中最后一个综合性实践教学环节，是学生在教师的指导下，独立从事科学研究工作的初步尝试，其基本目的是培养学生综合运用所学的基础理论、基础知识、基本技能研究和处理问题的能力，是实现学院人才培养目标的最后教学阶段。做好学生的毕业设计(论文)工作，对全面提高教学质量具有重要的意义。为进一步提高我院毕业设计(论文)质量，特制定本规范。

二、毕业设计(论文)主要工作程序
(一)前期准备
1.启动毕业设计(论文)工作，学院成立毕业设计(论文)工作领导小组及毕业设计(论文)答辩委员会，各系成立毕业设计(论文)工作小组、答辩委员会和各专业答辩小组。
2.指导教师和学生毕业设计(论文)资格认证。
3.毕业设计(论文)选题申报，申报选题的教师填写毕业设计(论文)课题申报表(附表1)。
4.毕业设计(论文)选题审查，各系毕业设计(论文)工作小组组织论证、评审，确认选题符合要求且具有实施条件。
5.毕业设计(论文)选题确定。
6.学生选择毕业设计(论文)题目，各系向学生公布可选的毕业设计(论文)题目，学生自主报名选题，最终由各系工作小组确定学生毕业设计(论文)选题，并填写毕业设计(论文)题目统计表(附表2)。
7.下达毕业设计(论文)任务书和毕业设计(论文)指导记录，确定学生毕业设计(论文)题目，下达毕业设计(论文)任务书(附表3)和毕业设计(论文)指导记录(附表4)，公布毕业设计(论文)规范等有关规定。
(二)实施过程
8.毕业设计(论文)开题，学生进行开题论证，并填写开题报告表(附表5)。
9.毕业设计(论文)初期、中期进度和质量检查，在毕业设计(论文)初期、中期，各系按要求组织毕业设计(论文)工作检查，填写中期检查表(附表6)。
10.毕业设计(论文)评阅，组织相关教师(或外聘专家)评阅毕业设计(论文)，填写评阅表(附表8、附表9、附表10)。
11.毕业设计(论文)答辩。
学生将毕业设计(论文)材料按要求装订成册，并填写学生答辩申请表(附表7)，由学生所在系组织批阅。系毕业设计(论文)工作小组组织系答辩委员

会和各专业答辩小组进行答辩，并填写答辩记录表(附表11)与答辩评审表(附表12)，教务处和督导室组织专家进行抽查并检查评分标准执行情况。
(三)后期工作
12.毕业设计(论文)成绩汇总。
各系填写成绩汇总表(附表13)、毕业设计(论文)工作汇总表(附表14)。
13.毕业设计(论文)归档。
各系依据学院相关规定将毕业设计(论文)材料归档，填写毕业设计(论文)情况一览表(附表15)，推荐优秀毕业设计(论文)作品，并填写入选优秀毕业设计(论文)推荐表(附表16)。
14.毕业设计(论文)工作总结。
各系总结毕业设计(论文)工作，书面报告教务处(含主要工作概况、工作经验;毕业设计(论文)完成情况;成果、成绩评定;优秀的和最差的学生典型情况;指导教师工作突出的和最差的情况;改革措施和工作效果等)，并填写工作总结(附表17)。

