It should totally realize the importance of psychological health of students. For example, school may employ psychological consultants to assist students to overcome some mental obstacles. As for us, we ought to relieve our pressure from our study wisely. We can listen to music to relax ourselves and do some part-time jobs to distract us from the mental problems. Almost school paid more attention to the students’ physical health and ignored their mental health. So special attention should be paid to the fact that students’ mental health is bringing great damage. On one hand, the talented students will lose the interest to study. On the other hand, the excellent students will lose the confidence to study and then tired of all things. Some of them may even committed suicide. Therefore, it is high time that we solved the problem as soon as possible. Many a way can be adopted to improve students’ mental health. first of all, schools can encourage students to learn something about mental health. It can make the students relax themselves when they are tired. In addition, the schools can also open the mental classes to educate the students. Moreover, we can improve the mental health by ourselves. We can listen to the music when we feel tired and we can relax ourselves by playing basketball when we don’t want to study. Schools surely should take effective measures to improve student’s mental health. firstly, schools can hold some crucial speeches on how to keep mental health and encourage students to acquire it. Secondly, in order to make students’ campus lives meaningful and colorful, more school activities of great sense should be held. Finally, it is necessary to give less burden to students and give them more spare time to do what they are really interested in. From what has discussed above, we should take part in some union activities and live a colorful life. According to parts of experts in America, mental health has drawn more and more attention among the society, ranging from children’s parent to education officials. On no account can we ignore this issue. To begin with, our schools should harbor more responsibilities and shoulder a mission to tackle it. A mass of effective solutions could be taken into effect, such as holding lectures to deliver the knowledge concerning mental health to our kids, or let out teachers step into students’ dormitory occasionally in order to find some students who has psychological symptoms timely. When it comes to our students, from my perspective, we should alert ourselves to enrich our minds with these mental health knowledge, not only for taking good care of ourselves, but also developing a kind of ability to help the people around us. In addition, by attending various campus activities and having a cheerful interactions with old fellows or new friends can benefit us to prevent ourselves from being stuck in mental disease.
