I am writing to complain about the digital camera of Sony 101 I purchased from your shop on Wednesday November 11. With the battery inserted and the film advanced properly, the camera performed well. So I was satisfied with it at first. However, after the camera was used for several times, I found that there was something wrong with the exposure counter winder. And the camera failed to work.
I’ve got so upset about it that I strongly demand that you replace the faulty product. I will appreciate your handling my case as soon as possible.