三、毕业设计(论文)指导教师资格认证及要求
(一) 指导教师资格
1.具有中级(含中级)以上职称，初级职称人员和硕士研究生需经系毕业设计(论文)领导小组批准后可与副高以上职称教师组成导师组进行辅助指导，初级职称人员与硕士研究生人数之和一般不超过该组总人数的2/3;
2.获得博士学位的教师可直接指导本科生毕业设计(论文);
3.在院外做毕业设计(论文)的学生，可聘请企事业单位具有一定理论水平和一定实践经验的中级职称以上技术人员担任指导教师，但需经学生所在系同意，报教务处备案后方可实施;
4.具有扎实的专业基本功、较高的业务水平和一定独立科研能力，了解本学科的国内外研究现状和发展趋势，熟悉所指导课题的研究情况;
5.明确毕业设计(论文)的目的与要求，具有指导毕业设计或论文写作的实践经验;
6.较强的工作责任心，能从严要求学生，严格履行职责，保证充分时间指导学生或与学生交流;
7.具备良好的学术道德和职业道德素养，为人师表;
8.指导教师资格由教学系审核汇总后报教务处审批，指导教师组成员的资格由教学系把关报教务处备案。
(二) 指导教师的工作职责
1.毕业设计(论文)实行指导教师负责制，指导教师应对其指导学生的毕业设计(论文)工作全面负责。每位指导教师指导毕业设计(论文)的学生人数，文科原则上不超过15人，工科原则上不超过10人;
2.对学生进行思想教育、纪律教育和安全教育，使学生以正确的态度、饱满的情绪积极认真地参加毕业设计(论文)工作;
3.指导学生理解题目的任务、目的、要求及全部工作内容，加强面对面指导，随时解答学生的疑难问题，定期检查进度与质量，督导学生按期完成各阶

段的工作任务;
4.了解学生的具体情况，对学生严格要求，对学习不努力、不认真、敷衍了事、回避指导、未完成各阶段结业任务或无故缺勤、严重违反学习纪律的学生，指导教师有权取消其参加毕业设计(论文)答辩的资格，并报教务处备案。
(三) 对指导教师的基本要求
1.指导教师应认真做好选题准备，事先向所在系提交毕业设计(论文)课题申报表，完成选题申报;选题经确定及分配后及时向学生下达毕业设计(论文)任务书，其内容包括题目、工作任务、基本要求、完成时间等。认真填写，并经系或教研室审定同意后方可向学生下达;
2.根据任务书要求，指导学生开展文献检索、现场调研(毕业实习、实地考察)与资料收集，指导学生撰写文献综述，完成《北京工业大学耿丹学院学生开题报告表》;
3.保证足够时间与学生交流，定期对学生进行指导和答疑，原则上对学生的指导每周不少于一次，每次不少于1小时;
4.检查学生的工作进度和质量，并进行中期检查;
5.指导学生按照《本科生毕业设计(论文)撰写规范》正确撰写毕业设计(论文)、设计说明书和报告，并认真批阅;
6.毕业设计(论文)结束阶段，按毕业设计(论文)的成果要求，检查学生的工作完成情况，对学生进行答辩资格预审。对学生的工作态度、知识与能力、成果水平、毕业设计(论文)质量等做出恰如其分的评价，填写指导教师评审意见，给出成绩;
7.指导学生做好答辩前的准备工作, 写好论文提要或汇报提纲培养学生口头与书面表达能力;
8.督促学生把毕业设计(论文)的全部资料、成果上交各系归档保存。

四、毕业设计(论文)学生资格认证和要求
(一) 学生参加毕业设计(论文)资格认证
1.本科生参加毕业设计(论文)必须经过教学系进行资格审核并报教务处审批;
2.学生在进行毕业设计(论文)前，必须取得第六学期为止所学专业指导性教学计划规定的全部课程90%以上的总学分;
3.在每届毕业设计(论文)开始之前，各系负责统计并严格审查不具备毕业设计(论文)资格的学生名单，核准后备案并通知学生本人;
4.凡不具备参加毕业设计(论文)资格的学生，按有关规定可延长学制，并报教务处备案。在延长学制期间，经所在系认定具备资格后，跟随下一届学生参加毕业设计(论文);
5.休学者不得随该届毕业生进行毕业设计(论文)，必须随复学后班级进行。
(二)对学生的要求
1.在思想素质上对学生的要求
(1) 培养学生树立良好的职业道德和团结协作精神，要先学会做人，再学会做学问，要有一定的社会责任感和使命感;
(2) 培养学生实事求是的科学态度和严谨求实的工作作风，老老实实做学问，不弄虚作假，尊重他人劳动，不剽窃和抄袭他人研究成果;
(3) 尊敬师长，文明礼貌，虚心好学，尤其应虚心向现场工程技术人员学习。同时应加强对社会的了解，有意识培养自己的吃苦耐劳精神和交际能力，不断增强社会适应性;
(4) 勤于思考，勤于实践，刻苦钻研，勇于创新，充分发挥个人的主动性和创造性，保质保量完成任务书规定的任务。
2.在业务能力上对学生的要求
(1) 根据毕业设计(论文)任务的要求，在指导教师指导下查阅有关文献和社会调研，综合应用所学知识与技能，拟定毕业设计(论文)

