1 Preface
This document includes all the procedures that are used by the project team to complete the work of the project. Each procedure is handled in one of two ways:
The procedure itself is contained within this document.
This document states where the procedure is located.
There are two types of procedure:
Work procedures, which define how certain activities related to the production of the technical work products, e.g. configuration management, defect management, are to be performed.
Project management procedures, which define how certain activities related to the planning, tracking and controlling of the project are to be performed.

List the all procedures together with their current version information and where they are stored, either in this document or elsewhere.

3.4 Summary of the procedure
Provide an overview of the content of the procedure.
3.5 Reasons for not using this procedure
Define the circumstances under which this procedure might not be used or might be replaced with a simplified version.
3.6 Related records
List the records that document and provide evidence of the execution of the procedure.
3.7 Flow diagram
Illustrate the steps of the procedure in a flow diagram.
3.8 Diagram comment
For each step, provide a summary of the actions that are carried out and specify the project roles that are responsible for their completion.
