船舶装运水泥须知 Instruction for shipping cement 1.目的Objectives 1.1.确保公司船舶在装运水泥过程中的质量安全,以满足海上安全和保护环境及租约的质 量安全要求。 Ensure that the company ships’ safety and quality of cement in the process of shipping to meet the requirements of maritime safety and protection of the environment lease. 1.2.为规范水泥运输过程的各个环节,保证水泥运输过程中的船舶和人员安全特制定本须 知。 In order to regulate all aspects of transportation of cement, and to ensure the safety of vessels and personnel in the process of the cement transportation, these instructions are formulated. 1.3.本水泥运输安全操作须知适用于普通散装船装运水泥,其它类型船舶装运水泥时也可 以作为参考。 The cement transportation safety operating instructions apply to ordinary bulk vessel shipments of cement. Cement shipments of other types of ships can also use it as reference. 2.定义Definition 水泥系灰色细粉,粒度最大为0.1mm,比重和静止角均取决于其中的空气含量。水泥由含空气状态到不含空气状态体积收缩约12%。积载因数约值0.67—1.00m3/t。 Cement is gray powder, and the maximum size is 0.1mm. The stowage factor is about 0.67-1.00m3 / t. 3.装载前Before loading 3.1.水泥的积载一般要求装货舱满舱,有时会空一个货舱,为此要精密计算船舶的弯曲力 矩和剪切强度,要确保安全合理配载。 The general requirement of holds when loading cement is full. Therefore, we should ensure the watertight of hatch covers. 3.4.认真、仔细、彻底清扫货舱,做到清洁、干燥、无剩余遗物,最后应使用淡水冲一遍 使舱内无盐分和氯化物,使之完全适货取得验舱证书。 Clean the holds seriously, carefully, thoroughly. Keep them clean, dry and free of remaining relics. Finally, wash again with fresh water to make the holds free of salt and chloride. Make them entirely appropriate for shipping and acquire inspection certificate. 3.5.装货前,认真检查试验货舱内的压舱水管路及其它管路包括四周的量油管、透气管、 止回阀等,保证畅通无破损、不漏水、不漏油,且在装货后尽量不动,以免有不测发生,要严防积水渗入大舱或水泥通过破损处漏入油舱。 Before loading, carefully check the test ballast water in cargo spaces, roads and other pipelines, including the amount of tubing, ventilation pipe, valve and so on, to prevent damage, watertight and oil-leaking. After the loading, try not to move, in order to avoid unexpected incidents. Avoid water infiltration through the breakage. Avoid leakage of cement into the tank. 3.6.由于散装水泥是用机械往舱内喷而舱内压力很大,很容易造成大舱污水井进水泥,水 泥受潮凝固后非常坚硬很难清除,装货前保证污水井畅通、擦干净,封好污水井盖板,防止航行中摇摆而致水泥渗入堵塞污水井,卸完货清理污水井时就很容易。 The bulk cement is mechanically sprayed to holds to heighten their pressure, it is likely to result the entrance of cement into a large tank of sewage wells. In this way, it is easy to clean water wells after unloading. 4.装货中 While loading 4.1.因水泥在下沉前具有流动性,装卸过程中应注意保持船舶正浮,并作合理平舱。 Due to the liquidity of the cement before sinking, we should pay attention to keeping the ship upright while loading and unloading. Make the reasonable trimming. 4.2.水泥遇潮湿容易结板块,因此请密切注视天气变化,及时关舱,防止货物雨湿,严禁 雨中作业。 The cement is easily condensed to grains. Please pay close attention to weather changes, and close the hatch in time to prevent the goods from rain. No operating in rainy days. 4.3.装货完毕后应将所有舱盖封死防止水渗入舱内。 After loading, all the hatches should be sealed to prevent leakage of water into the holds. 4.4.开航前,还应采取措施保证水泥已经下沉并处于稳定状态,尤其是装货速度特别快时, 水泥下沉后,若其表面与水平面的夹角不超过30o,则一般不会发生移动。 Before departure, we should also take measures to ensure the concrete has sunk and is stable. Especially when the loading is very fast, after the cement sink and if the angle between the surface and the horizon it does not exceed 30 o, then the move does not occur normally. 5.航行途中On the way 5.1.航行途中经常检查封舱情况,防止上浪从舱盖缝和道门口进水(及时测量污水井)。Always check the seal to guard against the waves and avoid water entrance through the entrance slit hatch (measure bilge water in time). 5.2.途中采取措施不要造成舱内有汗湿,在抵港前在海況天气允许的情况下开舱检查,要 注意防止表面可能缺氧对人身安全的影响,发现表面结块提前清除处理。 Take measures to avoid a sweat chamber on the way. Clear and dispose of surface caking, if found. 6.卸货前后Before or after unloading 6.1.如遇大风浪备妥海事声明及时签证。 In case of stormy maritime statement prepared and timely visa. 6.2.卸货完毕清扫干净再冲洗,千万注意一个舱冲水时,要连续冲净、排净中间不可停止, 防止残货凝固甚至将污水井堵死。洗舱时应注意:用潜水泵排洗舱水避免使用船舶排水系统,否则残余水泥将会堵塞泵系,如一定使用船舶排水系统应在排除洗舱水后用足够的清水冲洗泵系,并经观察出水口水色清净后方可停止。 After complete unloading, wash the hold when we finish cleaning.