(2) 在指导教师指导下，学会对文献资料的检索、筛选和应用的能力，尽可能多的了解课题的国内外研究现状、社会生产需求状况，尤其是先进的研究方法、研究成果等。题目选定后，要求每位学生至少检索20条(目)相关文献资料，以方便使用;
(3) 要求学生根据选定课题的特点拟定调研提纲，独立完成调研任务，并在前期工作的基础上和指导教师的指导下，完成《北京工业大学耿丹学院学生开题报告表》。开题报告有助于帮助学生理清工作思路，着重解决“为什么、做什么、如何做”三个方面的问题，是做好毕业设计(论文)的重要保证，因此，开题报告应认真填写，做到思路清晰，依据充分，内容丰富;
(4) 注重理论联系实际，培养学生综合运用所学的专业理论和方法，分析和解决具有一定复杂程度和一定综合性的实际问题的能力、经济分析能力和创新能力，提高学生获取信息能力、观察事物能力、使用工具能力和表达表述等能力;
(5) 在教师指导下，掌握完成一项给定任务的方法、步骤和全过程(文献检索、开题、资料收集、调研、实验、数据采集与处理、结果分析与总结、观点提炼、方案比较、得出结论、绘制设计图件、编制图表、编写设计说明书或撰写论文、编写答辩提纲和答辩稿等);
(6) 学生必须独立完成规定的全部工作任务，严禁抄袭他人的成果或请他人代替完成某项任务，一经发现，取消毕业设计(论文)答辩资格，成绩按零分记;
(7) 学生应严格按照《毕业设计(论文)工作规范》和《本科生毕业设计(论文)撰写规范》的要求，认真、按时完成毕业设计(论文)工作，并对本人的毕业设计(论文)质量负责;
(8) 按毕业设计(论文)工作计划进行毕业设计(论文)，在规定的期限提交符合规范要求毕业设计(论文)全部成果，文档部分按规定装订成册，并向指导教师提出答辩申请，填写《北京工业大学耿丹学院学生申请答辩表》，未填写答辩申请表或指导教师不同意参加答辩的学生不能进入答辩程序;

(9) 凡指导教师给予毕业设计(论文)成绩不及格者不允许参加毕业设计(论文)答辩，除此外所有学生必须参加毕业设计(论文)的答辩;
(10) 学生答辩前应进行充分准备，如准备答辩提纲、写出答辩讲稿，准备必要的图表等，并在指定的时间和地点参加答辩。
3.在纪律和其它方面对学生的要求
(1) 严格遵守纪律，在指定地点进行毕业设计(论文)，有事应办理请假手续，否则按旷课处理;毕业设计(论文)期间，凡随机抽查三次不到者，毕业设计(论文)成绩降一级处理;累计旷课时间达到或超过毕业设计(论文)全过程1/3者，取消答辩资格，成绩以不及格论处;
(2) 学生应定期向指导教师汇报工作进度，自觉接受指导教师的检查和指导。遇到疑难问题，应及时向指导教师提出，确保毕业设计(论文)工作的顺利进行;
(3) 在有关单位实习期间，应严格遵守有关规章制度和生产操作规程，确保人身安全和生产安全;爱护仪器设备，注意节约材料及水电;
(4) 严格遵守作息时间，确保足够时间和精力投入，确保在规定时间内完成下达的毕业设计(论文)各项任务。

