The usual questions of HW’s English interview and my answer 1.Could you please describle yourself?/Can you intraduce yourself? Yes, it’s my pleasure to intraduce myself.So, I’m Tony,and come from ChengDu,SiChuan.In 2007,I graduated from chengdu university of information and technology. And get the bachelor degree. After graduation until November 2009.I worded in Guangzhou Telecommunications Construction Corporation.As a project manager,I mainly engaged in Guangzhou Telecom optic cable transmission.some as CDMA constructions. More than tow years experience in project management.It made myself been familiar with the Telecom project. In 2009 November,I backed to Chengdu,and employed in Chengdu Juntong Telecommunications Construction Corporation.Also,as a project manager,I mainly engaged in China Mobile projects.for example,the PTN construction,New base station construction and so on That’s all,Thanks 2.Why do you think we should employ you? Almost four years experience in Telecom area,I think it can be my biggest advantage.If I enter you corperation,I can get into state quickly. 3.If we hire you,How long will you stay with us? Maybe several years,or even more,that would be depending on the work which whether neet me still. 4.Why do you want to come to our company? As everyone knows,in the Telecom area,the HW is the most famous company,whose products sold in almost 100 countrys.and It can give the employees the platform to show herself.and you know,the young like me has the pressure of life.buy house,buy car,and so on .So I think the salary in HW is generous. 5.If you are going to another country,what do you want to do first? First,I think I must pay more time to learn the English,the language is important to work,communication,also to your life safty,So I think learn English is my most important work before go abroad. 6.what are your greatest strengths and weeknesses? I think my strengths is my ability of learn.my computer skill is the best example.when I was in university,I sold computer out of school in my spare time.at the first,I knew nothing about the computer,which is the memory,what is the hard disk,but this is my first business,I must master it fastly.and in 3 days,I learned to my classmates,my friends,I can DIY the computer ,I can operate it praficiently. My weaknesses is that if I don’t interest in something,I would not learn it never,(why do you think this is your weaknesses?) In fact,everyone know the truth,If we want to live in the society,we must learn everything,but do not neet to master everything.so that’s my opinion. 7.How much do you know about our company? Just a little.In my work,I have used the HW’s products,like the BTS3900,BTS3900A,So,I know that the HW is the most famous company in the word 8.what would you like to do in your spare time? In my spare time,I like to paly basketball,ping-pang,and during the weekend,I’d like to go to the KTV to sing. 9.what is important to you in a job? I think that the feeling of the job other than the paycheck..in my faith,a good feeling of the job can takeme more happyness.also my life would be more wonderful because of the job. 10.Can we offer you a career path? Yes, I believe you can,Cause I trust myself,I believe I can go faster and faster in your company. 11.What didn’t you like about previous jobs you’ve held? In fact, I love my previous job.the only shortage is it’s paycheck .I just cann’t live with the salary 12.What are your salary expections?
