和巧妙的构思无所依附，课堂效果大打折扣。而信息教学手段具有形象、生动、直观的特点，通过制作教学课件，建立起计算机超文本结构，向学生提供图片、漫画、音乐、录像、VCD影像等丰富素材，尽可能地创设生动直观的教学情境，以达到最佳的课堂效果。而CAI课件制作可以从认知理论出发，分析学习活动的各种形式，针对不同类型知识内容激发学习者的热情和兴趣，减轻教师繁重的重复劳动，是从教与学两方面提高教学质量的好途径。1.CAI简介CAI全称计算机辅助教学(ComputingAssistedInstruction)，CAI的第一个系统是美国伊里诺大学在60年代开发的PLATO(ProgrammingLearningandTeachingOperation)系统。1981年在瑞士首次召开国际CAI学术会议，此后每年召开一次。由此可见，计算机辅助教学正在全球展开和普及。一般地，CAI的特点可以归纳为以下几个方面:(1)CAI使教学不只是灌输式，而是可以根据教学目的，将其分为讲课型、练习型、自学型、实验型等。讲课型以基本原理为主，对复杂的动态图形，如物理学中的波动的“驻波”概念，在学习中是难点。在CAI中可以利用计算机动画技术演示波的传播过程，使学生既加强理解，又生动有趣。这正符合了认知理论中“刺激椃从Α薄?按碳反应椙炕钡墓嬖颍杂谥匾母拍詈凸剑捎猛夹巍?簟??省?了傅纫鹧淖?猓涣废靶偷?/FONT>CAI课件辅导学生做习题或自我测试，对回答做判断并加以提示辅导。强大的人机交互当然比普通纸上测试要生动，同时教师可逐步摆脱重复劳动，利用课件批改试卷和作业，大大减少人工消耗，又能及时综合学生的错误情况，改善课件内容;实验型课件可辅导学生预习实验和检查实验结果;模拟型课件是对现实世界的模拟，如学习驾驶汽车模拟系统，再如许多贵重的实验设施，可以让学生模拟实际的使用情况，既不用担心损坏实验器具，又可以使学生更快地掌握使用步骤。(2)CAI课件使因材施教、个别化教学真正成为可能。不同程度的学生可以区别对待，学生掌握了学习的主动权，可以复习、重学、跳跃式学习。对于学习的时间、进度、内容、分量都可以自己选择，不会因有压力而放弃学习。(3)集中优秀教师去开发课件，使优秀教师的水平得到普及，从而更快地提高全体教师的水平及教学水平。综上所述，CAI的确具有“老师讲，学生听”的传统教学模式不具备的诸多优势，也是让计算机服务于教育事业和教学工作的有力工具。因此，在高教系统中加快开发CAI课件，普及CAI教学手段，完善CAI教学设施已经成为提高教学质量的重要方法之一。谈到开发CAI课件，一般都以为那是计算机专业人员的事情，其实不然。让我们分析一下目前市场上的学习软件吧，它们主要分成以下三类:一是计算机专业人员为各种计算机软件开发的学习软件，例如:《精通VISUALFoxPro》、《电脑教授PhotoShop》、《AUTHORWARE精通篇》等等，随着许多多媒体设计软件的出现，非计算机专业人员和教师短时间开发出一个漂亮的多媒体CAI课件且发行是完全可能的。2.制作CAI课件制作一个多媒体CAI课件一般需经过四大步骤:即脚本、素材、集成、调试。2.1编写脚本制作一个好的多媒体课件应该目标明确、思路清晰、内容精练、易于表达，它能大大提高软件制作的质量和效率。?文字脚本对于一个CAI课件，首先要进行需求分析，即确定课件名称、课件功能、使用对象等，明确是讲课型、练习型、模拟型还是实验型或兼有几种。其次要进行目标分析，即对使用本软件的用户群要有较详细的分析了解，比如年龄特征、心理特征、知识结构、用户需求等。再次要进行内容分析，即根据需求确定软件内容并且划分出明显的层次结构。