Early leave more than 3 times in 1 month, we have the right to dismiss the employee. 4.1.3.旷工 absent: 有下列情形之一的,视为旷工: Absenteeism is considered to be one of the following: a.未按规定履行请假手续或请假未准而不到岗或提前离开; Didn't arrive or leave early in working time without leave permission. b.提供虚假证明或伪造、变造、涂改休假证明后骗取批准休假的。 Provide forged proofs to take the leave permission. c.当天迟到超过120分钟,并且不能提供任何证明。 More than 120 minutes late arrival, but can’t provide any proof or permission. 〃旷工按日工的基本工资的2.0倍扣除薪资,并给予相应处分。连续旷工3天或1月内累计旷工6天,公司有权与该员工解除劳动合同。 Absent will be deducted double daily salary, and give punishment. Continuous absence 3 days or 1 month total absent 6 days, we have the right to dismiss the employee. 4.2 请假制度: 任何类别的请假都需经理事前批准(至少提前一天申请)。 Leave system: Any type of leave must have the prior approval of supervisor(Apply at least one day in advance)。 请假以0.5天为最小单位,最长不能超过 1周,三天以上需要提前1周申请 Half day as the minimum unit,The maximum leave is 1 week, three days leave or more need to apply one week in advance. 有紧急情况,不能事先请假,应在上班一小时以内电话通知经理并在上班当日补办手续,否则以旷工计。In emergency case, can not apply in advance,should to inform the supervisor within 1 hour working time, and resubmit application on the day of work. Otherwise, we will look as absence. 本条例签名后生效,XJS电子有限公司拥有本条例的最终解释权。公司将根据实际情况对本条例进行实时修订,并做及时通知。 The regulation will come into force after signature. XJS Electronics Private Limited has the final interpretation. The Company may revise the items in real time according to the actual situation and make timely notification. 2 / 2