五、毕业设计(论文)课题要求
(一)毕业设计(论文)课题基本原则
1.课题必须符合本专业的培养目标及教学的基本要求，体现本专业的基本训练内容，使学生能受到比较全面的锻炼;
2.课题应尽可能与各学科相关领域的科研、生产、课程建设、教学改革、实验室建设等实际内容相结合，减少虚拟题目的数量及比重;
3.选题应贯彻因材施教的原则，题目类型应多样化，使学生的创造性得以充分发挥，利于提高课题成果的质量;
4.课题应力求能使学生综合运用多学科的理论知识与技能，有助于培养学生独立工作的能力;
5.课题的工作量和难易程度应掌握在使学生经过努力能在给定时间内可以完成规定任务，并取得阶段性成果的程度。
(二)毕业设计(论文)课题分配原则
1.课题数量与参加毕业设计(论文)学生人数之比为1.1:1，并于第七学期第9周之前向学生公布;
2.原则上每位学生应独立完成一个课题,由几个学生共同完成一个大的课题，必须明确每个学生独立完成的工作内容和要求，保证每个学生有不同的专题方向，不允许两名或两名以上学生做同样的或只改变个别参数的课题;
3.不允许连续几届学生做相同题目或只改变题目名称的课题。
(三)毕业设计(论文)的选题程序
1.题目一般由指导教师提出，要说明课题性质、目的意义、主要工作内容、课题基础及对从事本课题学生的基本要求，毕业设计(论文)地点、阶段性成果形式等内容;学生可自选题目，但要有一定的研究价值，并报系毕业论文工作领导小组批准;提倡有一定的开拓性，鼓励有学术价值的题目;
2.指导教师所在系毕业设计(论文)领导小组全面审核教师拟定的课题并签字确认后方可列入选题计划;
3.指导教师所在系汇总审核确认的选题，为充分调动师生两个方面的积极

性，选题要尽量做到自选与分配相结合, 选题计划及指导教师向学生公布后，学生和指导教师可按“双向选择”的原则互选;
4.学生可以根据自己的情况和兴趣申报选择意向，由学生所在系毕业设计(论文)领导小组根据实际情况进行协调平衡和调剂后，最终确定每个学生的题目和指导教师，并向学生公布;
5.学生选定课题后，指导教师以书面形式向学生下达毕业设计(论文)任务书，明确提出工作任务、基本要求和完成时间;
6.学生应在指导教师指导下，根据所选题目进行必要的文献检索、现场调研(毕业实习、实地考察)与资料收集，撰写文献综述，在此基础上完成《北京工业大学耿丹学院学生开题报告》(附表5)。开题报告未通过的不准进入正式毕业设计(论文)环节;
7.课题一经确定，不得随意改动，如因客观原因必须改变课题，应在规定时间内完成题目更换的相关事宜，并完成新题目的开题工作，更换题目的工作程序由各系自行确定。
(四)毕业设计(论文)的选题范围
1.文、经、管类专业，应以完成毕业论文为主，题目以阐述理论原理和将理论原理应用于某些具体问题的课题为主。也可选择一些具有一定深度和难度的专题研究课题，使学生在分析问题方面得到较多的训练。
2.工科专业，应以完成毕业设计为主，题目以设计类型的课题为主，有条件的可以选择既有工程设计又有专题研究的课题，使学生既能受到工程师的基本训练，又掌握本专业的基本技能。
3.艺术类专业，应以完成毕业设计为主，选题强调主题性和应用性，内容应关心生活形态变化与需求、物质与精神文化创新、市场与企业发展需要、社会热点问题，关注新的表达方式、方法和技术手段探索，注重追求选题的价值与意义。

