Every nation, every country has a distinctive cultural identity, language plays an important role as the carrier of culture and the tool of information transmission. First , translation , which express a kind of meaning expressed by the language into another language expression; and in the case of national common language and dialect, the dialect and dialects, of ancient language and modern language conversion .It is important to grasp the cultural heritage information as an interlanguage communication. In addition, the Chinese active sentences ,English passive sentences, reflects the Chinese way of thinking, not heavy ontology and the western way of thinking of ontology. In conclusion, in global economic integration, the world cultural integration today, translation cannot be separated from culture ,culture is also inseparable from the translation. "Culture has national, regional, age characteristics, so different cultures need to exchange and communication, and communication without language translation, culture and translation and their communication is the source of translation is the product of personnel exchanges and cultural exchanges".
