II.General conversation with the candidate(about 4minutes) Now, first of all I'd like to know something about you.

What are employment opportunities like in Beijing?
III. Topic presentation and follow-up questions(about 4-5 minutes) Now, let's talk about something you have prepared.
You have about 2 minutes for your presentation.
What are you going to talk to me about? (What is your topic?) [Ask the candidate to start his/her presentation.]
[Ask two or three follow-up questions about his/her presentation, the discussion may last
about 2 minutes,]
IV. Off-hand topic presentation and follow-up questions (about 3 minutes)
