2011-2012学年度第二学期，我校以2011年底市委、市政府加快园区发展推进会精神为引领，认真贯彻2012年全市教育工作会议精神，总结反思上学期工作的经验和不足，以2012年市教育重点工作为指针，以追求师生共同发展为本，秉承“求真”校训，发挥淮师一附小品牌效应，坚持“用一流的创业精神创办一流的学校”，以提升教育教学质量为工作核心，加快推进学校各项创建工作，打造独具特色的园区优质学校，取得了可喜的成绩。 经过全校师生共同地探索、实践，体现价值提升、重心下移、结构开放、过程互动、动力内化特质的新型学校整体形态雏形初步形成。 现将本学期学校工作总结如下: 工作回顾: 一、在学校的教育教学管理理念上，坚持“以培养人的健康、主动发展意识与能力为本” ，体现价值提升 本学期，在新基础教育理论指导下，从学期工作 计划 项目进度计划表范例计划下载计划下载计划下载课程教学计划下载 、工作 方案 气瓶 现场处置方案 的制定开始，落实人本、生本意识，在实践中努力实现“成事”与“成人”的互动转化，在成事中成人，以成人促成事，通过不断的理论学习与教育教学实践磨练，来实现价值取向的转变、思维品质的提升和实践路径的夯实。学校管理决策坚持“集体领导、民主集中”的原则，体现管理重心的下移，使学校工作方案的制定更加贴近学校实际、教师实际、学生实际，体现全体师生的共同发展愿景。在学校工作的过程管理上，努力做到遵循制度、按计划、落实措施、注重实效、经常反思、留清记录、存齐资料、及时归档。 二、职能部门工作彰显“求真”，追求“精细”，使学校发展、师生发展走上良性轨道 1、课程教学，工作实现管理重心的下移，在建设备课组阵地、培养结构开放、过程互动的教学常规特质、开展学科特色活动等方面卓有成效。 (1)备课组建设，发挥组长核心作用，实行集中备课， 规范 编程规范下载gsp规范下载钢格栅规范下载警徽规范下载建设厅规范下载 备课制度,明确备课活动要求，落实签到制度，实现备课活动按计划、积极主动、扎实实施。把 1 教师常规考核的权力下放到备课组，让每位成员担任管理者和被管理者的双重角色，在管理自己和别人的过程中成人成事。使备课组工作各具特色。 如,数学作业先进班集体的评比,计算先进班集体的评比,数学竞赛等完全下放到备课组,在公开、公平、公正的环境下进行各项考核,老师们非常认可各项考核结果。 数学备课组,一年级注重学生书写格式和习惯的养成教育,二年级强调教师的示范引领作用,三年级组内竞争意识强,相互学习,互相帮助,李兴村老师不仅课堂扎实、而且重视课外辅导,四年级研讨氛围浓,胡金堂老师布置给学生的每一道题都是自己先做下水题,然后布置再讲,数学书上密密麻麻记满教学思路,可称大家学习的楷模,五年级以优带差,一对一辅导,六年级针对学生特点,自己命题,练习精实,七年级自编学案,抓质量有成效,重家校联系。 (2)在培养结构开放、过程互动的教学常规特质上，不遗余力。一是一附小本部，分批送教来校，语、数、外、音、体、美等优质课开进校园;盐城一小名师来校送教，开展校际交流。二是我校教师外出送教到泗阳致远小学、参加淮安市教研室组织的淮安市小学“百节名师课堂展示”等活动，田甜、陈太中、尚姗姗、张佳佳等老师的送教课获得了兄弟学校的高度 评价 LEC评价法下载LEC评价法下载评价量规免费下载学院评价表文档下载学院评价表文档下载 。三是组团到一附小、市开明中学、淮安外国语学校、淮师附中观摩、学习。四是开展校内互动，扎实开展教学演练场活动，开齐学科、优课示教、评比反思、整改提升。 