况下便是正常规律性的破坏。从而以明阳五行学说为凭借成了论证事物和事物之间有联系的概念具有自发的辩证法思http:wwwklrscnhbtmxyAdministrator铅笔经典讲稿系列《黄帝内经》简介””想是表现在中国古代医学中的朴素唯物主义哲学。z【丛书分类】《黄帝内经》简称《内经》原书卷。其中卷名《素问》另外卷无书名汉晋时被称为《九卷》或《针经》唐以后被称为《灵枢》非一人一时之作主要部分形成于战国至东汉时期。每部分各为篇共篇《素问》主要论述了自然界变化的规律、人与自然的关系等《灵枢》的核心内容为脏腑经络学说。《素问》在汉魏、六朝、隋唐各代皆有不同传本。为张仲景、王叔和、孙思邈、王焘等在其著作中所引用。主要有:()齐梁间(公元世纪)全元起注本是最早的注本但当时其中的第六卷已亡佚实际只有八卷。这个传本先后被唐王冰、宋林亿等所引用至南宋以后失传。()唐、王冰注本唐宝应元年()王冰以全元起注本为底本注《素问》将已亡佚的第七卷以自称得自其师秘藏的七篇“大论”补入到北宋嘉佑、治平(~)年间设校正医书局林亿等人在王冰注本的基础上进行校勘定名为《重广补注黄帝内经素问》雕版刊行而定型。《灵枢》亦称《九卷》、《针经》、《九灵》、《九墟》等。汉魏以后由于长期抄传出现多种不同名称的传本。唐·王冰所引用古本《针经》传本佚文与古本《灵枢》传本佚文基本相同说明为一共同的祖本。但与南宋史崧发现的《灵枢》传本(即现存《灵枢》传本)则不尽相同。史载北宋有高丽献《针经》镂版刊行今无书可证。至南宋初期。《灵枢》和《针经》各种传本均失传。绍兴二十五年()史崧半其家藏《灵枢》九卷八十一篇重新校正扩展为二十四卷附加音释镂版刊行。至此《灵枢》传本基本定型取代各种传本而一再印行流传至今。注重整体观念既强调人体本身是一整体又强调人与自然环境密切相关运用阴阳五行学说解释生理、病理现象指导诊断与治疗把阴阳的对立统一看成是宇宙间万事万物产生、发展、变化的普遍规律。人体在正常情况下阴阳平衡一旦这种平衡被破坏就会生病强调精神与社会因素对人体及疾病的影响及疾病的预防反对迷信鬼神。全面总结了秦汉以前的医学成就标志着中国医学发展到理论总结阶段。该书在中国医学有很高地位后世历代有所成就医家无不重视此书。部分内容曾被译成日、英、德、法等文字对世界医学的发展亦产生了不可忽视的影响。http:wwwklrscnhbtmxy经典讲稿系列《黄帝内经――养生智慧》第页第第第部部部分分分黄黄黄帝帝帝内内内经经经――――――养养养生生生智智智慧慧慧(((名名名家家家论论论坛坛坛)))为为为什什什么么么要要要学学学习习习《《《黄黄黄帝帝帝内内内经经经》》》《黄帝内经》实际上在国学经典中的地位是非常独特的它几乎是唯一一本以圣王命名的书这就意味着生命之学在古代文化当中认为是帝王之业是大功德和大慈悲那么圣人为什么重医药这个圣字又怎么讲呢?圣人就是能够听从自己本性的人也就是能够掌握自己身体和欲望的人如果既能够掌握自己的身体和欲望又能够使别人听从自己那么就可以由人而王所以这个是圣人重医药的第一条第二条是另外一种说法就是古代文化认为天下即人身那么古代的天字是这样写的人的头顶上面是天所以在古文里又叫做天、颠、顶天下即人身实际上是告诉我们人体是在所有的组织系统里边是最精密的自组织结构。它自己本身有一个和谐的机制那么这也是中国古代认为就是说为什么:医医国医医医医个上中人下病的一原因。这是什么意思呢?就说的千百年来什么都变了但是人没有变人的本性是没有变的。所以古人认为人的任何思想都是从身体当中来的那么比如说国学里边《大学》讲至善《中庸》讲太过与不及而所有的太过与不及实际上都源于人身体结构内部的太过与不及。打一个比方说假如我们的肝火太盛的话(肝)木生(心)火那么我们的心就会烦乱做事就会很急躁如果肾精不足的话我们思维就不够就是思维力就不够。