创充分就业社区汇报材料 关注困难群体 促进充分就业 ——锦旺社区创建市级“充分就业社区”汇报材料 锦旺社区成立于2002年10月～位于古今中外闻名的瘦西湖畔～面积0.5平方公里～总户数1503户～人口5328人。社区现有常住居民3455人～暂住人口500人。 为了全面构建和谐社区～贯彻落实好新一轮就业再就业政策～充分发挥社区在促进就业尤其是帮扶援助就业困难群众再就业中的前沿阵地作用～促进就业再就业工作～破解群众生产生活困难。今年锦旺社区在区委、区政府的正确领导下和劳动保障局的具体指导下～全面启动了“充分就业社区”创建活动。在创建工作中～以实现充分就业为目标～创新思路～强化 措施 《全国民用建筑工程设计技术措施》规划•建筑•景观全国民用建筑工程设计技术措施》规划•建筑•景观软件质量保证措施下载工地伤害及预防措施下载关于贯彻落实的具体措施 ～充分发挥社区的积极性和创造性～把潜在的就业机会转化为现实的就业岗位～使辖区内有劳动能力和就业愿望的失业人员实现充分就业～创建工作取得了阶段性成效。截止目前为止我社区登记下岗、失业人员190人～就业困难人员24人～初始创业补贴2家～“零就业家庭”2户。通过全体社区工作人员的共同努力～已实现再就业175人。同时社区建立了劳动就业台帐～并实施电脑化动态管理。我们的主要做法是: 一、加强领导确立一个目标，创建“充分就业社区”工作责任明确 performance, and drug treatment method, and diet therapy principles, and food hot card calculation and the implementation points; Chronic complications of diabetes mellitus diabetes ketoacidosis and hyperosmolar coma diagnosis and treatment; methods and significance of oral glucose tolerance test. Uherapy principles, and food hot card calculation and the implementation points; Chronic complications of diabetes mellitus diperformance, and drug treatment method, and diet t5 作人员采用公安部门提供户籍信息、上门走访、电话联系、查询社会保障参保信息等多种渠道～获取社区劳动者就业和失业状况信息～建立健全社区劳动者就业情况台帐～为创建工作奠定了扎实的基础。走访中～特别是对社区内就业困难人员～在实施日常动态管理的基础上～对其生活来源、个人技能、家庭成员、居住场所、就业愿望等方面的情况再次进行详细了解～进一步完善了“零就业”家庭、单亲及大龄失业人员基本台帐。针对在调查摸底中发现的“零就业”家庭、单亲及大龄失业人员等就业困难人员～逐一上门走访～根据被援助对象的实际～提供个性化的服务～很多社区的共建单位也纷纷献岗帮扶。 二是抓观念转变立“志”。通过调查～针对部分就业困难人员因过于挑剔造成至今难以就业的情况～社区及时对他们进行排查分析～实施分类指导援助～有针对性地做好一人一事的思想工作～帮助他们摒弃陈旧的就业观念～消除思想障碍。 三是抓技能培训强“技”。就业困难人员未能实现就业的原因是多方面的～但因缺少技能而未能就业的比重较大。社区以就业培训为抓手～按照市场需求～因人而异、因地制宜地开展技能培训～共有100多名失业人员参加了培训。对有创业意向和创业能力的失业人员～社区依托劳动所举办“创业培训班”～为25名就业困难的下岗失业人员免费进行 ing blood sugar common hormone hematuria concentration determinationrequire at least 30 cases.