六、毕业设计(论文)评阅、答辩要求
(一) 评阅
1(学生毕业设计(论文)完成后，各系答辩委员会组织指导教师、评阅教师对毕业设计(论文)成果质量与水平进行评阅，每题由二人评阅并于学生答辩前完成，评阅人应具有指导教师资格。
2(评阅应严格按照毕业设计(论文)质量标准进行，强调个性化评阅。指导教师是对学生整个毕业设计(论文)中的工作态度、工作能力、成果的水平进行全面评价，并写出书面评阅意见;评阅教师评阅完成后，应写出评阅意见，特别是应指出存在问题，并及时向学生反馈。同时根据课题设计的内容及要求，准备不同难度的问题，在答辩时进行提问。
(二) 答辩的基本要求
答辩是毕业设计(论文)工作的重要组成部分，本科生进行毕业设计(论文)都要通过答辩。学生答辩前，要填写《北京工业大学耿丹学院学生申请答辩表》。各系答辩委员会组织有关人员对参加答辩学生的答辩资格进行审查，不具备答辩条件的不准答辩。
1.答辩委员会的组成。各系可根据实际情况成立若干答辩小组，各答辩小组成员3-5人，其中设组长一人，秘书一人。结合生产实际或科研任务的课题，可邀请生产、科研部门有关人员参加答辩小组。答辩委员会及小组成员名单经所在系毕业设计(论文)领导小组批准后，报教务处备案。
2.答辩学生的选择。所有毕业生均需参加毕业设计(论文)答辩，答辩顺序在答辩前一周以抽签形式决定或由系统一安排。凡不能按期参加答辩的学生，将依据学院有关规定处理。未参加答辩的学生毕业设计(论文)不得记载成绩。与外单位协作的项目，原则上应在校内进行。
3.答辩形式和要求
(1) 答辩前指导教师与评阅教师必须认真指导或评审毕业设计(论文)，给出成绩、写出评语。

(2) 答辩委员会应在答辩前一周向学生公布答辩时间、地点、答辩学生名单。
(3) 答辩前各系应将答辩流程以及基本情况告诉学生，让学生熟悉相关程序，并使学生掌握一定的答辩方法。
(4) 所有学生均需按时到达答辩现场，不参与答辩的学生原则上可以旁听。答辩现场必须保持良好的秩序。答辩者应该着装整洁，答辩过程中思绪清楚，态度应热情大方、彬彬有礼、文雅得体。
(5) 答辩形式采取公开答辩，全部要求学生口答;答辩小组教师不得对自己指导的学生毕业设计(论文)进行提问，实行回避原则。
(6) 答辩时由答辩人报告论文题目、内容，报告时间一般控制在15—20分钟。答辩人报告后，由答辩小组成员向其提问，对毕业设计(论文)中关键性问题进行询问，鉴别学生是否独立完成任务，并考核学生所掌握的与毕业设计(论文)密切相关的基本理论、基本知识，考察其分析处理解决问题的能力。提问时间5~10分钟，每个学生答辩时间不超过30分钟。答辩小组秘书要认真填写答辩记录表。
(7) 全部答辩结束后，答辩小组成员根据论文水平与答辩情况认真评议，逐一填写答辩意见，并按百分制评定成绩，填写毕业设计(论文)答辩评审表。答辩小组在评定成绩发生争议时应充分讨论，必要时可由答辩委员会组长主持裁决。
(8) 对评阅中发现有严重错误、尚未达到毕业设计(论文)质量基本要求，或第一次答辩尚未通过的毕业设计(论文)，可延期答辩或修改后进行二次答辩。若二次答辩还未通过者，其毕业设计(论文)成绩为不及格或须随下一届毕业生答辩。
(9) 各系根据实际情况，指导教师推荐，组织优秀毕业实际(论文)选拔，并填写《入选优秀毕业设计(论文)摘要选编推荐表》，学院审查并统一组织的办法进行优秀毕业设计(论文)选拔。

