月报表-封面 2003 DEC .10 toshibaI QA DVD /Monthly Quality Report (NOV. 2003) . 本月有三种机型生产，其中SD-500X为新机种，全部都未达目标，主要为部品不良占43%，其它不良（含设计问题和不再现）占39%，作业不良占25%。本月部品不良中，主要为IC NG占31%（主要为IC906 NG占90%）,其次为DVD 机芯NG占19%（主要为不读碟占33.3%、不出仓占16.7%、F1 TOC占11.1%）磁鼓不良占10%(主要为Z85占30%、P69占30%、J68占30%);其它不良中, 主要为重过电脑占22%、磁鼓脏污占19%；作业不良中，主要为排座虚焊占38%（主要为CN301占66.7%、CN501占11.1%）。 There were three models in production this month, SD-500X which was a new model, all didn’t reach the target, main were parts NG were 43%, others NG( design problem and disappearance ) were 39%, in workmanship NG were 25%. In parts NG of this month ,main were IC NG were 31%(main were IC906 NG:90%), then DVD DECK NG were 19%(main were can not read disc NG:33.3% tray not out: 16.7%F1 TOC NG:11.1% )drum NG were 10%(main were Z85 NG:30%P69 NG:30%J68 NG:30%); In others NG, main were re-writed computer were 22%drum ditry were 19%; In workmanship, main were FFC cold soldering were 38%(main were CN301 NG:66.7%CN501 NG:11.1%). DVD DECK NG MAR 2589 DPM APR 2045 DPM MAY 2400 DPM JUN 1655 DPM JUL 2243 DPM AUG 2082 DPM SEP 498 DPM OCT 1729 DPM NOV 1089 DPM 2、PUH不良：本月不良有所下降，需努力保持。 PUH NGDefect was lower than that of last month, we still need to keep it. E?P ROM DATA NG MAR 1586 DPM APR 1334 DPM MAY 1453 DPM JUN 571 DPM JUL 299 DPM AUG 2363 DPM SEP 697 DPM OCT 1062 DPM NOV 1150 DPM 4、本月磁鼓脏污不良率为11429DPM，主要为P69、Z85和J68不良，不良较上月（12156DPM）有所下降，需努力保持。 In this month there was drum dirty NG which rates were 11429DPM, main were P69Z85J68 NG, NG rates was lower than last month (12156DPM), we still need to improve it. 5．MAIN PCB SMT工程本月不良率为19244DPM，其中SD-500X为新机种，不良较上月（17865 DPM）略有上升,需要进一步努力改善，以达到目标。 MAIN PCB SMT line the defective rates were 19244DPM, SD-500X which was a new model in this month, NG rates were lower than that of last month (17865 DPM) we need further improve the defects to reach the target. 二、下月改善点 / Improvement in next month 1、仍为降低部品不良，特别是磁鼓和IC部品, 对于客供部品(PUH、IC等)的不良，需依赖客户督促供应商改善。 The improvement in next month will still be parts NG , especially drum and IC parts .To suppliers parts NG (PUHIC) we depended on customers to supervise suppliers to improve.
