The Seller shall be liable for any damage resulted by the improper packing.  第八条 唛头 Article 8 Marks 卖方必须用不褪色油漆于每一包装箱上印刷包装编号、尺码、毛重、净重、提吊位置、“此端向上”、“小心轻放”、“保持干燥”等字样及下列唛头： The Seller shall mark on each package with fadeless paint the package number, measurement, gross weight, net weight, position to carry, the wordings “THIS SIDE UP”, “HANDLE WITH CARE”, “KEEP AWAY FROM MOISTURE”, etc., and shipping mark as follows: 第九条 保险 Article 9 Insurance 由卖方出资按110％发票金额投保。 To be covered by the Seller for 110% of the invoice value  第十条 付款条件 Article 10 Payment 1.买方在装运期前30天，通过________银行开立由买方支付以卖方为受益人的不可撤消信用证，其金额为合同总值的____％，计____。该信用证在____ 银行收到下列单证并核对无误后承付(在分运情况下，则按分运比例承付)。 1. Five copies of Commercial Invoice indicating the contract number, L/C number and Marks. ｃ.装箱单一式四份，注明每包装货物数量、毛重和净重。 c. Four copies of Packing List indicating the quantity, gross weight and net weight of each case. ｄ.由制造厂家出具并由卖方签字的品质证明书一式三份。 d. Three copies of Quality Certificate issued by the manufacturer and signed by the Seller. ｅ.已交付全套技术文件的确认书一式两份。 e. Two copies of delivery confirmation of all technical documents. ｆ.装运后即刻发给买方的已装运通知电报／电传附本一份。 f. One copy of telegraph or telex of loading notice promptly sent to the Buyer after shipment. ｇ.全套按发票金额110％投保____ 的保险费。 g. 110% invoice value insurance policy covering _____risk. 2.卖方在装运后10天内，须航空邮寄三套上述文件(ｆ除外)一份寄给买方，两份寄目的港____________运输公司。 2.The Seller shall send out three sets of the above documents (except f) by air mail, one set for the Buyer and the other two sets for the transportation company of _______of destination port within 10 days after loading. 3.银行在收到合同中规定的、由双方签署的验收证明后，在____天内，承付合同金额的百分之________，金额为____ 。 3.