七、毕业设计(论文)评语、评分标准及成绩评定
(一) 评语
评语内容一般可包括任务完成情况、论文或说明书水平质量、基本知识、基本操作与技能掌握情况、工作态度与毕业设计(论文)过程中的表现、答辩水平等。评语要明确、具体，避免千篇一律。
(二) 评分标准
评分标准可参考如下标准掌握:
优等(90分以上):
1.能出色地完成毕业毕业设计(论文)任务，反映出基础理论扎实，分析解决问题能力强，在方案设计或数据处理计算等方面有一定的见解或独创性，有实际应用价值。
2.图文质量高，论文结论正确、论据充分、文理通顺、写作规范。
3.实践、实验技能好，实验方案正确，数据准确。
4.完成了指定的文献阅读任务，外文翻译质量好。
5.在答辩中条理清楚、重点突出、回答问题准确。
6.在毕业设计(论文)过程中工作积极、态度认真。
良好(80-89分):
1.能较好的完成毕业设计任务，综合运用所学知识分析解决问题能力较强。
2.图文质量较好、论文结论正确，论据充分，文理通顺、写作规范。
3.实践、实验技能较好，实验方案正确，数据可靠。
4.能基本完成指定文献阅读任务，外文翻译质量较好。
5.答辩中能正确回答问题。
6.在毕业毕业设计(论文)过程中工作积极，态度认真。
中等(70-79分):
1.能完成毕业设计任务，所学理论知识基本掌握，有一定的分析解决问题的能力。
2.图文质量基本合格，论文结论基本正确，文理尚通顺、写作基本规范。
3.实践、实验技能一般。
4.答辩中主要问题回答基本正确。

1.能完成毕业设计(论文)主要任务。
2.图文质量尚可。

不及格(未达到60分):
1.未完成毕业设计任务。
2.图文中有严重错误，实践、实验技能较差。
3.答辩中主要问题回答不出。
4.工作态度不认真。
(三) 成绩评定
毕业设计(论文)最终成绩按下列三个方面的成绩及其所占比例综合评定。
1.指导教师评分:占20,。
2.其它审阅毕业设计(论文)的教师评分:占30,。
3.答辩小组评分:占50,。
4.获得优等成绩的学生数一般控制在20,以内。
5.凡毕业设计(论文)答辩不及格者，允许在毕业设计(论文)工作结束的前一周进行补答辩，仍不及格者作结业处理，跟随下一届学生重修一次。
(四)优秀毕业设计(论文)评选
1(为了鼓励学生勤奋学习，勇于进取创新，表彰学生在毕业设计(论文)中取得的优异成绩，并展现和反映我校本科教学质量，在每届毕业生中推荐遴选优秀毕业设计(论文)并存档，优秀毕业设计(论文)的篇数按毕业设计(论文)优等成绩的20%比例进行上报。
2. 推荐的优秀毕业设计(论文)的要求是毕业设计(论文)成绩为优等，内容有一定的学术水平，有独到见解和创造性，具有一定的使用价值和社会效益，受到有关专家的较高评价。

八、毕业设计(论文)质量监控
对毕业设计(论文)工作的工作程序、工作要求及组织管理，实行院、系两级质量监控，由教务处统一负责组织实施和管理。
(一) 开题检查
在毕业设计(论文)工作正式开始后，在各系进行自查的基础上，督导室组织专家对毕业设计(论文)的选题及开题工作进行抽查，主要检查以下几个方面:
1.课题名称、类别，毕业设计(论文)地点，指导教师;
2.学生是否做到一人一题，指导教师所指导的学生数是否符合要求;
3.毕业设计(论文)进程安排;
4.选题是否合适，难易适度，切忌空泛。
(二) 中期检查
在毕业设计(论文)进行到中期时，各系进行全面检查，督导室进行抽查，抽查数量不低于20%。按照规范要求填写《北京工业大学耿丹学院中期检查表》(附表6)。
中期检查形式分为各系自查和学院抽查相结合的方式，以各系自查为主。各系在在全面自查的基础上，形成自查报告，并填写相关检查表。学院在组织检查组在听取各系汇报后、抽查有关文档资料的基础上，形成检查结果，填写相关检查表。
(三) 答辩阶段
答辩由各系答辩委员会及答辩小组组织，学院督导、院领导随机参加各系学生的答辩，并抽查毕业设计说明书、毕业论文。主要检查以下几个方面:
1.答辩委员会及答辩小组的组成是否符合要求;
2.毕业设计(论文)过程的相关文件是否完整齐全;
3.毕业设计(论文)撰写是否符合规范;
4.毕业设计(论文)各环节评分是否合理，评语是否明确、具体，是否存

