For better efficiency, the operator shall know well the working technology of the product. (一)开机前准备(?) Preparation 按电气系统要求,接通电源,使用电压与机器规定电压相符。turn the switch on according to the electric system requirements to make sure the voltage in compliance with the nominal voltage. 检查各按钮、操作手柄、电气接线等有关损坏或失灵现象,并将各开关处于“断开”位置。Check to know whether the button, operating handle, wire are damaged or go out of order and keep all the switches in “off”. 检查各换向阀电磁铁动作是否灵活。Check to know the electromagnet reaction of the reversing valve 检查各部分的螺栓是否拧紧。Check to know whether the bolts of all parts are tighten. 检查料斗内有无杂物和是否清洁。Check to know whether there is waste in the gunk and make it clean. 接通冷却水,检查水管接头处有否漏水,杜绝渗漏水现象。Link the cool water and check to know whether water leakage appears in the pipe joint. If any, something shall be done to put an end to the leakage. 检查安全门在导轨上移动是否灵活,在移动时是否能触动电气行程开关。Check to know whether the emergency door moves easily on the slideway and whether emergency door touches the switches of electric stoke when it moves. 清洗油箱后,在箱内加入约200L清洁工作油,本机推荐使用YB—N32,YB—46抗磨性工作油。Add 200L clean working oil to the box after cleaning it. Rotate the pump shaft over ten rounds with hand to lubricate the inside of the oil pump in case of the machine is started for the first time or is reused after long time’s stop. 2 、打开冷却水截止阀,对回油进行冷却,以防止油温过高。Open the stop valve for the cooling water and make scavenge oil cooling in order to oil temperature becomes too high. 3、油泵运转正确后,在较低设定压力和流量值下,液压缸全程进退动作使系统内空气完全排出。并取下比例压力和流量阀的放气螺丝、 待气泡排出后,再将螺丝锁上。After the oil pump moves properly, clean out the air in the system with the motion of the full range in the hydraulic vat under the condition of low set pressure and flow value. Take down the bleed screws of the proportional pressure and flow valve. Lock the snail after the air bubble is discharged out 按照手动空载时,P1的压力值,一般应在,—,Μpa范围,将P2调至与此相当,P3为预塑、注射显示压力。如P4达27Μpa,则可达 45吨合模力,P5仅要刚能推动翻转,一般1.5Μpa左右。 5、用手操作方式进行试车,检查各动作是否正常。Test runs shall be performed with hand operated mode. In this way all motions may be checked to know whether they are in right state. 6、进行全自动试车。Perform full-automatic test runs. (三)、负荷试车 ,、模具的安装mold installation (1) 在模具安装过程中,只允许用手动操作方式。Only hand operated mode is permitted during the period of the installation of the mold. (2) 操纵手动按钮,使合模装置处于开启状态,转塔升到最高位置,注射座退到最后位置。Operate the hand button to make the clamping device on-state, turret rise to the top position and the injection holder go to the rearmost position. (3)拆下固定门,旋转门,卸掉平台上的模具固定压板;拆掉脱模推板。Remove the fixing door, rotating door, fixing plate of the mold on the platform and the draft ejector plate. (4)用轻油和抹布清洗工作台面板,动模联接板及模具上下模架的内外表面,在工作台面与模架相接触部位加少量30号机油,搽抹均匀。 Clean the workbench plate with light oil and rag. (5)模具必须近似水平推入工作台面,切勿垂直落入工作台上。将模具水平推入,使对中块定位在模具上的对中槽内,注意勿与喷嘴、料筒 相碰。The mold shall be pushed into the countertop nearly horizontally. Don’t let it drop vertically to the countertop. (6)调装模具位置,使模具前移压紧前面的平衡块。