Two days of training time is very short, but learned a lot, two days of training, plus two days after the digestion of knowledge, so I have the following experience; Supplement of professional knowledge Before the school although there are quality management of the discipline, but to the quality management system involves deep, the training, the teacher's lecture beam from the shallower to the deeper, from simple to complex, on the knowledge layer to, so that I have a deeper understanding of the system, to make up for the shortcomings of previous at school. The main content is the quality management system of the eight principles of management, quality management system, quality management system twelve basic terminology, general requirements of the quality management system and quality management system documentation requirements, management responsibilities and so on, of which, eight principles of management of the quality management system is the priority among priorities. Eight are: customer focus, leadership, full participation, process method, system approach to management, continuous improvement, factual approach to decision making and mutually beneficial supplier relationship. The main contents of these eight principles are: the customer is our God, can meet the needs of customers is the only standard we survive in this market, and we should meet customer requirements and strive to exceed customer requirements as the ultimate goal, to occupy a larger market share, to the steady development of the leadership of leaders; and the decision role in an organization, only to get the support of the leadership, in order to make the system successfully established and implemented; the correct leadership not only in the system, the implementation process of top management, but also depends on the whole staff participation, so the quality of staff awareness, occupation morals, education is concerned with clients the focus of consciousness and spirit, but also stimulate their enthusiasm and sense of responsibility, in addition, the staff should have sufficient knowledge, skills and experience, In order to do the work, to achieve full participation; and the establishment and implementation of the quality management system is a continuous process, should adhere to persevere the principle of constant progress and development; the organization and its suppliers are interdependent and mutually beneficial relationship enhances the ability of both to create value, especially for the important suppliers, but also to establish mutually beneficial relations, mutually beneficial cooperation is actually a win-win situation, is conducive to both sides to reduce the risk; process method, system approach to management, based on the fact that the decision method is the quality management of the three principles, if the organization can truly effective three methods are applied to the organization's quality management system, the company will continue to improve. These eight management principles form the basis of ISO9000 quality management system standards. Development of work thinking During the two days of training, Mr. Liang kept repeating the word "process". One of the concepts she puts forward is that all the work is done through process. When we look at each work separately, it can really be divided into countless parts, each of which can be called a process. Conversely, these processes make up every work, and we can divide the behavior of producing products into many "processes"". The quality management system itself with some standards to control the process of qualified, so, as long as the process of the product will be qualified, qualified, and the "process" is all things in common, so we should be clear that the products formed are, what are the process in our department, is identified, then the process of decomposition of the layers, each person has to implement the process, through this decomposition, job responsibilities, work by the complex simple, this is the most worthy of use and reference. This gives the direction of the actual work of my future: catch the process, only to seize all the details of the production process, which has detailed provisions and correct requirements, and make effective implementation, to ensure the final products meet and exceed customer demand, to produce and develop in the market. Organizational and personal advancement In the course of training, Mr. Liang interspersed with many examples, These examples tell us that the effective implementation and implementation of the quality management system is of great help to both an organization and an individual. The organization is concerned, can remove the tissues and defects of bad quality management system, improve the rules and regulations in the organization, so as to enhance the management level and efficiency, increase the income, the organization in the market competition and keep enough competition ability, make the organization steadily forward. Personally, the quality management system can help a person to improve their quality, improve their work habits, improve work efficiency and accuracy, so as to realize their ability to break through, to play a greater value in the future life and work, and make greater contributions to the society and the country. This training has brought me fruitful, but the purpose of the study is to apply to work in practice, but also the need for a very long time to understand and practice, understanding and practice in the process, and will continue to discover new knowledge, be understood again, just like the ISO system itself, constantly to supplement, improve themselves, make oneself more perfect.