九、校外毕业设计(论文)的规定
(一) 适用范围
凡我校学生必须同时具备下列基本条件方可到校外做毕业设计(论文):
1.学生必须已取得除毕业设计(论文)外专业培养方案规定的全部学分。
2.学生已经与校外单位签署工作协议，或所在系(院)已经与校外单位签署了联合指导协议。
3.校外指导单位必须具有指导学生毕业设计(论文)的专业技术人员(中级职称及以上者)和学生所学专业相关的工作条件。
(二)基本程序
1.由学生本人提出书面申请，并填写《北京工业大学耿丹学院学生分散实习申请表》(见《校外实习教学管理实施细则》附表6)。
2.由学生本人提供校外单位同意接受做毕业设计(论文)的接收函。
3.由各教学单位与指导单位签署校外实习协议，学生本人与各教学单位签署安全协议(见《校外实习教学管理实施细则》附表2)。学生在校外做毕业设计(论文)期间的安全由学生本人负责。
4.校外指导教师需按照《北京工业大学耿丹学院毕业设计(论文)工作管理条例》和《北京工业大学耿丹学院毕业设计(论文)工作规范》的要求填写《毕业设计(论文)课题申报表》和《毕业设计(论文)任务书》，并经校内指导教师审核同意后方可作为设计题目。
5.经学生所在系领导同意后，方可到校外做毕业设计(论文)。
6.各系将在校外做毕业设计(论文)的学生名单汇总，填写《北京工业大学耿丹学院XX系学生分散实习情况汇总表》(见《校外实习教学管理实施细则》附表6)并上报教务处备案。
7.学生开题报告须经校外指导教师和校内指导教师同意，所在系审查通过。

(三)指导要求
1.所有校外完成毕业设计(论文)的学生，指导教师必须由学生所在校外单位具有中级技术职称及以上的人员与本校指导教师组成的两位指导教师共同担任。由校外单位的指导教师负责指导。
2.校外指导教师必须按照《北京工业大学耿丹学院毕业设计(论文)管理条例》和《北京工业大学耿丹学院毕业设计(论文)工作规范》所规定进行毕业设计(论文)的选题、检查指导学生，填写好有关表格。学生返校时，应有校外指导教师的书面指导和鉴定意见。
3.学生必须在校内作完开题报告后到单位做毕业设计。
4.学生在校外做毕业设计期间，必须经常与校外指导教师沟通，接受指导教师对毕业设计情况的检查和指导，并每周与校内指导教师至少联系1次，如实汇报毕业设计(论文)进展情况，接受校内指导教师给予相应的指导。
5.校内指导教师在条件允许的情况下，应定期到学生做毕业设计(论文)单位去，了解学生在单位的表现，掌握学生毕业设计(论文)工作进度情况及质量情况，做好毕业设计(论文)的指导工作。
6.学生要在设计中期(7,8周)返校一周，接受校内指导教师对毕业设计的阶段检查和指导，经校内指导教师检查合格后方可返回设计单位。如果没有按时完成设计阶段性任务，应在校内完成阶段性任务后离校，未达到要求不可离校。
7.学生毕业设计(论文)工作结束后，由校外单位的指导教师写出综合评语，作为学生毕业设计(论文)成绩的考核依据之一。
8.学生必须在毕业设计(论文)答辩的前两周返回学院，毕业设计(论文)答辩及成绩评定在校内进行。
9.各系要对在校外做毕业设计(论文)的质量严格把关，答辩组应请校外指导教师参加。