假如说打一个比方如果是你端着这个酒杯的手都在抖的话那么你这个控制手的能力都没有控制水杯的能力都没有你怎么能控制全局?你的身体本身出问题了你做事的行为就会出现很多的问题。所以这也是后来有一句话拿破仑的一句话叫做:人的身体结构即命运。那么在中医里来说就是人的身体结构及功能即是命运。从这个角度往下接着讲呢就是说生命医学又是人类学中最高的学问。所以说中国的文化中国的国学一向都强调:从医入道和道以医显。就是说的你能够把医学领悟了你有可能就领悟到天下之道到底是怎么回事了。那么从第二点上讲学习《黄帝内经》可以让我们认知自我这里大家首先要思考一个问题就是你们去想一想我们的生命活力是从哪里来的我们经常会用到这样一些词汇比如说魄力、精神、胆识、意志、聪明像这些词都是表达代表我们生命活力的一些词汇和代表我们领导力的一些词汇。那么这些都是从哪里来的呢大家想一想。http:wwwklrscnhbtmxyAdministrator铅笔Administrator铅笔Administrator铅笔Administrator铅笔经典讲稿系列黄帝内经――养生智慧””所谓魄你这个人有没有魄力做事有没有决断性那么这个魄力到底是什么呢?它具体指的是哪些方面呢?实际上这个魄在中医里它涉及到一个词它是肺的神。所谓神在这儿要解释一下什么叫神呢?就是肺气足了以后它的外现就叫做神。他的表现我们说你这个人有没有神精气神的那个神神足不足实际上都是说你的精和气足了以后的外现就像火焰的光芒一样那个叫神。那么这个魄指的是肺神而力关系到我们另外一个脏器就是肾。大家一定要记住我们的力量从哪里来都是从腰这儿来所以力量是从肾来的。那么这两个概念像肺和肾都涉及到一个本能的我们先天本能的问题。所以说从某种意义上来说魄力它关系到本能的问题是学不来的。你不可以向别人学魄力是你自己肺气足不足和你自己的肾精足不足的问题。那么另外一点精神说你这个人看上去真的很有精神生命活力很旺盛要不然你就特别萎靡可是这个精到底是什么呢?这个精同样是肾的最基本的物质就是指精在中医的概念里就指的是精而神在这里边神是心的神明心之神为神。那么所谓精神实际上代表的是一种在中医里有一个固定的词汇是心肾相交的能力就是你心和肾相交通的能力如何它的能力的外现就是精神。如果你心力不足肾精不足的话你这个人就显得没有精神所以这个精神也是指的我们身体层面上的一种东西。那么胆识在《黄帝内经》里认为胆是主决断的那么你有没有决断力这也是你的一个领导力的一个体现。那么决断力在很大程度上涉及到的是什么呢?就是你胆气的足不足并不是说这个人把胆囊切了他就没有决断力关键是一个胆气的足不足胆精的问题。那么意志意志也涉及到男人就要看他的意志力如何那么这个意志是由什么来它的物质基础是什么呢?它的物质基础意是中医里脾(精)的外现脾的神为意那么脾心之所存谓之意那么就是说脾的外现是神是意因为脾主运化所以说如果你的意很足你的脾的脾精很足的话你运化的能力就强而运化的能力强意味着我们不是记忆力的问题而是关联性的问题比如说你头脑非常灵活你看到这个事物你马上就能够关联到那个事物当你把这两个事物能够很关联起来这种关联性就是意。这就是运化就是灵活就是头脑非常灵活的表现。那么志也是肾志是肾之神所以说像意志这种词就是在说肾的这种能力那么在这个意志来讲实际上如果精神是心肾相交的话那么意志实际上指的就是我们运化人体的运化能力和收藏能力的体现。因为肾主收藏是运化和收藏能力的体现。你能够运化多少然后你又能够定得住多少这是你的意志力。你如果只是运化很聪明的话而你又定不住你又坚持不下来那就是意志不坚定。所以这也是我们生命力的一种体现。