Medical standard of grade III physical examination certificate
67.301 [applicability]
Class a physical examination certificate meets the requirements of the rules from 67.303 to 67.329 (a), 67.331 to 67.335, and can obtain a grade a physical examination certificate;
The grade III B physical examination certificate meets the requirements of the rules from 67.303 to 67.327, 67.329 (b), 67.331 and 67.337, and can obtain the grade III B physical examination certificate.
67.303 [general conditions]
A third class physical examination certificate should not have the following diseases or dysfunction that may affect the exercise of the license rights or may be aggravated due to the exercise of the license right:
(1) poor psychological quality;
(2) congenital or acquired sexual dysfunction;
(3) potentially disabling, active, occult, acute or chronic diseases;
(4) trauma, injury or surgical sequelae;
(5) adverse effects or adverse reactions caused by prescription or non prescription drugs.
67.305 [psychiatry]
No definite history or clinical diagnosis of the following psychiatric diseases should be obtained for the grade III physical examination certificate:
(1) psychosis;
(2) material dependence or substance abuse;
(3) personality disorders;
(4) mental disorder or severe neurosis.
67.307 [nervous system]
No definite history or clinical diagnosis of the following neurological diseases should be obtained for the grade III physical examination certificate:
(1) epilepsy;
(2) unexplained or difficult to prevent consciousness disorder;
(3) traumatic brain injury and its complications or other
neurological diseases that may affect the safety of exercising license rights.
67.309 [circulatory system]
No definite history or clinical diagnosis of the following circulatory system diseases should be obtained for the grade III physical examination certificate:
(1) myocardial infarction;
(2) angina pectoris;
(3) coronary heart disease;
(4) severe arrhythmia;
(5) cardiac valve replacement;
(6) permanent pacemaker implantation;
(7) heart transplantation;
(8) systolic blood pressure continued to exceed 155 mmHg (mmHg), or diastolic blood pressure continued to exceed 95 mmHg (mmHg);
(9) other circulatory diseases that may affect the right to license safely.
67.311 [respiratory system]
No respiratory diseases or dysfunction should be observed after obtaining the grade III physical examination certificate:
(1) active pulmonary tuberculosis;
(2) recurrent spontaneous pneumothorax;
(3) active diseases of the mediastinum or pleura of the chest;
(4) other respiratory diseases, trauma or surgical sequelae that may affect the safe exercise of license rights.
67.313 [digestive system]
To obtain the grade III physical examination certificate, there should be no digestive system diseases or clinical diagnosis:
(1) potentially disabling hernia;
(2) peptic ulcer and its complications;
(3) potentially disabling biliary tract stones;
(4) other digestive diseases or surgical sequelae that may affect the safe exercise of license rights.
67.315 [infectious diseases]
Third class physical examination certificate should not affect the safety of the implementation of the right to license infectious diseases.
67.317 [metabolism, immunity and endocrine system]
Access to grade III physical examination certificate should not affect the safe exercise of license rights of metabolic, immune and endocrine system diseases. But the use of oral hypoglycemic drugs that do not affect the safety of exercising license rights can be qualified.
67.319 [blood system]
Access to grade III physical examination certificate should not affect the safety of the implementation of the license system of blood diseases.
67.321 [genitourinary system]
To obtain the grade III physical examination certificate, there should be no following urogenital system diseases or clinical diagnosis:
(1) urinary stones may cause disability;
(2) severe irregular menstruation;
(3) other genitourinary diseases, surgical sequelae or dysfunction that may affect the safe exercise of license rights.
67.323 [skeletal, muscular system]
Obtaining the grade III physical examination certificate should not affect the diseases, injuries, sequelae of operation and dysfunction of the bones, joints, muscles or tendons that are safe to exercise the license right.
[67.325] the skin and its appendages
Class III medical certificate shall be made without the skin and its appendages may affect the exercise of the rights of the disease safety license.
67.327 [ear, nose, pharynx, larynx and mouth]
To obtain the grade III physical examination certificate, there should be no diseases such as ear, nose, pharynx, larynx and oral cavity or dysfunction:
(1) vestibular dysfunction;
(2) speech or speech disorders;
(3) other diseases that may affect the safety of exercising license, such as ear, nose, pharynx, larynx, oral diseases or dysfunction.
67.329 [hearing]
(a) to obtain a Medical Certificate III for audiometric examination, each ear in 500, 1000 and 2000 Hz (Hz) of any frequency of hearing loss does not exceed 35 dB at 3000 Hz (dB); (Hz) the frequency of hearing loss does not exceed 50 dB (dB).
If the applicant's hearing loss exceeds the above mentioned value, he shall be qualified if he meets the following conditions:
(1) each ear should be able to hear, speak, and beacon signals in the ambient noise environment (or analog conditions);
(2) in the quiet room, 2 meters to the back of the person, the ears can hear the intensity of the usual conversation sound.
(b) get the grade III B physical examination certificate, can be in the quiet room back to the examiner 2 meters, ears can hear, usually the intensity of the conversation sound can be qualified.
[67.331] eye and adnexa
Class III medical certificate shall be made without the eye and adnexal diseases or disorders:
(1) abnormal visual field;
(2) abnormal color vision;
(3) night blindness;
(4) binocular vision dysfunction;
(5) the other eye and may affect the safety of the exercise of the right to license adnexal disease, surgery or trauma sequela.
67.333 [class III grade a physical examination certificate far visual acuity standard]
(a) to obtain a grade a physical examination certificate, each eye corrected or uncorrected distant vision should be 0.7 or more, binocular distant vision should be more than 1 or above. There is no limit to uncorrected visual acuity and diopter. If only the use of a corrective mirror can meet the above requirements, the following conditions should be satisfied at the same time to be qualified:
(1) wearing corrective glasses must be worn when exercising license rights;
(2) during the exercise of the license right, a backup correction mirror with the same degree as the corrected mirror is available.
(b) in order to meet the requirements of this paragraph (a), the applicant may use contact lenses, but shall meet the following conditions at the same time:
(1) the lenses of contact lenses are single focus and colorless;
(2) comfortable lens wear;
(3) during the exercise of the license right, a common corrective mirror should be provided with the same degree of correction as the wearing mirror.
(c) contact lenses or high performance ordinary glasses must be used when refractive errors are high.
(d) any eye uncorrected distant visual acuity was lower than 0.1, must conduct a comprehensive inspection and ocular adnexal.
(E) any change in the refractive status of the eye that affects the safe exercise of the license is not qualified.
67.335 [class III grade a physical examination certificate near vision standard]
To obtain a grade a physical examination certificate, each eye corrected or uncorrected near vision within 30-50 cm range should reach 0.5 or more, in the distance of 100 centimeters should reach 0.25 or more. If only the use of a corrective mirror can meet the above requirements, the following conditions should be satisfied at the same time to be qualified:
(1) in the exercise of license rights, should be equipped with a ready to use corrective mirror;
(2) the mirror must be able to meet both the 67.333 and the visual requirements of this article, and should not use a single correction near vision correction mirror.
67.337 [grade III B grade physical examination certificate visual standard]
The standard of vision for obtaining the grade III B physical
examination certificate should be 0.5 or more of the corrected or uncorrected distant vision. In the case of the use of corrective lenses, the corrective glasses (glasses or contact lenses) should be worn when exercising license rights.
