_山东章丘日月化工有限公司双氧水车间安全操作规程--zhang811000 空压机岗位安全操作规程 1、岗位任务: 本岗位负责双氧水生产用压缩空气及尿素仪表、全厂用空气单位。 2、职权责任: a、严格执行技术操作规程和安全技术规程及各项规章 制度 关于办公室下班关闭电源制度矿山事故隐患举报和奖励制度制度下载人事管理制度doc盘点制度下载 ,负责本岗位的开停车及生产正常,负责设备的维护保养管理。 b、有权提出操作上的不同意见,对违反技术操作规程和安全技术规程的行为有权提出批评并越级上报。 c、对不安全的设备、仪表,有权提出检修或更换要求,遇紧急情况停车处理,而后向值班主任汇报。 d、对未经主管部门批准的外来人员有权提出询问或禁止进入本岗位。 e、对于干扰本岗位操作和损坏本岗位设备管线及清洁卫生的行为,有权制止和要求恢复原状。 (2)责任: a、严格遵守劳动纪律,完成工作任务,不得擅自离开岗位。 b、严格按照操作规程和安全技术规程操作,对违章操作造成严重后果负法律责任。 c、对本岗位设备运转情况及管线、仪表正常维护有全部责任。 d、对设备有提出更换检修的责任,检修后有验收的责任。 e、负责本岗位设备运转、润滑、维护保养及环境卫生,保持良好状态。 f、每十五分钟对运转设备检查一次,每半小时填写记录。 g、负责工具润滑等其它公物的保管和维护。 h、认真学习业务,精心操作,弄懂原理,负责对学习人员的安全技术的指导。 3、工作联系及交接班制度: (1)工作联系: a、应接受本岗位组长的领导,发现不正常及时汇报。 b、经常向双氧水中控指及尿素中控室反映空气压力情况,必要时及时调整压力,确保安全稳定生产。 c、经常与电工、保全联系,发现电器、设备故障,及时联系检修。 (2)交接班制度: a、接班人员必须提前半小时到岗位进行全面检查,对所属设备、工艺、安全、卫生、记录等工作认真检查,了解设备运转情况。 b、如接班发现问题,可转告当班操作人员,经其同意后可协助处理。 c、接班者未到岗,交班者不得擅自离开岗位,要等接班人员,办完交接班手续,经接 班者同意签字,方可离开岗位。 d、交班时如发生事故,必须待事故处理完毕,写好记录,方可交班。如发生不正常现象及工具丢失,公物损坏,必须找出原因,写好记录后方可交班。 e、交班者要对所属设备、环境卫生、仪表、工具记录齐全,如实向接班者交代当班情况,否则不准交班。 f、具体交接班内容: (A)交接指示情况,各压力表,温度表的读数是否正常。 (B)交接设备运转情况及设备检修情况和备用设备情况。 (C)设备检修完毕,要在组长指导下及时加油试车,如实向接班者交代试车情况,写好记录。 (D)交接工具、公物管理、环境、设备卫生情况。 4、设备管理和维护: a、自觉遵守巡回检查制度,保证设备正常运转。 b、每半小时检查一次空压机的运转情况。检查各运转部位的声音是否正常,油位是否在规定范围内,压力、温度、电流是否正常,发现问题及时处理。 c、经常巡回检查各设备保持完好,及时消除跑冒滴漏。 d、备用设备每班检查一次,设备是否完好,是否缺油,放空阀及出口大阀是否灵活正常,若有缺件及时联系检修,达到完好的备用状态。 (2)设备清理卫生及润滑: a、对所属设备的构造、原理、性能要弄懂并熟练掌握,并做到熟练操作,会保养、会排除故障。 b、保持设备卫生,整洁,经常检查水、气、油的气密性或泄漏情况,发现问题及时解决。 c、对设备、管线、环境卫生每班清理一次。 d、设备润滑 管理制度 档案管理制度下载食品安全管理制度下载三类维修管理制度下载财务管理制度免费下载安全设施管理制度下载 (A)空压机的加油分班承包制: ########甲班:1、6机,乙班:2、7机,丙班:3、8机,管理:5、9机。 (B)各班要经常检查自己承担的空压机的油位情况,选用优质油并经三级过滤后加入机身油池内,保持机身油池润滑油油位在视镜的2/3以上。 