http:wwwklrscnhbtmxyAdministrator铅笔Administrator铅笔Administrator铅笔Administrator铅笔Administrator铅笔经典讲稿系列黄帝内经――养生智慧””那么聪明就很好解释了聪明在中医里认为肾开窍于耳就是说肾气是开窍于耳的肝开窍于目肝是开窍于目所以你这个人聪明与否关键在于看你的肝肾的能力这样讲来就是说学习《黄帝内经》可以使我们更多的向内看向内在的去观察我们人身是在培养我们向内看的能力但是向内看实际上是很不容易的所以这也是《黄帝内经》在所有的国学经典里边最为寂寞的一项就是说的向内看实际上很痛苦而且很难这也是自古圣贤皆寂寞。比如说在西方社会它追求的目标是认识你自己而我们中国社会是要天人合一所谓天人合一刚才我已经讲了天下天下就是人身所谓天人合一就是外面这个天和人大宇宙和小宇宙的和谐而这种和谐人与自然的和谐程度越高就越接近于至善所以关键要看这种和谐度这是向内看的问题。中国有一句很有名的话叫做难真难闻国难人身得法中生。那么人身难得就是说从学习《黄帝内经》开始我们要开始关注我们自己的内心生活和我们内在的脏腑的那种运转我们懂得了人体实际上我们就懂得了人生的很多方面。从另外一个角度来讲我们现在这个肉身用佛教的观点来讲实际上是我们花了很多年的修行来得到的一个身体所以这个用后来的话来说就是身体是革命的本钱是借假修真的载体是要蓄之养之的精品。但是我们现在的生活在很多程度上是毁之害之。第二就是真法难闻我们大家都知道像佛经你有缘才可以听闻那么《黄帝内经》同样是这样也不是可以说随随便便你就可以听到的包括《黄帝内经》本身它自己本身都是黄帝和他的老师的一些对话当他问到一些很核心的问题的时候他的老师都会告诉他你必须通过一种斋戒的方式所谓斋戒不是单纯的洗洗澡刷刷牙饿几天就可以的而是要告诉你保持着精神上的一种不要有那么多的欲望俗欲所控制不要被那么多的欲望所控制的一个状态。是没有私心杂念的一个状态。包括圣王学习《黄帝内经》他也要抱着一种很认真的态度而且要坚持的要有一种什么样的态度这种态度是什么呢?就是要修自己的身同时修自己心的态度去学习。要真正的能够看到里面去所以这是第二点叫真法难闻。第三句话就是中国难生实际上大家都应该非常的感恩生为中国人是一种光荣一种难得的福分所以我们每个人都要有着一种深厚的感恩心理和自豪。为什么这么讲呢?因为只有中国有这么多的经典可以让我们去读可以让我们重新反省人生甚至包括好好的认真的重新体悟我们的身体的每一个细微的变化所以这是中国难生的一个涵义只有中国有《黄帝内经》。这是从这个角度去讲的。那么第三点是什么呢?就是它可以培养我们的内在的洞察力。而这种洞察力实际上就关http:wwwklrscnhbtmxyAdministrator铅笔Administrator铅笔Administrator铅笔Administrator铅笔Administrator铅笔Administrator铅笔Administrator铅笔经典讲稿系列黄帝内经――养生智慧””涉到两个方面就是它会告诉我们一种很好的认知方法。中国人实际上对医学都有一种耳熟能详的东西在里边我们学习《黄帝内经》比如说好像很多人不懂得医学可是老百姓每天都在用着这些东西所以这在古代里边来说这叫百姓日用而不知就是老百姓每天都在使用这些东西但是其中的道理到底是什么我们并不知道所以说它可以培养我们的洞察力。那么这种洞察力里边第一条是要培养我们对天地自然的感悟这就涉及到一个非常有趣的话题大家去认真的想一想我们中国人为什么说买东西不买南北想过没想过为什么买东西不买南北?首先解释一下这个图我们现在这个图一般大家都认为是上北下南然后说老师你这个图肯定是画错了为什么南在上面呢但是实际上这个图是中国古代一个非常有意思的图很多的人都觉得这个图难以解释在哪里呢就说为什么南要放在上面那么这个实际上这就是我们学医就是中国古代讲的从医入道最容易。你要想把这些东西弄明白你首先要知道人体那么在人体来讲我们的人心火心在最上而心就是它代表你要是俯卧大地的话心在最上所以上边为南那么从这个图你先知道这个图一会我再说这为什么是心的代表。那么从第一个层面来讲就是大家想想为什么买东西不买南北实际上东在中国的文化当中它按照一种取向比类的方式它把东归属于木把西归属于金南是火北是水。