Therefore, all the technological equipments selected shall ensure a stable and safe production continuously. Besides, we shall adopt advanced technology to reduce environmental pollution, for example, the BF cast house dedusting system. In order to control large amount of smoke and dust (soot) generated during tapping and to improve operating environment, cast house dedusting system is provided, by means of installing the air exhaust hood above dust emission points such as tap hole, hot metal ladle, etc. // There are more than 70 dedusting points in this dedusting system; more than 30 dedusting points work at the same time. Therefore, a pneumatic butterfly valve should be installed in the dedusting pipeline for switching-over. The control switches are installed in mud gun operation room.