5、设备一览表: 额定排气量 电机性 序号 名称 型号 台数 备注 能 3# 1 空压机 6m/分钟 3LE—6/12 1 5 配用电机 985转/分钟,55千瓦 R250M—6 3###空压机 22m/分钟 LW—22/T 3 1、2、3 2 1480转/分钟,132千 配用电机 315M—4r 瓦 3####空压机 42(40)m/分钟 LW—42/T 4 6、7、8、9 3 TK—250— 配用电机 600转/分钟,250千瓦 10/990 6、工艺规程: (一)活塞式压缩机的工作原理 6.1压缩过程 每台压缩机都有气缸和活塞,压缩气体的工作过程,包括吸入、压缩、压出三个步骤。 (1)吸入 气缸活塞由上压点向下边移动时,缸内容积增大,压力下降,当压力降至稍低于进口管中的气体压力时,进口管中的气体便顶开吸入活门,进入气缸,随活塞的向下移动,气体继续进入缸内,直至活塞移至下压点为止。 (2)压缩 当活塞调转方向向上边移动时,缸内容积开始缩小,这样便开始气体的压缩过程。由于吸入活门有止逆作用,故缸内气体不能倒回进口管中,同时用出口管中的气体压力又高于气缸内部的气体压力,缸内的气体也无法以出口活门跑到缸外,而出口管中的气体又因压出活门也有止逆作用,也不能流缸内,此时气体数量保持一定,只因活塞继续向上移动,缩小了缸内的容积,使气体的压力升高。 (3)压出 随着活塞上移压缩气体,气体的压力愈升愈高,当缸内的气体压力升高到大于出口管中的气体压力时,缸内气体便顶上压出活门的弹簧而进入出口管中,并继续排出直至活塞移至上边孔点为止,然后活塞开始向向下移动,重复上述动作。 活塞在气缸内不断地压缩运动使气缸循环地吸入和压出气体,活塞的每一缩回称为一个工作循环,活塞每缩或回一次所经过的距离叫做冲程。 6.2压缩气体的三种过程 气体在压缩过程中的能量变化与气体状态、温度、压力、体积有关,在压缩气体时产生大量的热,这就导致了压缩后气体温度的升高,气体受压缩的程度越大,则受热的程度越大,温度应升的越高。 压缩气体所需的压缩功取决于气体状态的改变过程,压缩机耗功的大小与压缩气体所产生 的热量有直接关系。 (1)等温压缩过程 在压缩过程中,能将压缩功相当的热量完全移去,使气缸内的气体温度不变称为等温压缩,在等温压缩过程中所消耗的压缩功最小,这一过程为理想过程,在实际生产中难办到的。 (2)绝热压缩过程 在压缩过程中与外界没有丝毫的热交换,结果使缸内的气体的温度升高,此种过程的功最大,也是一种理想过程。因此在实际生产中要想没有热量的散失是难做到的。 (3)多变压缩过程 在压缩气体的过程中,既不完全等温也不完全绝热的过程称为多变过程,这种过程界于等温和绝热之间,实际生产中的压缩气体均属这几种过程。 6.3多级压缩 要用单级压缩将气体压到很高的压力,则压缩比必然增大,压缩以后的气体温度也会升得很高,压缩比和气体温度升高程度很大,会使压缩过程和压缩机产生以下一些问题。 (1)气体温度升的过高会使冷却变的困难,这样就增加了功的消耗,影响打气量。 (2)气体温度升的过高,使润滑产生困难,压缩机没有良好的润滑,它的部件就遭到破坏。 (3)压缩比过高,也就是压缩后的气体压力很高,则残留在余隙中的高压气体,在吸气之前膨胀后所占的气体容积也会愈大,结果会使压缩机的生产能力显著下降。 (4)压缩比过高,温度会升高到压缩机体不能容得的程度,机件寿命降低,而且还会增加机件制造的困难,所以一般要将气体压缩到较高的压力,并用多级压缩的办法。所谓多及压缩根据所需要的压力,将压缩机的气缸分成若干段(低压段、中压段、高压段)逐级提高压力,并在每级压缩后设立中间冷却器,冷却每级压缩后的高温气体。综上所述,用多级的压缩方法将气体压缩到高压,可以克服单缸压缩时的缺点,并能使压缩过程接近于等温过程,节省大量的功,但是级数太多,气体经过进出口活门和中间冷却器的次数也随之增多。为克服阻力需要的功就会相应增大,同时压缩机的级数愈多,造价愈高。因此压缩机的级数也不能无限增多,一般不超过七段为限, 6.4工艺流程 (1)、工艺流程 空气 ? 空气过滤消音器 ? 空压机 ? 一级冷却 ? 二级冷却 ? 小储气罐 ? 大冷却器 ? 空气干燥器 ? 大储气罐(缓冲罐)? 用气单位 (2)工艺指标: (1)额定排气压力:一级0.18—0.22MPa 二级0.7(0.8)MPa (2)油压:0.25—0.35MPa (3)各级排气温度?160? (4)进气温度?40? (5)进气压力:大气压力 (6)冷却水进水温度?30? (7)冷却水排水温度?40? (8)机身内润滑油温度?70? (9)油位1/2—2/3。 