本学期我校许多老师在各类教学竞赛上取得了良好成绩,如, 纪静老师参加市语文青年教师优课竞赛获得一等奖, 陈辉老师参加市科学课堂教学竞赛获二等奖, 吴迷老师参加市英语青年教师优课竞赛获得二等奖, 在江苏省第四届“小数报杯?小小数学家”推荐评选活动中,我校共有92名同学分获一、二、三等奖,12名数学老师获优秀辅导奖, 2 有10名教师参加了市青年教师基本功比赛。 (3)学科特色活动内容丰富。 语文学科:在几项常规过关测试和竞赛的基础上，按月定期举行“普通话朗诵比赛”和“写字比赛”。数学学科:举行了我校第一届“数学好玩”主题文化节活动，学生参与面广，影响大，效果好。英语学科:举办了首届英语文化节活动，让学生在活动中学习英语，学习西方文化，学会用英语交流，激发学习兴趣。技常学科:开办足球、体育舞蹈、健美操、音乐、书法、电脑绘画等特色项目，在首届运动会、庆六一等全校性的活动上得到了很好的展示，在培养孩子的兴趣和特长方面作了有益尝试。 2、教师发展，坚持名师指导，组织教师学习理论、读书交流、开展赛课、进行教科研、规划专业发展，多措并举铸师魂、锤师能，有效提升了教师师德水平和教学业务能力。 首先表现在“学”。一是学理论。学校以学习叶澜教授的“新基础教育”理论为抓手，按照“边培训、边实践、边研究、边提高、再培训”的思路，在张怀玉校长、方桂花校长指导下，青年教师从受训者成为参与者，由学新基础到做新基础。二是多读书。主要是组织教师阅读“做一个师德高尚的人”读书活动推荐书目，写反思和感悟，让教师联系自身教育教学实际，去探索、去实践。三是学教学。在校内，向淮师一附小的送教课学;走出去，向市“百节名师课堂”学，向同行名家学。将学、考“新课标”和说课、备课、评课活动相结合。四是长技能。开展电子白板使用培训，以组为单位，集中学习与平时个别钻研、课上学用相结合，用现代化教学手段助推“高效课堂”构建。 其次表现在“赛”。 一是开展“协作杯”、“希望杯”赛课活动，以赛促练，引领教师钻研教学，与“教学演练场”活动结合，为教师说课、上课、评课搭建总结反思平台，让教师在备课组内开展合作与竞争。二是举行校内青年教师教学基本功大赛，分粉笔字、即兴演讲、教学设计与制作、课堂教学、专业知识测试五个项目开展青年教师大比武，营造青年人练内功，比风采，赛实力的氛围。 三表现在“讲”。一是开设“新基础教育”专题讲座。二是开展“立师德、扬师风”演讲比赛，李竹艳老师获得了第一名的好成绩，参赛选手的演讲让全体教师接受了一次师德教育。三是“用身边人影响身边人，用身边事激励身边人”。 3 由优秀班主任讲班级的小岗位建设，优秀备课组长讲组内教研成功做法，优秀教师讲成功教学案例，韩春昕、孙浩讲“海外游学见闻”，丁瑶、钱文霞讲观摩全国小学优课大赛心得。四是开展“做一个师德高尚的教师”读书交流会„„争当优秀成为青年教师的努力目标。 四表现在“写”。一是组织教师认真撰写课题实验方案，撰写教学论文并投稿，花建平主任的《拒绝抄袭，高效学习——学生抄袭行为的矫正策略研究》一文已在《华章》杂志发表，并被中国知网全文收录。二是撰写师徒结对听课笔记、学习心得。三是撰写各类教科研文章，参加第四届“行知杯”论文评比大赛、“师陶杯”论文评比等，通过“写”培养反思、总结的习惯与能力，提升教师的理论素养。 “全面发展，全员发展，全新发展，全程发展”成为学校教师队伍锤炼的指导思想。着力推进师资队伍建设机制创新，把广大教师的积极性、主动性、创造性更好地发挥出来，让每位教师的师德修养、教育思想、教学水平适应学校教育发展的需要成为学校教师发展的主线。 3、学生发展，重视习惯养成，抓细常规管理，以活动为载体，引导孩子诚信做人、智慧生活、科学学习、快乐成长。 (1)落实常规，实现管理育人、习惯育人。