在近日举行的上海国际科学与艺术展上，一辆形似“甲壳虫”的迷你电动轿车出尽风头。走进发明者张海艇家才发现，这辆车不仅是一件别致展品，还拥有4项发明专利，更是实实在在的代步工具。 老张开车上路，已有一年多。碳排放量，是零。 老两口同坐“甲壳虫” 每天上下班，来回路程12公里，58岁的张海艇自驾“甲壳虫”，约耗时45分钟。“和电动自行车速度差不多，它属于‘升级版’。” 介绍起技术参数，老张如数家珍——长1.7米，宽1.18米，高1.34米，相当于轿车的四分之一;车厢前后设2把靠椅，如果家里有学龄前儿童，那么一家三口都坐进去也笃定;两台发动机，共700瓦;一次充电约6小时，可行驶50公里，时速上限30公里。 每周五，张海艇会载上老伴励顺英，去女儿家度周末。途中回头率几乎百分百，但每次下车时，必然口干舌燥。“因为感兴趣的人太多，我一路上要不停回答各种问题。” 造型迷你还可“防黑” 有人问:“小了一点，能做大吗,” “你别看它小，在工艺上一点也不比大车简单。要做到‘小而美’，其实更难。”张海艇解释，“迷你，有三大好处。一来，它可爱，讨人喜欢;二来，省材料，节约成本;第三，也是最重要的一点，这种造型还能‘防黑’。” 原来，老张考虑到，车子的成本较低、外形够酷，如果再做到和普通轿车一般大，容易被“黑车”司机盯上。“特地设计成两人坐，一看就知道是家庭用车，不可能用来非法营运。万一变成‘黑车’，它的前途就完了。” 尽管如此，张海艇去年还是碰到一次，有“黑车”司机主动兜生意，被他严词拒绝。 每个零部件都能配到 更多人问:“几钿一部,”老张答:“售价初定5600元。” 形似轿车，却卖电动车价，引发更多疑问。 “它就是一部四轮电动车。”张海艇说，区别电动车和轿车，关键在结构。“它采用前叉、后平叉结构，和自行车相似，利于控制成本，完全不同于轿车。”结构创新，是这辆车获得的4项发明专利之一。 选择零部件时，他追求性价比。流线型外壳由玻璃钢制成，方向盘“原配”是卡丁车，车轮借自电动自行车，所有零部件都能在普通汽配店配到，便于批量生产。 在拥屋装修一新;50岁后，陆续学会弹吉他、吹长笛，全凭看书自学。 挤而温馨的一室户里，他悠闲奏乐，总结出一套独特理论:“弹琴、吹笛子其 实和搞发明、做设计是相通的，都需要脑子活络、手法巧妙。玩乐器，既是放 松，也是锻炼。” 被警察拦下虚惊一场 提及最多的问题是:“牌照 怎么解决,” 张海艇以亲身经历作答。他曾被警车拦下。警察走近，敬礼。 “我正想解释，只听他说，‘你好，能借我开一会吗,’体验回来，他夸车不 错。” 老张自称，从未遭交警处罚，尽管车子还没牌照。他想尽快解决， 他迫切希望把车推向市场，但难度不过在官方认证前，心里暂时也没底。 不小。因为数量一旦增加，就可能影响交通。毕竟它没法上机动车道，否则太 危险;块头又比自行车大，会占据骑车人的空间。 女婿丁元建议，与残联、