那么在远古来讲在用竹篮子打水的那个年代一般的来讲就是说从某种意义上讲木和金为可承受之物是可以拎着走的然后火和水是不可承受之物这是第一个层面所以我们中国人是买东西不买南北。实际上从另外一种意义上来说买南北买水和火如果水和火进入人的买卖层面就会对人类造成某种伤害。比如说买军火买卖军火和买卖石油大家可以知道现在我们目前的所有动荡其实都跟这两个东西有关它会对人类造成某种伤害。所以我们中国是讲文化的开个玩笑说就说我们中国人实际上连骂人都讲究文化。比如说我们为什么骂你这个人不是个东西我们经常说你这人真不是东西为什么这么讲实际上说你不是东西你就是什么就是南北。就是在说你这个人就像水和火一样无情无义它是在讲这个层面。那么从另外一个角度讲就是一个表层东方又意味着生发也就是生长。中土是化收藏。那么就是东方为生发之象南方为生长西方为收敛北方为收藏。先看一下东方为什么有生发之象实际上大家看这个东字这个东(崬)字本身就是一个木然后中间一个日太阳从树木中冉冉升起就是在形容它的逐渐上升的这个状态。那么金(西)在古文里的写法是这样的大家看像什么它实际上像一个大鸟立在自己的鸟窝上。那么人类在最初观察西方的时候观察西方他首先抓住的是一个象他抓住一个什么象呢?就说的等到天快黑的时候鸟都知道归巢了。连天地万物都知道收敛了都知道回家都知道该回去了。那么这就是一个收敛的象所以实际上买卖在中国买http:wwwklrscnhbtmxyAdministrator铅笔Administrator铅笔Administrator铅笔Administrator铅笔Administrator铅笔经典讲稿系列黄帝内经――养生智慧””卖东西实际上在讲的是文化的层面讲的是非常文化的层面。那么买卖的什么呢?从更深的意义上来讲就是首先我们买卖的要么是可以生发的东西要么是可以收敛的买卖要么你就买朝阳企业你做的就是朝阳企业要么你就是做的可以赚钱的企业是从这个角度上去讲。然后南方意味着什么呢?南方实际上就意味着散就是疏布因为南方为火是疏布之象南方就是散就有点类似于现在企业家做慈善。这是你该散的该花出去的而且是不应该求任何回报的。就像我们的心脏一样在这里边的另外一种比方就是木这边是肝这边是心这个是肺这个是肾所以从这个角度上来讲就是心疏布你看心永远在跳并不是说你睡着了它就可以停一会儿它永远在那儿散着这就是心的象。这是从象的角度理解我们的五脏那么这个就是肾就是主收藏。所以这是中国文化的里边那么中央脾土是什么呢?就是化生长化收藏那么这个化这是脾土土为什么能够化万物呢?什么叫化呢?化实际上就是所谓的化就是从开花到结果的过程。那么这是化这个过程叫做化而中央脾土就是这个过程。它是要包含在生发、生长、收敛、收藏四象全都有的东西。所以中央脾土自身它就是一个圆。那么这个解释呢用什么来解释呢就是用《易经》的乾卦的上九来解释就是见群龙无首吉见群龙无首吉就是它自成一个圆既有生发又有生长又有收敛又有收藏是这个样子的。那么反过去想我们把这个东西南北大家不要以为东西南北这跟中医有什么关系以后我们讲的所有的课程都会跟这个图密切相关。以为实际上它是在告诉你天地就有这个顺序天就有这个从生发、生长、收敛、收藏它这个次序不会变的。然后人体也有这个次序人体也要因循这个次序去生存那么另外一点实际上对于天地自然的感悟还包括比如说我们去感悟一下比如说你要懂了北京城实际上你都能够懂得这个图都能够懂中医的一些理。我们打一个比方北京的东边有什么门东边是崇文门西边是宣武然后北边是安定门北边是有两个门安定门和德胜门。大家想一想把这个问题解释清楚了然后我们生活中的很多问题都能够解释清楚了。实际上跟我们身体是密切相关的比如说东边的崇文门在古代是这个门基本上来讲因为东方主生发生发就指的是文化所以东边这个门崇文门在过去来讲就是文官走的路那么西边的宣武门因为
