泰勒科学管理理论 Frederick Winslow Taylor is the classical management experts, founder of the scientific management. He is regarded as the father of scientific management. Starting as a trainee, he promoted from a factory manager to a chief engineer. The experience makes him understand the reason why the workers were lazy at tasks. He felt the lack of effective management responsible for low product efficiency. In terms of that, he constantly did test and systematic research to analysis workers operating methods and action spending time, as a result,he formed scientific management theory. Scientific management requires great changes between management personnel and workers in the spirit. The changes covers plenty of aspects. For example, In order to improve the labor productivity, it’s a must to be equipped with first-class workers work. For the first time, Taylor makes management a science theory from experience. Taylor's scientific management is advocated by the use of scientific methods and his own scientific practice spirit. Taylor's scientific management is based in precise research and scientific knowledge instead of personal judgment, opinions and experience.Taylor's scientific management in the study as well as in promoting his scientific management process met great resistance, and some are from working class, also have come from the employers. But Taylor did not yield, perseverance, indomitable, for the scientific management to dedicate his life energy. The Taylor to workers' view is wrong. He thought that the main motivation of workers is economical. Workers’ most concern is to improve their income. He thinks only labor workers alone do a good job and collective encourage is usually invalid. Taylor’ theory only solves the individual specific work efficiency, but did not resolve the enterprise as a whole how to operate.