Adjust the mold to the proper position so that the mold can impact the front balance block. (7)先用螺钉、压板将下模板紧固在工作台上,再操作合模动作(注意不能接通高压油路),将上模板紧固在动模联接板上,然后再开启 合模装置。Fix the lower bolster on the workbench with screw and binder plate, then operate the clamping motion (keep in mind that high pressure oil line shall not be connected ) and fix top plate onto the joint bar of movable mold. At last, turn on the clamping device. (8)检查转塔内模芯推板活动是否灵活,然后在转塔的一边装上芯棒安装条和二根芯棒,注意螺钉不要拧紧。将该组芯棒转到注坯工位, 点动合模按键,一直到合模终止,然后拧紧芯棒安装条上的螺钉。Check to know whether the ejector plate of the mold core inside the turret moves easily. Then install a mounting bar and two mandrils in one side of the turret. Remember that the screw shall not be tightened. (9)操作开模按键将转塔升起,将该组芯棒转到吹塑工位,然后操作支点下降按键让转塔下降使芯棒下降至接近吹塑模时停止,目测芯棒 是否恰好卡入吹塑模的颈环内。如不合适,则松开上、下模紧固螺钉,微调模具位置,使之与芯棒相吻合,确认合适后,重新紧固上下 模架。 (10)将转塔升起,将该组芯棒转到脱模工位,装上脱模推板,用上面相同的方法,调整脱模推板前、后、左右的位置,使芯棒恰好卡入 脱模板内,然后用螺钉坚固。 (11)当两个模具及脱模装置都正确定位后,重复步骤(8),安装上另两组芯棒安装条和所有芯棒。Repeat step (8) to install the other two mounting bars and all mandrels after position properly two molds and the shedder, (12)按规定要求接好模具各冷却水,接好料道板电加热管的电线,装好热电偶,检查水管、电线是否会与模芯棒相碰。Connect the mold with cooling water according to the requirement (13)调节注射装置的前极限位置,使喷嘴前端刚好与料道板浇口套相接触。Adjust the front limitation position of the injection device so that the forefeet of the nozzle just can touch the sprue bush of the material path. 2、根据产品特点和工艺要求,对各个机构的动作行程和工艺参数进行相应的调整。本机使用比例阀专用控制电脑,各工位速度压力、时 间及各加热段温度均可按工艺要求由操作者设定。 3、切记料筒必须加热到规定温度并保温一定时间(至少15分钟,以保证物料充分熔解),才准操作预塑动作(料筒加热,一般前段温 度要高一些,中间段稍低,靠近加料口的后段更低些)。 4、初试时最好向加料口加聚苯乙烯料,待预塑料正常后,再向加料口加制品要求的塑料。加热温度应根据不同塑料种类调整。 5、初试时将喷嘴离开模具,用手动操作进行模外注射,正常后再作模内注射。 6、开机后,要先对若干芯棒进行适当的预热,当对制品质量满意时,适当调整工艺参数,至能正常生产出合格制品后,可转入全自动操 作。Warm up first some core bars after start the machine. Fully automated production may begin only after the qualified product can be produced normally through adjusting technical parameters. 7、故障报警fault alarm 当机器发生故障时,发出报警信号,机器将回到循环初始状态并停止循环。In case of the machine goes out of order, alarm signal will appear and the machine will return the original condition and halt cycle. 当模腔内有异物,低压模保超过设定时间时。There is foreign particle in die cavity and the mold protection under low pressure exceeds the reset time. 转塔下降时间超设定时间。Dropping time of the rotary turret exceeds the reset time. 在全自动操作时,一个作业循环时间超过设定时间时。One working cycle time exceeds the reset time under full automatic working 脱模不完善时。There is faultiness on the mould release 液压系统滤油器堵塞,压差超过0.35Mpa,这只有报警和显示,不对作业循环产生影响。(备选)when the oil filter of the hydraulic system is jammed and the pressure differential exceeds 0.35Mpa, just give an alarm, which brings no effect to working cycle. 8、停机步骤,分为一般停机和紧急停机。Stop running may through both common stop and emergency stop 一般停机common stop 按下停机按钮,机器在循环结束停止,如机器需要长时间停机,须按以下步骤进行。Press the stop button and the machine stops at loop termination. But if long time stop is necessary, the following steps are required. 关上料斗闸板,用手动状态将筒内的全部塑料对空射完。Close the gunk flashboard and shot out all the plastics in the barrel under manual condition. 将选择开关拨到“手动”位置。