PROFESSIONAL CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT ADVISING Theological Field Education and Theological Reflection Conceived a restructuring of the Theological Field Education component and Theological Reflection seminar of the Master of Divinity programme at Regis College. This involved creating new material for the Theological Field Education Manual to meet the challenges of a rapidly changing student body. It also involved designing a new policy and structure for ministry placements to deal with the wide disparity of ministerial background on the part of students, and for enhanced preparation for theological reflection, by considering each student?s particular needs, experience, and gifts. (2003-2006) Note on the above: The Dean of the Jesuit School of Theology at Berkeley recommended to the Director of Theological Field education that I be consulted on the structure for Theological Field Education that I developed at Regis with the possibility that the same model be adapted for their Master of Divinity programme.
