【中文摘要】虚拟医学仪器是基于计算机软、硬件相结合的医学仪器,它是随着计算机技术、现代医学测量技术发展而发展起来的一种新型高科技产品,代表着当今医学仪器发展的最新趋势。本文通过对心电图机的国内外发展现状和虚拟仪器技术的发展趋势这两方面的分析了解,根据现代虚拟医学仪器的特点,开发了基于Lab-VIEW平台的虚拟心电图仪系统。本文首先根据心电信号的特点进行硬件采集电路设计。其中包括右腿驱动电路的设计、心电信号放大、滤波三个部分。心电信号放大电路又分为前置级放大和后级放大两级放大电路。滤波电路分别为高通滤波、50Hz陷波滤波器和四阶巴特沃兹滤波器。然后,通过数据采集卡将心电信号采集到计算机上,基于计算机上的Lab-VIEW软件对心电信号进行分析、波形显示、心率监测和结果存储等一系列图形化设计,同时在心率异常的情况下自动发出报警声音,因此管理者可以实时监测被测者的心率变化情况,并可以作出及时的诊断。最后基于现在的网络通信系统来实现异地查看、监测受检者的心电情况。本文中实现了通过共享变量技术在局域网中的数据传输、通过Datasocket技术进行远程数据采集与传输以及采用Web服务器通过网页浏览进行异地用户的监测。最终形成操作简单、界面生动形象的虚拟心电图仪测试系统。
