近年来,都灵理工大学和中国的许多大学在教育和科研领域开展了不同层面的交流与合作。我所熟悉的项目有:由欧盟委员会主持并资助的"联系亚洲"项目;两国教育部主持参与的与上海同济大学联合成立的"中意学院";与上海交通大学、南京东南大学、北京邮电通讯大学、河南科技大学等大学签订的有关学生、学者互换和合作研究等项目。此外,都灵理工大学为帮助中国留学生学习还专门推出了许多创新性举措,如与意大利CRT银行基金会合作为中国留学生提供奖学金和语言培训等的"中国工程";依据家庭收入水平和学习成绩而确定学费和奖学金的EDISU,用英语讲授专业课程;对新入学学生的学习和生活进行汉语辅导;建立中文网页;等等。