每日做好路队、卫生等日常管理，每周组织好升旗仪式，评比班级流动红旗。周梦旸、姜芃芃、蒋经纬三位老师细心、认真、肯干，每周的工作都能有条不紊地进行。初中部在张竹、胡浩老师的带领下，成立了学生自管会。许青老师对自管会队伍的培养做了大量工作。本学期在班级小岗位建设、班队活动组织策划、学生自主管理等方面进行了许多成功的探索。 (2)以党、团、队组织为核心，对学生进行政治理想教育，培养学生对共产主义的朴素情感，活动开展得有声有色。3月28日，中国共产党淮安工业园区实验学校总支部委员会成立，党建工作在我校随之开展。中国共青团建团90周年，七年级组织了纪念大会，举行了新团员入团宣誓仪式，学习了胡总书记的五四讲话。四月初，组织三至六年级师生赴淮安区周恩来纪念馆、周恩来故居等地开展“学习恩来精神，争做四好少年”主题教育活动。六一前夕，组织“牢记 4 党的教导，争做四好少年”主题教育活动，举行“四好少年”表彰大会。曲福田代市长等市领导参加了活动。淮安电视台等媒体记者随行进行了跟踪报道。 (3)为学生全面发展、主动发展搭建平台、创造机会，以全校性活动促进孩子快乐成长。本学期，学校成功举办了首届田径运动会，弘扬“更快、更高、更强”的奥运精神，以强健体魄创造快乐生活成为了这次运动会的主旨。“让活动重心下移，唤起所有学生的生命成长意识。让运动激活生命，在参与中收获快乐”这些“新基础教育”的理念在运动会上得到了成功实践。 今年的六一国际儿童节也格外不同。孩子的主题创意画、书法作品、电脑绘画、剪纸、七巧板等24块展板整齐排开，色彩缤纷、充满童真。六一半日游艺活动中， “掌上明珠”、“贴鼻子”、“珠行千里”、“保龄球”、“赶小猪”、猜谜语等十几个游戏项目全面展开。孩子在丰富多彩的活动中享受孩童的乐趣。庆六一文艺汇演，幼儿园、小学部、金娃娃艺术团的精彩节目同台亮相，让童心得到了尽情绽放。这次演出是学校艺术教育的一次成功的检阅。 (4)走出去，树形象，培养学生的综合实践能力。组织学生参加市水利局、教育局联合组织的“节水知识进校园”系列活动，七(1)班的胡古月、左丽雅 )班的刘恺获演讲三等奖。这项活动为我校争得了分获征文二、三等奖，七(3 荣誉。七年级青年志愿者服务队走进工业园区高坝社区，张贴学雷锋海报、宣讲雷锋事迹、打扫社区卫生、关爱老人生活，开展了半日“学习雷锋、服务社区”活动，在孩子心中埋下了“雷锋精神”的种子。到工业园区生态公园，参加全市义务植树活动，培养了学生环保意识，树立了园区教育形象。 (5)创造性开展校园特色文化活动。本学期，五六年级举办了为期一个月的首届风筝文化节，这是校园特色文化活动的一次成功尝试。学校组织三到七年级学生因地制宜，开展了清理杂草、美化校园劳动实践教育活动，教育学生养成劳动习惯，掌握劳动技能和具备生活实践能力。在第22个全国助残日到来之际，全校师生共同为校园里的残疾学生捐款，用自己的实际行动关心、帮助残疾人，弘扬中华民族扶困助残的传统美德。让学生的校园生活散发生命的活力、家的温暖，让学生感受生命的精彩，培育多元的校园文化，给孩子营造了一个全面发展的乐园。 4、后勤服务，发扬“勤快、务实、高效、优质”的工作作风，围绕“安全、 5 稳定、有序”这个中心，做好教育教学、师生生活服务工作，后勤管理水平和服务能力不断提升。 (1)认真做好开学筹备工作，保障学校正常开学，为确保能正常开学，提前半周将教材运来分类，并进行分发。食堂全体人员开学前四天，打扫餐厅内外卫生，清洗餐具，保证了师生一开学就吃得上放心饭菜。对教室的门窗、玻璃、吊扇、日光灯、桌椅等进行了认真的检查维修，及时配备各种教学设施设备，使教学工作正常进行。 (2)进一步完善食堂 管理制度 ，强化质量意思和服务意识，努力为全校师生提供优质高效的服务。组织食堂工作人员学习卫生知识，进行专业卫生知识培训。坚持食堂管理把好“三关”:质量关——杜绝三无食品进校、日日有领导督查;卫生关——清洗消毒规范化，食堂内部条理化，持证上岗正规化;账目关——每星期公布菜单，每天做好明细账，完善制度。树立食品安全第一意识，严格把好食品卫生关，重视和加强饮食卫生工作台帐，采取安全防范措施，明确责任。做好防火、防盗、防毒工作，并要定时打扫，做好保洁工作。坚持勤俭节约的原则，严格食堂蔬菜、肉类、干货、点心的索证及验货关，把好采购关、物品进出口关，建立食堂物品采购的询价制度，做到节粮、节水、节电、节油，精打细算，降低成本，提高伙食质量。食堂各种台账建立明细，记录清楚。教师就餐实行先充值，再刷卡就餐制度。食堂管理井然有序，食堂工作人员朴实勤劳，有责任心。工作人员能按食堂操作规则，做好清洗消毒方面的工作，真正使在校用餐的师生吃上了放心饭、放心菜。食堂工作人员以他们吃苦耐劳的精神和全心全意为师生服务的思想，赢得了广大师生的认可。 (3)精细落实安全管理措施，创建平安校园。本学期值班人员的工作职责明显增强，做到了来客登记，热情接待，严把校门安全第一关。制定门卫管理制度，外来人员和机动车进出校园履行规范手续。门卫人员尽职尽责，询问登记来访人员，有力地维护了学校正常教学秩序，净化了学校环境。多次举办消防安全讲座、在全体后勤服务人员中开展消防安全演练活动，提升了消防能力。 (4)完善保管室各种制度。建立了物品入库登记制度、物品外借登记制度、物品领用制度。坚持管好用好学校财产，领物登记，收交有记载，损坏要赔偿，借出有登记。对所有保管室财物进行了归类整理，室内卫生清洁，物品摆放有条 6 理。进一步对固定资产进行管理。 (5)改善学校育人环境，及时联系重新栽植校园香樟树木，美化绿化校园，陶冶师生情操。后勤及有关人员起早带晚，定期清除校园灌木丛中的杂草，使学校花木茵茵。 (6)着眼安全、节能，细化水电管理。经常检查学校场地、设施和各教室、处室中的电器、线路、装置、设备，发现问题及时解决隐患，切实做好防水、防盗、防触电及防其它意外事故的工作。加强用电、用水、办公用品和日常检修管理，坚持勤俭节约，反对铺张浪费，努力为学校节约一滴水，一度电，一张纸。 (7)其他工作:完成了校园小卖部招标;安排好教师午休和住校工作;完成自然实验室、生物实验室建设工作;做好春季除“四害”及传染病预防工作，及时安装了中小学食堂、幼儿部食堂及幼儿园教师的纱窗和皮帘;完成宣传橱窗的建设、学校教师会议室的装修改造，会议桌椅的及时添置、空调的采购;贯彻落实国务院《公共机构节能条例》和《江苏省公共机构节能管理办法》，市节能示范校的创建工作获得成功。 5、宣传工作，成立宣传工作领导小组、工作小组，制定2012年宣传工作方案，积极开展校内外宣传工作。 本学期，学校宣传工作坚持服务学校发展大局，围绕学校中心工作和发展目标，大力宣传学校改革发展的政策、措施，全方位展示各种教育教学成果，充分宣传师生先进事迹，努力建设校园文化，为学校各项事业全面、健康发展创建积极向上的舆论氛围。通过宣传报道，进一步扩大我校的知名度与社会影响力。同时，通过培训、锻炼，培养一支优秀的教育宣传队伍，更好地发挥了宣传工作的育人功能。 本学期，我校共完成对外宣传稿件52篇，被市级以上媒体采用15篇，被市教育局网站采用21篇，在《淮安日报》、《淮海晚报》等市级报刊上发表22篇。淮安市电视台“七彩阳光”栏目播出我校专题宣传片两部。为我校进一步发展树立了良好的外部形象。 6、淮安工业园区实验学校幼儿园积极争创市优质园。 