本项目为市政污水工程，污水管道交叉点较多，污水坡度及管底高程变化频繁为其特点，技术难点为管径较大对接口及安装质量要求高。 6.1.3控制方法及措施 (1)沟槽开挖应先取原状土做最大干密度和最佳含水量试验。 (2)开挖前，做好沟槽中心线与边线的放样工作，经监理工程师 复核认可后方可开挖。 (3)沟槽开挖必须从下游开始，由深到浅。合理的确定分层开挖的速度和深度。开挖时不得扰动槽底土壤，槽底不得受水浸泡，做好临时污水措施，及时施工垫层。如发生超挖，当超挖15CM内时可用原土回填压实，压实度不低于天然地基。当超挖大于15CM小于100CM可用石灰土分层压实，其压实度不低于95%。 (4)沟槽开挖前要做好施工污水，选择合宜的污水系统。井点降水应使地下水位降至沟槽底面以下不小于0.5米。 (5)沟槽应视开挖的深度和土质确定是否支撑，采用支撑时支撑必须牢固，安全可靠，且不得妨碍下管。雨季施工时应加强检查。当不进行支撑时，应根据土质情况确定开挖边坡的放坡系数。 (6)在复核槽底标高、宽度按B=D+2(b+b+b)验收无误后，1123 16 监理实施细则 监理方可同意施工垫层，其厚度必须达到设计要求，监理进行认真量测。 (7)雨期施工，应事先做好雨水排放措施，防止泡槽。