十、毕业设计(论文)经费
1.毕业设计(论文)经费按学院相关规定的各系学生实习费中支付。
2.毕业设计(论文)经费支付的范围包括毕业设计(论文)指导费、评阅费、答辩费、少量实验材料费、论文打印装订费等开支，其中因课题确需少量的实验材料，需在学院规定预算中进行报批后支付。
3.校内指导教师指导毕业设计(论文)的指导费根据我院《北京工业大学耿丹学院专职教师教学工作量管理办法》进行支付。
4.聘请的外校专家或教师指导毕业设计(论文)的指导费根据我院《北京工业大学耿丹学院实习和毕业设计(论文)经费使用管理办法》进行支付。
5.由校内指导教师与校外单位的指导教师共同担任毕业设计(论文)指导，其指导费按我院有关规定支付。
6.校外毕业实习经费支付标准根据我院《北京工业大学耿丹学院实习和毕业设计(论文)经费使用管理办法》进行支付。

我院现有六个教学系，各系对毕业设计(论文)要求不尽相同，为此，对毕业设计(论文)撰写规范提出如下原则性意见，望各系遵照执行。
一、页面设置
论文打印用A4纸(210mm×297mm),页边距为上25.4mm，下25.4mm，左31.7mm，右31.7mm。页码在页面底端居中放置;摘要、目录、物理量名称及符(((((
号表等文前部分的页码用罗马数字单独编排，正文以后的页码用阿拉伯数字编(((((((((((排。

(二)引用文献、术语、图表
1.引用文献
正文中引用文献的标示应置于所引内容最后一个字的右上角，所引文献编号用阿拉伯数字置于方括号“[ ]”中，用小四号字体的上角标，如“二次铣削[1]”。当提及的参考文献为文中直接说明时，则用小四号字与正文排齐，如“由文献[8,10,14]可知”。不得将引用文献标示置于各级标题处。
2.名词术语
科技名词术语及设备、元件的名称，应采用国家标准或部颁标准中规定的术语或名称。标准中未规定的术语要采用行业通用术语或名称。全文名词术语必须统一。一些特殊名词或新名词应在适当位置加以说明或注解。采用英语缩写词时，除本行业广泛应用的通用缩写词外，文中第一次出现的缩写词应该用括号注明英文原词。
3.公式
公式原则上应居中书写。若公式前有文字(如“解”、“假定”等)，文字空两格写，公式仍居中写。公式末不加标点。公式序号按章编排，如第1章第一个公式序号为“(1-1)”，
a/(bcosx)公式中用斜线表示“除”的关系时应采用括号，以免含糊不清，如。
(a/b)cosxacosx/b通常“乘”的关系在前，如而不写成。
公式中第一次出现的物理量代号应给予注释，注释的转行应与破折号“————”后第一个字对齐。破折号占二个字，格式见下例:

4. 图表
(1)每个表格均应有表题(由表序和表名组成)。表序一般按章编排，如第1章第一个插表的序号为“表1-1”等。表序与表名之间空一格，表名中不允许使用标点符号，表名后不加标点。表题置于表上，用中文五号宋体字居中排写 (见模板)。
(2)每个插图均应有图题(由图号和图名组成)。图号按章编排，如第1章第一个插图的图号为“图1-1”等。图题置于图下，用中文五号宋体字居中书写。有图注或其它说明时应置于图题之上。图名在图号之后空一格排写。引用图应注明出处，在图题右上角加引用文献号。图中若有分图时，分图题置于分图之下，分图号用a)、b)等表示。
图中各部分说明应采用中文(引用的外文图除外)或数字项号，各项文字说明置于图题之上(有分图题者，置于分图题之上)。
(3)插图和表编排
插图或表之前，文中必须有关于本插图的提示，如“见图1-1”、“如图1-1所示”等。插图与其图题为一个整体，不得拆开排写于两页。插图处的该页空白不够排写该图整体时，则可将其后文字部分提前排写，将图移到次页最前面。
5.参考文献
参考文献书写格式应符合GB7714-87《文后参考文献著录规则》。 常用参考文献编写项目和顺序规定如下:
