Methods: 32 New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into four groups of 8, B, C, D group by ligating the left anterior descending coronary artery to establish the AMI model, A group (sham operation group) except without artery ligation is the same. More than 24 h after the operation of A and B group were administered saline, group C was treated with long-acting isosorbide dinitrate + saline, group D was treated with resveratrol + saline. Rats were continuously administered 15 d after death, the heart samples were obtained at -80 DEG C, save or 4% formalin fixed paraffin slice, detection of myocardial infarcted area and infarct zone of microvascular density (MVD) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and angiopoietin -1 (Ang-1) expression. Results: the infarct size in group C and group D was significantly smaller than that in group B, and the expression of MVD and VEGF and Ang-1 in the marginal infarct area was significantly higher than that in group B (P, <0.05), and the expression of Ang-1 in group D was significantly higher than that in group C (P<0.05).
