Review 及相邻年段的学科课程标准要求，将课标理念、目标、要求应用于学科教学，有效提高课堂教学效率，提升教学水平。 四、开展活动，幼小衔接 根据《上海市教育委员会关于印发上海市中小学2013学年度课程计划及其说明的通知》，在一年级设置为期4周的 “学习准备期”，全面推进以德育为核心、以创新精神和实践能力培养为重点的素质教育，切实减轻学生过重的课业负担，帮助孩子更好地进行幼小衔接。 1、计划先行——学校制定了“学习准备期”综合活动实施计划，一年级组各任课教师按照计划认真执行。 2、课时安排——利用拓展型课程的课时，每天安排1课时，每周5课时，共20课时的学习准备期综合活动。 3、理论学习——认真学习《上海市小学学习准备期教学指导意见》、(上海市教育委员会关于印发《上海市小学一、二年级课程调整 方案 气瓶 现场处置方案 .pdf气瓶 现场处置方案 .doc见习基地管理方案.doc关于群访事件的化解方案建筑工地扬尘治理专项方案下载 》的通知)等有关文件，对一、二年级的所有任课教师进行培训。 4、加强宣传——利用家长会、家校联系等方式及时做好宣传工作，让社会了解一年级学习准备期的内容及课程调整的目的、调整内容与要求、评价要求等，积极发挥正确的社会舆论导向和监督力量。 5、设计案例——学校综合活动重点围绕学习兴趣培养、学习习惯和行为习惯养成以及师生交往，参考《学习准备期综合活动的实施指导意见》，安排教师编写了“学习准备期”的综合活动内容(教学案例):熟悉新环境、了解新规范、养成好习惯、锻炼好身体，为任课教师的教学提供典型的实施案例。 6、评价总结——教师在实施教学案例后撰写教学反思;9月份，对学生进行了一年级学习准备期综合活动学生达标情况的统计;平时注重资料积累，及时总结教学经验。 六、落实常规，改革教学 围绕“基于课程标准的教学与评价”，细化教学常规管理，规范教师教学工作，切实减轻学生过重的学业负担。 1、备课——注重兴趣，培养习惯，激励评价。 escape from debt of the bank records of actual control of enterprise and its associated spouse obtained credit support strict precautions against serious adverse credit history of borrower (guarantor) and their spouses get the Bank crediting support. Review A、依据课程标准确定教学目标。教师编制“学科学期课程实施计划表”，明确本学期教学目标?阶段教学目标、教学内容、进度安排与评价方法等，并具体到每一堂课的教学目标，据此确定教学方案及实施方式。 B、根据教学目标设计教学活动。根据区学科培训要求，一年级第一个月的学科教学以“学习准备期”为主，注重学习兴趣的激发和培养，在备课中体现良好学习习惯的养成、针对性的教学评价等。坚决做到:不超进度，不增加难度。 2、上课——把握目标，营造活力，提升幸福。 A、改革课堂教学模式。营造民主、和谐、愉悦的课堂学习氛围。课堂教学中关注学生自主能力的培养，增强师生间的合作交流，从学生的学习、情感、身心发展等方面给予学生积极的评价。 B、有效调控教学进程。教师在课堂教学过程中，正视学生的差异，采取有针对性的教学方法，引导全体学生参与学习活动，促进学生的合作学习，根据学生在知识掌握、问题表达、思维水平、合作交流等方面的课堂表现，及时调整教学进程，改进教学策略和方法，落实教学目标。 C、开展基于课程标准的教学与评价的“同主题”教学展示活动。同级组老师基于课程标准，围绕同一主题展示课堂教学。教研组成员必须全部参与听课，课后上课教师说课，听课教师评课，指出不足，达成共识，上课教师反思。 3、听课、评课 ——及时评价，取长补短，共同进步。 从第1周开始，校长协同教研组长、同年级组教师执行“推门听课制度”，一年级教师的课必听，课后形成书面意见，作出评价。听课重点是检查“基于课程标准的教学与评价”工作的落实情况，课堂中更关注师生关系的互动，教师对学生的激励评价。对存在问题的班级、学科教师我们进行了跟踪性诊断听课。教研组活动时组织教师以课程标准为依据，开展说课评课活动。 4、课堂练习设计和批改——精选精讲，减轻负担，形成个性。 认真学习县语文、数学、英语学科的《单元作业指导建议》，在二次备课的基础上优化作业设计，减轻作业负担，提倡分层作业、个性化作业。教师根据具体学情设计多层次的作业，让不同的学生能根据自己的能力、兴趣和需要，在一定的范围内自主选择练习，获得自我发展。严格落实“一二年级不布置书面回家作业，三、四、五年级的课外作业保证绝大多数同学能在1小时以内完成。 