校文明监察委员会章程 三峡电力职业学院 校文明监察委员文监会章程 第一章 总 则 三峡电力职业学院(以下简称电院)校文明监察委员会(简称文监会)是三峡电力职业学院学生的自治组织，在学院保卫处领导的指导下独立开展工作。 第一条:本会的宗旨是:服务同学、自我管理、自我提高。 第二条:本会的责任是:强化大学生的安全防范意识、树立青年学生自尊、自信、自强的形象。 第三条:本会的基本任务: (1)、充分发挥桥梁和纽带作用，疏通学院与同学之间的民主渠道，及时反映和阻止同学之间的矛盾。在维护党和国家利益、学校利益、本会利益的同时，维护全学院同学的具体利益。 (2)、遵循和贯彻党的教育方针及学院的精神，倡导和组织本会成员，服务同学、自我管理、开展有益丰富的文体活动和社会实践活动，提高同学综合素质。 (3)、维护校园秩序，营造良好的校园氛围，协助学校创建文明、安全 、和谐，校园环境。 (4)、加强与校内各有关单位的联系，争取广泛的支持加强兄弟学院组织联系，增进有谊交流 经验 班主任工作经验交流宣传工作经验交流材料优秀班主任经验交流小学课改经验典型材料房地产总经理管理经验 ，加强合作。 (5)、积极负责的完成上级布置的各项工作任务。 第四条 本会的一切活动以中华人民共和国宪法为最高准则。 第二章 组织机构与职权 第五条 校文明检查委员会按照民主集中制原则。 1) 本会的各级组织都要执行本会的决议，坚持个人服从集体，少数 服从多数，集体、领导和个人分工相结合的原则。 2) 本会的下级组织应如实向上级组织汇报情况，及时请示和汇报工 作。 第六条 校文明监察委员会机构职责。 第一款 校文明监察委员会常委会由主席、副主席、助理、秘书长组成，每 周至少召开一次会议，会议一般由文监会主席召开并主持。 第二款 文监会主席: (1) 主持召开文监会全体成员会议; practice activities implementation programme, and XX town party leadership party of mass line education practice activities rectification programme, and XX town carried out four wind aspects highlight problem special regulation implementation programme and XX town system construction plans,.
