Pay attention to the proper use and care of leveling. the first level to consider when positioning security, roughly the same distance between the poi2 键。我们主要引导学生从基础知识、文言文阅读、古诗鉴赏、散文阅读、语言运用和作文等六部分内容回头复习。 (八)营造集体氛围，帮助青年教师成长 高三语文组 “心往一处想，劲往一处使”，每次备考研讨时，我们都积极地进行讨论，每个人都各抒己见，毫不保留。尤其莫校长总是在百忙中抽出时间参加我们语文组的备考教研活动，从确定教学目标、备课、授课，训练、拓展测试，培尖补弱等各方面出谋献策，给我们大力的支持和引领。高考老将吴学芬老师、古超美老师、韦健老师也提出了很多很好的复习建议。他们的表率作用带动了整个备课组。我们组的青年教师白法琳在备课组里积极主动、虚心求教、思维活跃、富有工作激情，成长较快，在相对应的老教师的指导下在高考中所带班3班、4班平均分居理科平行班的前列。 (九)师生用心交流，在真诚沟通中进步 我们一直觉得只有学生喜欢这位教师，他(她)才能学好这门功课。一位教师想要获得学生的喜爱，除了语文功底深厚、课上得好之外，更重要的是能和学生成为朋友，让他们愿意找你谈心，千万不要忽视和学生的交流。如每次月考后，我们本组的老师都将培优补差工作落到了实处，能与学生真诚交流，有时候是关于这次考试的，有时候也可以是生活上的一些困惑或心理上的一些问题，几次下来，学生就把我们当成是一位知心朋友。俗话说“得人心者得天下”，真诚地与学生沟通，必然会赢得学生的“芳心”，教学成绩自然就提高了。 三、留下的几点思考: 1，古诗文默写部分我们下的工夫最大，原以为这个部分我们的学生可以拿到4分左右的平均分，对学生这个部分的拿分我们是十分乐观的，但没有想到的是今年高考古诗文默写题全部出自初中课本，高中的一题都没有，对学生的打击很大，由此可见我们应该要关注高考说明中“常见”这两个字，语文教学扩展是关键，不能死守教材。 2，阅读题分析不细不深，在第一遍复习时就课内文章分类讲解了特点，专业术语等，第二遍综合各文体的常识边做题边分析，模拟时发现学生答题情况较差，就挑选几道专门的题集中训练，集中讲析，自认为准备好了，看到试题时却发现，讲的那些还不够深入，学生对文章还是有点把握不准。教训是提高能力比传授知识要重要的多，真正的现代文阅读教学是要教会学生鉴赏文章，懂得写文章。 3、教学小结的归结疏理做不到位，许多好的想法，教学灵感，临场发挥，教后反思总结不到位，有时只是课后说说，做简单讨论和评价，等再回头想总结时已再难挽回。 4、对社科文阅读重视不够。由于社科类文章过于抽象，阅读讲解都难于把握，在高三后期复习中我们只是练了练，没有做详细而科学的讲解与分析，导致今年高考中这类题型难度一加大学生便感到有点恐慌，有点无所适从，影响到了考试的正常发挥。今后对这一考点一定要迎难而上，找出有效的解决办法。 5、全校优秀人数少，培尖工作效果不显著。虽然从高一开始年级就有意识培养年级的尖子生，但他们的语文成绩基本上都处于中下水平，加上他们对语文学习的投入时间少，阅读量少，平时不注重通过各项校园文化活动来提升自已的语文素养，所以培尖工作仅限于做练 afe use of electricity.
