A woman's husband had been slipping in and out of a coma for several months, yet she stayed by his bedside every single day.
When he came to, he motioned for her to come nearer.
As she sat by him, he said, "You know what? You have been with me all through the bad times. When I got fired, you were there to support me. When my business failed, you were there. When I got shot, you were by my side. When we lost the house, you gave me support. When my health started failing, you were still by my side... You know what?"
"What dear?" She asked gently.
"I think you bring me bad luck."
有个女人的丈夫时而昏迷时而苏醒，持续了好几个月，然而她每天每天都陪伴在丈夫身边。
丈夫再次苏醒时，示意她靠近些。
她挨着他坐下，丈夫说：“你知道吗？在这些艰难的日子里，你始终和我我在一起。我被炒鱿鱼时，是你在那儿支持我；我生意破产时，是你伴随我左右；我挨枪子儿时，是你在我身边；我们房子没了时，是你在一旁支持我；我身体垮了时，你依然守在我身旁……有些事你知道吗？”
“什么事，亲爱的？”她柔声问道。
“我觉得是你给我带来的霉运。”
