Security is taken care of with password protection. The password can be changed by the person who holds the administrator password. It is „the key?.
Pages are built by web designers and keep site look and feel. Then web designer adds custom edit tags to the html and saves the file into the web tools. The custom tags will surround the editable area on the page. Clients can then use the tool to edit this editable area from their browser on an internet connected computer. (Client is
responsible for any changes to formatting of the page after changing content.) Links to
these pages will be to one page with page name added to url..example: loadpage.asp?f=01
Editing of each page is the same except Feedback which will include a feedback recipient email address. (see diagram below)

Password protected login:

Dynawrite is put into production.
Once the user is logged in they will see the next screen.
This is the switchboard page. It allows navigation to all areas of the tool.
If you clicked Create/Update Page after selecting Newsletter you will see the following page displayed next
The required tags are included, they mark the area on the page where the editable area will be; include them in the applicable spot. You must allow tags to be in a properly formatted (HTML) area of the page.

, Copy the DynaWrite file into your root web directory. Then set or have your
website administrator set permissions like the following screenshot.
Permissions on the DynaWrite directory should be set like this:
Copy the DynaWrite folder into the root web site directory. DO NOT put anything else
in the DynaWrite folder and DO NOT change any of the content of the files. Below is an image of a sample directory to illustrate the modified image paths you will need to use in any HTML images you will use in the DynaWrite pages.
If for example, you wanted the Newsletter_Logo1.gif image on your Newsletter page, within the DynaWrite editor you would use the HTML
If you wanted to use Newsletter_Logo_2.gif you would use HTML

The feedback email responder contains no content filters. However it will only allow a user to send one email per loading of the feedback page and requires that some feedback has been entered…not blank.
