Each procedure is handled in one of two ways:  The procedure itself is contained within this document.  This document states where the procedure is located. There are two types of procedure:  Work procedures, which define how certain activities related to the production of the technical work products, e.g. configuration management, defect management, are to be performed.  Project management procedures, which define how certain activities related to the planning, tracking and controlling of the project are to be performed. 2 Contents List the all procedures together with their current version information and where they are stored, either in this document or elsewhere.
