建筑结构:本工程为重庆凯谊实业有限公司开发的洋世达?圣天湖居住小区五六期工程。本工程包括5-5~6#楼及5-7~8#楼。地下一层车库，地上最高31F，多数为6F的花园洋房。本次出图为5-05~5-08#楼，其中5-07#、5-08#楼为29F住宅，及地下一层农贸市场，5-05#楼为5F住宅。5-06#楼为9F住宅。抗震等级为三级，抗震设防裂度为6度。 专业工程概况:本工程基础部分电气专业涉及到防雷接地系统，具体内容有: 防雷引下线:共68处，其中预留外引接地极联结点，兼防雷测试点共4处。 等电位连接端子板式388个 。 水、电井内敷设防雷接地引下线:采用40×4镀锌扁钢通长敷设。 电梯井内敷设防雷接地引下线:采用40×4镀锌扁钢通长敷设。 工程工期要求:本工程计划于_______年____月开工，电气部分工程贯穿于整个土建工程之中。 本工程利用框架墙支内四条主钢筋作为引下线，人工挖孔桩基础及地梁作为接地极，并按图沿基础内敷设一圈40×4的镀锌扁钢作接地体。其中:防雷引下线:共68处，其中预留外引接地极联结点，兼防雷测试点共24处。 水、电井内敷设防雷接地引下线:采用40×4镀锌扁钢通长敷设。电梯井内敷设防雷接地引下线:采用40×4镀锌扁钢通长敷设。 电气重复接地、建筑物防雷接地、弱电接地及等电位联结共用接地装置，为联合接地方式，接地电阻要求不大于1Ω，测试点处预留孔洞，并预埋150×150×5的测试板;在屋面用Φ12镀锌圆钢作避雷带 。本工程屋面为斜屋面，屋面上外露的金属构件及管道均与避雷带直接连接;防雷引下线利用柱内的对角主钢筋(并与圈梁或钢筋混凝土楼板钢筋焊通)，每根引下线采用至少两根(Φ16mm以上)主筋，并且全长连通，上与避雷网焊接， 第6页 共59页 洋世达?圣天湖五、六期防雷专项施工方案 下与接地网焊接;配电系统接地排、所有进出建筑物的金属管等均与综合接地装置焊接做总等电位联结，卫生间做局部等电位联结。 六、施工工艺及施工质量要求: (一) .防雷接地安装: 接地体安装?避雷引下线安装?避雷网安装 1 .接地体安装: (1)本工程利用人工挖孔桩、地梁、框架墙支内两条主钢筋，无地梁处用40*4的镀锌扁钢作连接接地体，应先把基础内作为接地体的主筋贯通连接好，再将作为引下线的柱内主筋底部与基础内两条主钢筋搭接焊好，并在室外地面以下将主筋焊好连接扁铁，清除药皮，并用色漆将主筋做好标记，及时请质检部门进行隐检并做好记录。 (2)焊接、防腐 在测试点位置依次将扁钢与接地体焊接，焊接时应将扁钢拉直，焊好后清除药皮，并将接地线引出至需要位置，留出足够的连接长度，以待使用。接地线焊接处的焊缝应平整、饱满、无明显气孔、夹渣、咬肉等缺陷。螺栓连接紧密、牢固，有膨胀收缩措施。 (二). 引下线安装: (1)将作为引线的柱主筋的搭接接头进行电焊连接。当被利用的钢筋接头已采用压力埋弧焊、对焊、冷挤压、丝接时其接头处可不焊接跨接地线及其他的焊接处理，可不进行电焊连接。 第7页 共59页 洋世达?圣天湖五、六期防雷专项施工方案 (2)按建筑物的防雷等级，需与防雷装置进行连接的建筑外墙上的金属栏杆、门窗、突出屋面的金属物等，可采用圆钢或扁钢安测定位置引出，圆钢或扁钢与防雷装置钢筋应进行搭接焊，具体见02D501—2。连接处不同金属间应有防电化腐蚀的措施。 (3)建筑物上的防雷设施采用多根引下线时，宜在各引下线处设断接卡，高度符合设计要求。接地电阻测试点用扁钢焊接，并清除焊点的药皮。 (三).避雷网: (1)作避雷网用的圆钢在敷设前应用绞磨或倒链拉直。 (2)按设计进行弹线定位，用水泥沙浆将支架稳固好，并保持平直，水平支架要均匀，间距不大于1M，拐弯处两端支架距拐角中心线距离不大于250MM，避雷卡与卡子盖应配套。每一个支持件均应承受大于5公斤的垂直拉力。 (3)避雷网敷设后焊接连成一体，卡固牢固，并与引下线焊好。焊处敲掉药皮刷银粉。避雷网敷设好后不得有高低起伏现象。 (4)避雷线跨越伸缩缝时应将避雷线做成Ω形弯。 (四).等电位连接 等电位联参见02D501-2，进线配电箱的PE母排、公共设施的金属管道。如:建筑物内的上、下水管、燃气管、热力管道、建筑物金属构件、接地装置引线等作总等电位联;卫生间作局部等电位联结。 第8页 共59页 洋世达?圣天湖五、六期防雷专项施工方案 等电位联结安装完毕后应进行导通性测试，测试用电源可采用空载电压为4,24V的直流或交流电源。测试电流不应小于0.2A。当测试得等电位联结端子板与等电位联结范围内的金属管道等金属体末端之间的电阻不超过3Ω时，可认为有效。若发现导通不良的管道，应作跨接地线。 (五)、地防雷接地线的连接应符合下列要求: (1) 扁钢接地线搭接长度为扁钢宽度的2倍，且三面施焊; (2) 圆钢接地线搭接长度为圆钢直径的6倍，且双面施焊; (3)焊接应饱满牢固，不应有夹渣、咬肉、气孔等现象。 (4)焊点应清除药皮，并做防腐处理。 (5)扁钢与钢管或角钢焊接时，除应接触部位两侧进行焊接外，并应焊以扁钢完成的弧形面与钢管焊接。 七、技术质量保证措施 1.严格抓好施工质量，管理好施工队伍。 2.施工前，认真阅图，并会同设计、监理、甲方进行图纸会审，解决图纸中存在的问题。 3.施工中严格按照电气施工规范和施工图。 4.进场的材料、设备必须为合格品，有合格证，经检验、检查、验收合格后，方可使用。 5.施工前，对施工班组进行技术交底。 第9页 共59页 洋世达?圣天湖五、六期防雷专项施工方案 6.在隐蔽工程、重要关键部位施工完毕后，班长、工长、技术员、质检员、进行施工自检，待合格后，进行报验，监理与业主检验收合格后方可进入下道工序。 八、降低造价技术措施
