高水平的研究论文、申报和承担国家自然、社会科学基金等科研项目，提升学院科研教学整体水平，特制订奖励办法如下： 一 、论文及论著、科研奖项 （一）学术论文及论著 1. 国际期刊学术论文奖励 （1） A+级学术期刊：一次性奖励100X 元 （2） A 级学术期刊：一次性奖励50X 元 （3） B+级学术期刊：一次性奖励30X 元 （4） B 级学术期刊：一次性奖励20X 元 （5） SCI/SSCI 经济、管理类学术期刊：一次性奖励10X 元 （6） 被其他国际主要期刊数据库（ABI、EBSCO、EI、ProQuest、Scopus）所收录的经济管理类学术期刊论文：一次性奖励5X元 （7） 其他匿名审稿的经济管理类外文学术期刊论文：一次性奖励4X元 2. 国内学术期刊、学术会议论文奖励 （1）A 级： 在被学院定义的A 级学术期刊上发表的学术论文，一次性奖励8X元，标明为著而正式出版的学术著作。 （2）B 级： 在被学院定义的B 级学术期刊上发表的学术论文、标明为编著而正式出版的学术著作，一次性奖励4X 元。 （3）C 级： 在被学院定义的C 级学术期刊上发表的学术论文、标明为编而正式出版的学术著作，一次性奖励X元。 （二）科研获奖 由经济管理学院教师作为项目负责人完成的科研获奖，根据级别可以获得如下奖励。 1．A 级（国家级奖） A1：国家一级（一等）：一次性奖励500X 元 A2：国家二级（二等）：一次性奖励300X 元 A3：国家三级（三等）：一次性奖励100X 元 A4：国家四级（四等）：一次性奖励50X 元 2． B 级（省、部级奖） B1：省部一级（一等）：一次性奖励100X元 B2：省部二级（二等）：一次性奖励60X元 B3：省部三级（三等）：一次性奖励20X元 注：由多人完成的项目，参照论文作者排序的计算方法计算权重。 二、科研项目及其他事项的奖励和 管理办法 关于高温津贴发放的管理办法稽核管理办法下载并购贷款管理办法下载商业信用卡管理办法下载处方管理办法word下载 1. 科研项目：凡以中国科学技术大学或中国科学技术大学管理学院（或学校某单位）名义进行的科研项目，必须服从学校关于科研项目管理的各项规定。如有违反，一经发现并确认后，违者将按学校的有关规定处理，取消学院关于科研激励所有条款的奖励和资助、并退回前期的奖励和资助。 2. 国家级项目： （1） 由我院主持的二年期及以上的国家级重点（大）及杰出级项目，奖励200X元（项目立项时支付50%，项目结题后支付50%）。 （2） 由我院主持的国家级基金一般面上项目，自然科学基金项目奖励50X、社会科学基金项目奖励40X（项目立项时支付50%，项目结题后支付50%）。 （3） 由我院主持的国家级应急基金项目，奖励30X元（项目立项时支付50%，项目结题后支付50%）。 3. 其他资助项目： （4） 省部级项目和国家级子课题：20X元； （5） （单列）市级项目：10X元 该经费分两次支付，项目立项时支付50%，项目结题时支付剩余的50%。 凡未按规定完成的项目，取消学院关于科研激励所有条款的奖励和资助、并退回前期的奖励和资助。 4. 学院设立中国科学技术大学管理学院青年科研基金，每年立项数不超过四项，每项3000 元，资助35 岁（含35）以下的青年讲师从事基础性科学研究，每个项目要求在立项后的两年内至少在学院认可的期刊（即不低于国内B 级）上发表（含录用）一篇学术论文。此项基金同时也资助学院博士和硕士学位点共建单位的青年教师（此项基金由院学术委员会讨论决定）。 5. 学院资助学院的讲师（含工程师）及以上职称的老师，每年出席一次全国性学术会议的机会。要求出席者必须有学术论文被接收且有正式的邀请函。每次资助额度不超过3000 元/人。资助的事项为：论文版面费、住宿和交通费。 三．教学成果的奖励办法： 项目的奖励办法： （1） 国家级的教学、教改项目，一次性奖励30X元； （2） 省部级的教学、教改项目，一次性奖励10X元； （3） 学校级的教学、教改项目，一次性奖励5X元； 获奖的奖励办法： （1） 国家级教学名师，一次性奖励100X 元； （2） 省部级教学名师，一次性奖励40X 元。 教学论文的奖励办法： 在正式出版的学术期刊上发表的教学论文，一次性奖励X 元。 本办法及规定自公布之时起实行，其解释权归管理学院学术委员会。 中国科学技术大学管理学院 2010 年3月 附录一 作者排序的计算方法 1、作者单位署名是中国科学技术大学唯一冠名的，100%；当作者有两个署名单位时，中国科学技术大学作为第一署名单位冠名的，60%；中国科学技术大学作为第二署名单位冠名的，40%。 2、合作者的得分计算 合作者数 排 序 第一作者 第二作者 第三作者 第四作者 2 2/3 1/3 3 1/2 1/3 1/6 4 2/5 3/10 2/10 1/10 一般的计算公式为： W(i) = 2(n + 1 -