然后进行策略制定，即指定软件的表现形式，如目录索引、游戏探索等，保证课件有美观的界面和方便的交互操作，最后进行脚本编写，即指明哪些是必须显示的重要文字，哪些是作为话外音的文字，哪些是动画、图像、声音所需的说明型文字，形成文字脚本。?创作脚本创作脚本编写的好坏决定了能否忠实地体现文字脚本的内容，又易于计算机的表达，是软件制作的关键。首先应根据具体内容选择用什么媒体，并非多用动画、录像就是好软件。声音的选择要将背景音乐和解说区分开来，并分别设置按纽控制开关，以增加交互性。其次软件开发者要有条有理的组织各类媒体信息，例如组织一个光盘的内容，根目录放什么，放置几个子目录，文件名和目录名怎么确定，最忌讳的是文件存放混乱，自己都不知道什么文件放在哪。2.2收集加工素材多媒体素材的收集要靠平时的积累，如好的图片、好的MIDI音乐等。目前有许多工具可以对已采集到的素材进行加工，主要有四大类:?图片加工工具一般较好用的是Adobe公司的PhotoShop软件，可进行各种效果处理、美术字处理、色彩空间变换及格式文件转换等等。?动画制作工具AutoDesk公司3DStudio是目前在微机上制作三维动画的最佳软件，可以生成.AVI的Windows视频软件。?声音编辑工具Windows自带录音机程序和一般附带的录音程序都有简单的波形音频文件的能力，实现截取、复制、粘贴、合并、改变音量和播放速度等。?视频编辑工具Adobe公司的Premiere是较好的一个，可以将多幅静画连续并配音，生成.AVI、.MOV、.FLC等多种视频格式文件等功能。2.3多媒体集成选择多媒体集成工具应尽量采用Windows版本，采用国际级大型多功能软件，因为它们使用方便、支持较多媒体。目前常用的多媒体集成工具软件如:洪图、方正奥思、ToollBook、Director、Authorware等。其中，Macromedia公司的Authorware是一种面向对象的、以图标流程线逻辑编辑为主导，一函数变量为辅助、以动态连接库为扩展机制的“无须编程”的多媒体工具软件。它的问世，使得非专业人员可以非常快速地掌握使用，编制出自己的多媒体软件。下面就以初一心理学"善于调节情绪"一课为例，从以下三个方面谈一谈信息教学手段实现的突破。1、信息教学以鲜明的形象性、生动性吸引了学生的注意力和好奇心，实现了抽象概念形象化。2、信息教学以真切的情感调动学生的积极性和主动性，实现了深刻道理通俗化。俗话说:感人深者，莫先乎情。思想品德课主要是以对学生进行思想觉悟的启发引导，实现情感沟通是调动学生积极性和主动性的根本途径。传统教学中情感沟通的实现主要靠教师的一张嘴，通过语言描述，激发学生的情感，但往往是"说者有情，听者无意"。信息教学手段则能够借助声光电给学生以多种感官刺激，极大地激发学生的情感，减少疲劳感，甚至是精神上的强心剂，使学生产生情感共鸣。如:在讲"喜怒哀惧是人的基本情绪"时，为使学生感受到"喜是一种愉悦舒适的体验"，我在幻灯片中插入了一段视频资料"香港回归，喜气漫神州"，学生立刻被深深吸引，当看到97年7月1日零时五星红旗冉冉升起时，思绪仿佛回到了那激动人心的时刻，喜悦之情溢于言表。在讲"境遇不同，人的情绪也不同"时，我精心设计了这样两张幻灯片:一张是在"二泉映月"的背景音乐下，李白在流放途中描写长江沿岸景色"楚江清若空，遥将碧海通。平生不下泪，于此泣无穷"的诗句缓缓出现;第二张是李白获得大赦重返江陵，再次挥笔"朝辞白帝彩云间，千里江陵一日还。两岸猿声啼不住，轻舟已过万重山。"并配有"彩云追月"的背景音乐。幻灯片展示后，我提出问题:为什么同样是描写长江沿岸的景色，前后却表现了诗人截然不同的感情色彩呢,学生很快说出:由于李白不同的遭遇造成的。此时，学生对"境遇不同，人的情绪也不同"