escape from debt of the bank records of actual control of enterprise and its associated spouse obtained credit support strict precautions against serious adverse credit history of borrower (guarantor) and their spouses get the Bank crediting support. Review 5、教学质量——健全机制，关注发展，切实提升教学效益 继续把控命题质量，命题前以课程标准为基础。严格控制考试次数，学生学业评价实行等第制及学习诊断书的形式。一年级采用游园会、游戏活动等学生喜爱的方式考核教学质量。 七、改革教学评价，快乐学习 1、评价要求: A、科学设计评价内容与要求。把评价建立在课程标准的基础上，依据课程标准和学生年龄特征，合理设计评价目标、评价内容与评价方式。 B、采用等第制和评语相结合的评价方式。对学业成绩、学习表现、学习动力等评价结果采用等第表达，并结合学生个体学习情况，从学习态度、学习习惯、知识理解、学习能力等方面选择若干要素进行评语描述，真正提高评价的科学性。 C、注重评价结果对学生的促进作用。明确基于课程标准的评价在于发现学生在目标达成过程中的差距，进而调整教学方案或向学生提供反馈信息，促进学生的学习。 2、评价方法: A、即时激励评价法(小奖品+激励性语言) 在课堂教学中，教师通过激励性的语言加小奖品(五角星、粘纸等小朋友喜爱的形式)给不同层次的学生以充分的肯定、鼓励和赞扬，使学生在心理上获得自信和成功的体验，激发学生学习动机，诱发其学习兴趣，进而使学生积极主动投入到各项活动中。 B、过程积累评价法(笑脸或五角星+激励性语言) 一年级语文、数学、英语学科在“学习准备期”阶段，“立足过程，促进发展”，让学生在尝试中获得成就感，培养自信心，分别设计了“课堂学习评价表”。评价从“学生学习兴趣的激发、学习习惯的培养、学习态度的考查、学科知识的理解、学习能力的提高”等方面及时、明确、有针对地反馈评价结果，实现对学生的精准指导，促进学生的个性发展，并采取有效措施改进教学。 在实践过程中，我们基于课程标准，深入研究，完善学科评价表。比如:语文学科在学习准备期以后的教学中的课堂教学评价，参照数学学科的评价表，以“一级指标、二级指标、指标说明、评价形式”等维度，从语文学科的“学生学escape from debt of the bank records of actual control of enterprise and its associated spouse obtained credit support strict precautions against serious adverse credit history of borrower (guarantor) and their spouses get the Bank crediting support. Review 习态度、学习兴趣、学习习惯、知识理解、能力培养”等方面设计评价，更加全面、客观地从不同方面、不同角度对学生予以评价，真正提高评价的科学性。英语学科也将同样进行相关的调整。 C、总结表彰评价法(等第+评语) 在为期一个月的学习准备期结束之际，为了表彰和鼓励在各方面取得进步的学生，需要进行总结性评价。评价分为两个部分:展示性评价——邀请家长走进学校听课，向家长展现一个月以来的孩子的学习成果，如作业展示等。表彰性评价——根据学生的日常表现，从不同的行为习惯养成角度出发，教师、家长对学生的学业成绩、学习表现、学习动力等各方面的表现予以个性化的评价，激励学生进一步养成良好的学习习惯和行为习惯，激发学生学习的浓厚兴趣。 3、评价措施:指导、调研，科学评价: 通过常规检查，“发现问题?及时分析?反馈沟通?落实整改”，转变教师的教育教学理念，改革课堂教学模式，减负增效，有效落实“基于课程标准的教学与评价”工作。 基于课程标准的教学与评价，我们还处在尝试的阶段。教师对于课程标准的把握还有待于进一步提高，在课堂教学中围绕课标用好教材的能力还有待加强，评价策略的科学性和实效性也需要通过长时间的实践检验成功与不足。我们也期待教研室能过给予我们更过的业务指导与帮助。 2014年11月 escape from debt of the bank records of actual control of enterprise and its associated spouse obtained credit support strict precautions against serious adverse credit history of borrower (guarantor) and their spouses get the Bank crediting support.
