I will work harder for the wonderful life in the future. Practice content: Part one: First of all, let me make a brief introduction to the capital airport. Beijing Capital International Airport (ICAO:ZBAA, IATA:PEK), founded in 1958, referred to as the capital airport or Beijing airport. It is the major international airport linking China and Beijing, and is currently the busiest civil airport in China and also the base airport of China International airlines. In 2004, the capital airport, instead of Tokyo Narita International Airport, became Asia's busiest airport by air landing. In 2006, Beijing Capital International Airport passenger throughput has become Asia's second (second only to Haneda International Airport in Tokyo), ranked ninth in the world. In 2009, the global airport rose to eighth place, the future will exceed London Heathrow International Airport, and the list is expected to rise to fifth place. The capital airport has three terminal buildings, two 4E runway, an 4F runway, and passenger and cargo handling facilities. Second part: The one-stop service provided by the terminal in the capital airport customer service is the only external service window for Beijing Capital International Airport Co.Ltd to passengers, airlines and other terminal customers. The customer service center, adhering to the "customer first, and strive to meet all customer needs" tenet, provide news service, guide service, conference service, terminal station activities, audit special passenger service.
