物中毒及其它食源性疾患的发生，保障师生员工身体健康，根据《中华人民共和国食品卫生法》和《学校食堂与学生集体用餐卫生管理规定》，结合学校实际，制定本办法。 第二条 学校校长为学校食堂食品卫生安全管理工作第一责任人。校领导应把食品卫生安全工作列入学校重要议事日程，定期召开会议，专题研究食品卫生安全工作，建立健全各级管理责任制和责任追究制。 主管校领导对卫生行政部门或教育行政部门提出的整改意见，必须及时完成相关部门进行全面整改。 第三条 后勤部门在主管校领导的领导下，全面负责全校食堂食品卫生安全管理工作。学校设立专、兼职食品卫生监督管理人员，具体负责监督检查学校食品卫生安全，以及相关政策、措施及制度的落实，履行监督检查的职能。 第四条 学校保卫部门应对食堂等易发生食品卫生安全事故的场所加强安全保卫工作，严禁非相关岗位人员进入食堂的食品加工操作间及食品原料存入间等，严防投毒事件的发生，确保学生用餐安全。 第五条 学校以多种形式对学生进行宣传教育，教育学生不买街头无照、无证商贩出售的食品，不食用来历不明的可疑食物，增强学生食品卫生安全意识和自我保护能力。 development in order to protect a host of attractions and historical sites, as well as to maintain the economic vitality of the downtown area.