我校幼儿园全体教职员工认真学习《江苏省学前教育管理条例》、《幼儿园教育指导纲要》精神，学习《幼儿园工作规程》、《国十条》、《幼儿教师专业标准》 7 的要求，以各项制度的确立为抓手，将安全工作放在首位，以游戏为基本活动，确保户外活动及体育活动质量，力求科学、有效、规范、有序地开展各项工作，用心诠释“幼儿至上、安全第一、追求快乐、体验成功”的园所文化，努力做到“用爱孕育、用心教育、用情养育”。我园以德立教，以研促教，以提高幼儿综合素质为目的，构建以幼儿的发展需要、良好的行为习惯和个性品质培养为重点的课程体系，促进幼儿身心和谐发展，培养健康、快乐、文明、好学的阳光儿童，让每个孩子都体验成长的快乐，让每位教师都享受职业的幸福。 一是加强队伍建设，提高师资素质。主要是抓制度建设，规范教师行为;抓师德建设，强化服务意识;抓业务提升，促进专业成长;组织教师外出观摩学习;强化骨干教师引领作用;开展园本教研;组织竞赛活动等，不断提升教师的专业水平。二是加大经费投入，优化育人环境。三是保障安全卫生，促进健康成长。四是追求管理品质，实现内涵发展。五是优化管理机制，促进和谐发展。创建优质园工作，促进了办园水平的大提升。 我校幼儿园于5月18日迎接了市优质园专家组的验收。 三、年级组工作，凸显“创新、高效、特色”，缩小管理半径，缩短执行、反馈周期，下移管理重心，提高了执行力 一二年级组从重视安全教育，狠抓日常管理入手，在严格作息时间、规范路队，监控课间活动、指导体育活动、教育孩子卫生饮食等方面，以规范管理促进孩子行为习惯养成，成绩显著。年级组在营造团结互助的办公氛围、加强家校联系，进行学困生转化、组织学生参加学校举行的各种活动方面发挥了战斗堡垒作用。一二年级定期举行的优秀作业展，开展“常怀一颗感恩的心”主题教育活动，组织孩子“走进春天里，亲近大自然”主题春游活动、手工制作大比拼、手抄报、剪纸等成为年级特色。 三四年级组是一个团结、融洽、奋进的年级组，在管理上，陈太中、王飞等领导给予了悉心指导，纪静、刘素梅、张佳佳等老师发挥了业力骨干的力量，在“水?生命之源”演讲、“争做四好少年”主题教育活动、运动会、庆六一系列活动中都有精彩的表现。 8 五六年级组在叶闯老师的带领下，紧密结合高年级特色，定位准，年级工作务实，高效，成绩喜人。 五六年级的日常工作能积极服务学校各部门，做好细致落实工作。各班开展小岗位建设成效好，突出表现在“三操”质量好。 教学上，能高标准完成各项任务。语文作文竞赛、作业评比、书法比赛、演讲比赛等夯实了学生的语文基础，两次生字词过关率都超过百分之九十，最近一次高达98%。数学学科严抓集体备课，周会老师主动邀请王兆成、陈辉听课，手把手地教，一点一滴去讲。各备课组发挥集体力量，发掘课本，研讨方法，尤其珍惜李远等三位老师的宝贵资源，虚心取经，踏实学习，认真询问每个知识点、每一课的重难点，切实有效地提升课堂效率。 本学期五六年级率先开展了多种形式的家校联系。请进来、走出去，使家校联合教育合力最大化。 在年级特色活动上创造性举办了为期一个月的风筝文化节系列活动。既弘扬了传统文化，又锻炼了孩子的动手能力。 教科研工作氛围越来越浓，王兆成、叶闯分别组织高年级组的数学组和语文 组，申报了两个校级课题开展研究。 实行年级组、学生会、班集体三个维度进行年级管理。在活动的策划与组织的过程中，五六年级组都会组织学生会干部进行自主管理，以管理促效益，以管理促发展。 七年级组工作从班主任工作、教师管理、学生管理、家校联系几方面开展，管理条块清晰，管理措施精、细、实，管理思想有创新，工作过程重积累，材料充实。 