1. Introduction
This Standard stipulates that take acceptable quality level (Show unqualified products per 100 unites) as the Quality Index of once, quadratic, quintic sample plans and procedures. Apply to inspection of successive lots or batches.
2. Terminology and Symbol
2.1 Terminology
2. 1. 1 Unit Product
Unit Product means the base unit that divided for implementing the need of sample inspection.
For examples: The product of single piece, grope, a component, or an indeterminate length of time, a certain area, a certain volume, particular weight. It’s accord with or without products of purchasing, selling, producing and shipping.
2.1.2 Inspection Lot (Abbreviation: Lot)
Inspection Lot means the assemble unit products that in order to implement samples inspection.
2.1.3 Successive Lots
Successive Lots means submitted lots can make use of recent inspected lots, which provide the information for successive lots.
2.1.4 Lots
Lots means the unit product included in the lots.
2.1.5 Sample Unit
Sample Unit means unit product extracted from lots, used to inspection.
2.1.6 Sample
Sample means the samples of all the units.
2.1.7 Sample Size
Sample Size means samples unit quantities included in samples.
2.1.8 Unqualified
Units of the quality of the products do not meet requirements, known as unqualified. According to the importance of product quality, or do not meet the quality of the seriousness of the request, unqualified are classified in three sorts: Class A, B and C.
2.1.9 Class A unqualified
The most important quality characteristic of do not meet requirements, or the badly severe quality characteristic of do not meet requirements, known as Class A unqualified.
2.1.10 Class B unqualified
