学生处学生助理工作总结 漫步于校林荫道，一片飞舞的枫叶跌落在我的肩上，抬头仰望，恍惚间，昨日葱绿的枫叶现已尽半黄染。原来自己已经在贵阳中医学院度过了一年的光阴，在学生处做助理工作已经度过了一个学期。 缦立回望，在校领导、党总支和学生处老师等领导关怀、指导下，自己在实际的工作中努力践行着一名学生助理应有的职责并顺利的完成了在学生处的工作，现将在学生处当助理工作作一个总结。 上学期，我主要是在招生就业办协助老师完成以下工作:1、协助做好了毕业生相关表格的发放、审核、盖章、遗失补办等工作;2、协助做好我校各类大中小型招聘活动共计20余场;3、协助做好我校各类就业讲座及企业宣讲活动;4、认真做好我校毕业生对学校、对院系就业工作满意度问卷的调查及统计工作;5、认真做好各项就业日常工作及协调服务工作。 其中，前期主要是完成毕业生的招聘就业工作。临近毕业的学生有很多事情需要处理，所以安排招聘活动要掌握好时间，这个就要提前有我们和各班辅导员沟通讨论，事先统筹规划，这样才能合理分配学生的时间，其次就是负责登记招聘单位名称和统计招聘单位的数量，协调满足招聘单位对招聘场所和环境的要求，再次就是布置招聘单位展台，经过数天努力，招聘活动完美结束。在完成招聘工作的同时，自己也受益匪浅，起初刚来招生就业办报到时，自己仅仅认为一名医者，只要把医术学精就可以了，可是自己却忽略最基本的与人沟通的技巧，自己依稀记得当第一次接到招聘单位的电话的时候，自己the first level to consider when positioning security, roughly the same distance between the point and level to put the stand, can't be moved, dislocation, and so on. (3) Note 仍像平时接电话一样，说了句“你找谁”。这时旁边的余老师看出了问题，并没有责备我，而是等我挂了电话，和蔼的说道:咱们学生处是学校的门面，你的一言一行，细微之处都是彰显着学校的业务水平和精神面貌的，因此一定要注意自己的言行，对于接电话首先要报自己单位的名称，其次才要询问对方单位及要咨询的问题，同时还要注意自己的语速”。人最大幸运就是能发现自己的不足，对于自己的缺点，自己会在以后的学习工作中纠正改进。 而后期主要是完成毕业生相关表格的盖章、遗失补办及对学校就业满意度调查统计工作，经过两个月的苦战，共完成八个院系，十四个班级几万份相关表格的盖章和统计。这些工作庞杂而又反复，需要有着超常的耐力、耐心和谨慎，不然，一旦出现一点的失误，就可能导致整个工作白做，既浪费时间，影响工作效率，还耽搁学生的毕业，因此，在学生处实际工作中，不能简单追求速度，而放弃了效率。也正于此，下班后，会经常看到余老师及其他科室老师仍旧默默坚守在自己岗位上加班的情况，也正是这一场景和自己的亲身工作经历改变了我对学校行政工作人员以往那种“一杯茶，一份报，一个工作日”的错误看法，同时也真正体会到“爱岗敬业”四个字的分量～ 总的来说，在自己工作的这一学期中，学到了很多，汲取了很多经验，弥补了自身的不足，同时也让我加深了对学生助理工作的认识，为自己以后的学习和工作奠定了良好的基础，如在学习上，更能让我提高自我约束力，合理支配学习时间，提高学习的效率，且这一能力，相信会在以后自己工作中起到积极的作用。而这一切的获得都离不开the first level to consider when positioning security, roughly the same distance between the point and level to put the stand, can't be moved, dislocation, and so on.