在班主任工作和班级管理上，七年级落实班主任周例会制度，以周工作要点的形式细致安排本周日常工作，讨论工作方法，及时发现问题解决问题，对学生实施人性化、制度化管理。精心培养学生自管会，努力提高学生自我管理的水平。落实班务日志管理制度，具体做法是:每周由一名同学担任值日班长，负责班级一周五天的日常管理，记录班务管理日志，内容包括:当日两操、上课、自习及集体活动的出勤情况，每节课纪律情况，每天卫生情况，好人好事及受表彰情况， 9 违规违纪情况，对班级管理的意见和建议等。班干部每周结束后写出一周得失、优缺点及下周班级管理建议，每周班会时向全班同学做总结，班主任就重要问题进行点评和处理并进行签批，再推选出下一位同学担任值日班长。 教师管理上注重团队建设，打造一流团队理念，努力提高七年段团队氛围，从班主任的合作到各备课组内部的合作再到全体任课老师的团结协作，做到资源共享，互相协调，做到全年级一盘棋，大家在合作的前提下勤奋工作，甘于奉献，顾全大局，服从安排，积极为年级组工作献计献策，逐渐形成了团结协作、齐抓共管的良好局势。备课组建设实行周教学常规检查，在初中部简报上及时公布检查结果。树立“科研型教师”的意识，认真写好教育教学论文。积极向“行知杯”、“师陶杯”论文比赛投稿，七年级9位老师在教师发展部带领下参加了学校的4个课题研究。其中，1个为市级课题，3个为校级课题。 学生管理工作方面积极开展各项学生活动。通过活动，学生在遵守社会公德和文明行为习惯养成方面都取得了一定的进步。落实学生会检查制度，对各教室及各班卫生区、自行车排放情况、眼保健操、课间操、午休纪律及人数、课间秩序、出入教学楼秩序进行检查，量化成绩作为《班级素质教育目标考核》的依据之一,每天在室外积分板上公示、反馈。这样，既保持了年级工作的高效运行，同时又培养和锻炼了一批班级干部，为以后的年级工作奠定了基础。 四是本着“加强沟通，增进了解，共同提高”原则，以家访、开家长会、请家长到校与任课教师进行拉网式面谈、电话家访、建立家校联系簿、校讯通等形式密切家校联系。本学期七年级共接待家长来校面谈约140次，形成了家校齐抓共管的氛围。 反思不足: 一、教学管理工作重心下移还不够，备课组长的主动发展意识不够，导致教学常规工作粗线条，不精细，很多备课组缺少灵魂和领军人物，导致备课组工作缺少方向感。 二、通过走进课堂，发现教师的教学理念和方式方法急需提高，尤其是很多教师不熟悉学科课程标准要求，不能正确理解把握教材。 三、学生的两级分化严重，特别是学生的基础知识和能力很薄弱，如何更有 10 效地做好提优补差，有待研究和找到行之有效的方法。 四、教师的教科研主动性不够，氛围还不浓，还需进一步指导、引领。 五、常规管理有的很粗放，有待加强。过程性资料整理意识淡薄，计划落实不到位，仍存在突击现象。 六、年级组工作，布置多，规范管理少。工作措施、方案要有过程性痕迹。管理者、教师要进一步沉下去，要用心策划、深入反思，做好提升。 七、“师徒结对”、读书活动等，缺乏阶段性、过程性的交流、总结、引导，整体上还显得比较浮躁，要在过程性跟踪指导上下力气。 下学期工作思路: 下学期，淮安工业园区实验学校将紧紧围绕办学目标，抢抓新机遇、立足新起点、推动新提升、寻求新突破、再创新辉煌，努力在推进教育均衡发展中当好表率、实现更大作为。 在工作思路上突出三个着力点: 一是要体现“创业创新创优、争先领先率先”的江苏精神，继续发扬一流的创业精神，创新实干，坚持市直学校的标准不动摇，向全市第一线的名校看齐，在全市范围内寻找参照系，让淮安工业园区实验学校名符其实地成为淮安基础教育的新高地，并在追求卓越中跨越赶超。力求做到不仅被园区人民广泛认可，而且被同行、同类学校普遍认同。