Dial the select switch to the position “maunual”. 将所有主令开关放在“断”的位置。Put all the control switches on the position “off”. 停止电机一油泵的运转。Stop the running of one oil pump of the electric motor. 关掉总电源开关。Turn off general power switch. 暂时停机,只需按停机按钮,机器在循环结束后停止。Just press the stop button to stop at loop termination and temporary stop will achieve. 紧急停机 Emergency stop 当需要紧急停机时,按下紧急停机按钮,电机一油泵便立即停止运转。When emergency stop is needed, just press emergency stop button and the electric motor—oil pump will stop immediately. (四)其他注意事项 (?) other notes for use 1、切勿让金属或其他杂物混入料斗。Mustn’t let metal or other foreign substances interfuse into the gunk. 2、喷嘴堵塞时应拆下清理,切勿用增加注射压力的方法来清除堵塞物。 When the nozzle is jammed, just remove it to clean. Keep in mind that clean obstruction by adding injection pressure is not permitted. 3、正常作业时,各压力表可关闭,延长压力表使用寿命。(备选)All pressure gauges may be turned off to prolong their longevity under normal operational conditions.( alternative) 4、当预塑时螺杆转动而不能进料,应立即停止预塑动作,查明并排除故障后再加热预塑。如由于加热不当使螺杆加料段物料“结圈”而造 成以上情况的,应将螺杆拆出清理后再装入,并重新将温度调整合理,再进行试车。The preplastication shall be stopped immediately the moment the material can not be fed while the screw rotates. 5、机器不生产时,应将总电源切断,操纵面板上各按纽和主令开关均放在“断”的位置。Turn down the general power when the machine doesn’t work. Al l the buttons and controlswitches in the control board shall be at “off”. 6、除加料时外,平常料斗盖都要盖好。The gunk shall be covered except the moment the material is added to the gunk. 7、工作时,电动机温度不应超过于75oC,否则应停机检查。When the motor is working, its temperature shall not exceed 75oC, otherwise stop to check it. 8、冷却水应用洁净的软水,如使用河水则须经软化和过滤处理。The cooling water shall be clean soft water. The river water shall be soften and filtered. 9、机器要可靠接地,接地阻<10Ω,以避免触电事故。The machine shall be grounded to the earth reliably with ground resistance less than 10Ω in order to avoid electric shock. 10、机器上无模具时,应在模板正下方垫上垫块h?240?。The padding block (h?240) shall be put just below the bolster when there is no die on the machine. 11、机器处于开模状态时,如果要对机器和模具进行调整,必须在台面和模具或模板之间垫上木块,以防油缸活塞落下伤及人和模具。A wood block shall be put between the table-board and bold or plate to avoid the piston dropping from the cylinder and hurting people or mold when the machine and the mold need adjusting during the machine is in the state of mold opening. 12、对机器和模具进行机械、液压、气动、电控等调整时,必须在停机状态下进行(参数修改除外)。Such adjustments in mechanism, hydraulic pressure, pneumatic and electric control to the machine and mold shall be performed at the stopped state (except revising the parameters) 13、机器运行时,严禁将人体任何部位置于安全门和防护罩范围内以及脱模机构伸出所及范围内。When the machine is running, strictly prohibit any part of the body goes into which the emergency door, the protection cover and the mold emptier can reach. (五)螺杆的装拆disassemble and reassemble screw 1、拆装螺杆,应在料筒内的塑料基本排净后进行。The screw shall be disassembled after the plastic is be cleared in the barrel. 2、先将注射座退至远离前机架的未端位置,拆开移座缸活塞杆与注射座的联接,按下压板螺丝。Firstly, move the injection holder to the terminal position far away from the front rack. Then remove the joint of the piston rod of the barrel and press the snail of the press board. 3、将注射座水平板一角度。Twist the injection base to certain angle horizontally. 4、拆下螺杆后部的连接块。Remove the joint block behind the screw. 5、拆下喷嘴,将螺杆从料筒前部拉出。Remove the nozzle and pull the screw from the front of the barrel. 6、如料筒内有残余冷料,而使螺杆不能顺利拉出时,不可强力拉出或顶出螺杆;应加热料筒,待塑料熔化后再将螺杆拉出,并趁热把螺 杆和料筒清理干净,清洗后涂以硅油以保护表面,不可涂以其他润滑油。If the screw can not be pulled out easily for the cool material in the barrel, don’t pull it with force or push it, but shall heat the barrel to melt the plastic and then pull out the screw, and clean the screw & the barrel while it is hot. Then spread silicon oil to protect the surface(other lubricated oil is not permitted). 装螺杆时以与上述相反的程序进行,应该注意的是螺杆插入料筒后须能灵活转动,如发现卡住现象应仔细检查原因。排除故障后再装入 料筒。Install the screw in the opposite procedure. Remember that the screw shall be able to turn actively when it is inserted into the barrel. If the screw is jammed, make a careful inspection and eliminate the trouble. After that, the screw can be installed. (六)机器的维护(?)maintenance 1、每班操作前,机器的运动部分和各润滑点应加注润滑油。The lubricated oil shall be added to all motion parts and lubricated points before each shift begins to produce. 2、注意保持机器的清洁,定期维护保养,对已磨损的零件要及时加以修复和更换。Keep the machine clean, maintain it regularly and repair and change the damaged parts timely. 3、电气控制柜应经常注意防潮防热,保证元件正常工作。Keep the electric control cabinet free of moisture and heat to insure the parts works properly. 4、每班检查安全装置是否可靠,方法是开启安全门后操作合模动作应不起作用。Each shift shall check the credibility of the safety gear by opening the emergency door. The clamping motion shall not act after the emergency is opened. 5、注意油冷却器冷却水的供应,确保液压油温度不超过60oC,否则油液容易变质,密封件容易损坏。The supply of the cool water in the oil cooler shall be able to ensure the temperature of the hydraulic pressure not exceeding 60oC. Otherwise, the oil is easy to go bad and the seal parts go damaged. 6、定期检查油管接头是否松动,及时更换密封件,减少机器漏油现象。Regular inspection to know whether the oil pipe joint is loose and change the seal parts timely to reduce oil leakage. 7、进油和回油两滤油器需经常拆洗,机器从最初使用起经100小时左右应拆洗滤油器,以后每隔1000小时左右拆洗一次,每隔一年要 考虑更换全部液压油。 Two oil filters for feeding and scavenging oil shall be removed often and cleaned. The oil filter shall be removed and cleaned when it is used 100hours for the first time. After that, clean the oil filter every 1000 hours and replace it every year. 五、机器的运输和安装 ?.transportation and installation of the machine 本机重达5吨,且需整机吊运,吊运时,吊索的转折处与机器接触的部位,应衬垫软质厚垫。机器在搬运时,尽量防止冲击、剧烈震动 和过度倾斜。This machine weighs 5 tons and shall be carried through swinging in the whole body. 机器通过防震垫铁安装在混凝土基础上,见地脚分布图。安装时用水平仪校准,主机水平度:纵向0 .1/1000毫米;横向:0.1/1000毫 米。注射吹塑合模装置导柱垂直度0.1/1000毫米。 应安排出管道走线沟、电缆electric cable、水管water pipe、气管等的分布及走向。 六、声明?. Declaration 用户有为供货方保守技术和商业机密的义务。非经供货方准许,不得为他人刺探以上机密提供方便。否则,如涉及法律问题,用户将被 诉为共同被告,承担相应法律责任,并且用户将丧失继续享受售后服务的权利。 It’s the user’s responsibility to keep the technical and business confidential of the supplier. The user shall not provide others with convenience to get the above confidential information unless it is permitted by the supplier.