7、正常操作要点: 在正常操作中,要将所有的工艺指标及操作指标都控制在规定范围内,经常注意空压机的油位,油压,各级压力、温度的变化情况,以及循环水压力,机器的声音是否正常,电动机的温升及电流读数,按规定巡回检查,认真做好记录。 8、操作要点: (一)安全开停车操作 A、原始开车 压缩机的试运转: (1)试车前的准备工作 ?清洗机器内部,然后加入规定牌号的润滑油,检查油位指示器所示油位高度是否符合要求,同时用人工方法向机身十字头滑道的摩擦面上注入足够的油量,避免初开车时因缺油润滑而烧损。 ?检查连接件的结合与紧固情况,有松动之处应及时紧固。 ?检查水管路流通情况,打开总进水管的截止阀,并检查各分支水管流动情况是否畅通无阻。 ?校正压力表,检查气压表和油压表安装情况是否正常。 ?观察和判断运行机构是否灵活,用手转动飞轮,使压缩机空运转二、三转,如有卡住或碰撞现象应查出原因,予以消除。 (2)压缩机的空运转按如下规定进行 ?压缩机空运转是卸去各级气阀的情况下进行。 ?压缩机开车空运转时,先瞬时点动数次,观察压缩机运转情况,检查旋转方向是否正确,若正常则合上开关运转,并检查下列项目,是否符合要求: 〈1〉油压表指示的油压不低于0.15MPa。 〈2〉压缩机运转时响声正常,不应有碰击声及杂音。 〈3〉冷却水畅通无阻。 ?连续空车运转五分钟后停车,检查并记录下列项目: ?、曲轴轴承,连杆轴承和十字滑道的温度 ?、活塞杆与填料及刮油环之间的摩擦情况。 ?、检查或观察机身内润滑油是否沿活塞杆经刮油环串进填料箱及气缸内。 ?、活塞杆表面有无划痕与擦伤,氟塑料制作有无异味。 ?检查机器正常后,即可进行吹洗工作,所谓吹洗,就是利用各级气缸排出的压缩空气,吹除各级管路内的尘埃及脏物。吹洗工作应按如下步骤进行: ?装上一、二级气阀及其它管路,不装二级吸气管,开车吹洗从一、二级分离器出口检查,吹出干净空气为止。 ?装上二级吸气管开车继续吹洗,直到气体出口处检查排气中无任何灰尘污物为止。 (4)调整负荷运动: 〈1〉第一阶段开车运转10分钟,由无负荷调整到二级排气压力为 0.2MPa时检查。 ?压缩机运转平稳,应无不正常的振动及响声。 ?检查冷却水流通情况,不允许有断断续续的水流情况,亦不允许有气泡及堵塞现象。 ?压缩机各接合面及管道连接处应没有松动和漏气、漏水、漏油现象。 ?各级排气温度不应超过160?。 ?观察电流表有否显著的波动和激增现象,以判断氟塑料环装配间隙恰当是否正常。 ?润滑油应不能沿活塞杆进入填料和气缸内。 ?听声音判断吸排气阀的工作情况是否正常。 ?填料或活塞环有无严重泄漏现象,方法是停车时立即关闭排出口,然后观察一、二级压力表变动情况及细听各处有无漏气响声。 〈2〉第一阶段负荷运转完毕,停车拆开机器侧盖检查曲轴轴承、连杆轴承、十字头及滑道的温度,没有过热现象,即可进行第二阶段开车运转,压力调到0.5MPa后运转30分钟停车检查,项目同第一阶段,如无异常则进行满负荷运转。 3〉由压力0.5MPa逐渐调整到满负荷(额定排气压力)进行较长时间连续运转,运转正〈 常后则可正式测定各项参数,并应对减荷阀、调节器、安全阀等进行试验,考察其工作是否灵敏。 压缩机负荷运转后,检验证明一切都正常时,方可投入正常运转。 B、正常开车 (1)运转前的准备工作: 压缩机运转操作前的准备工作与“压缩机试车前的准备工作“相同,投入运行的过程首先无负荷运转,再逐步升至正常运转,发现问题应及时消除,压缩机必须无负荷起动。 (2)运转期间注意事项 压缩机运转期间必须随时检查如下项目: 〈1〉压缩机的运转状况应负荷技术规范的要求。 〈2〉冷却水流量不均匀,不得有间断性的排出及气泡等现象,冷却水进水温度不允许超过35?,冷却水中断时应立即停车。 〈3〉倾听机器运转的响声,不得有不正常的音响存在,如碰击声等。 〈4〉当活塞杆有润滑油并已串入填料及气缸内时,应立即停车检查并消除之。 〈5〉检查电动机的运转情况,按电动机使用说明书规定的项目进行检查。 〈6〉压缩机各管路连接处有漏气、漏水、漏油时,应在压缩机停车后检查修理。 〈7〉储气罐每班放水不少于二次,潮湿天气时,视实际情况而定,多放为佳。 〈8〉进气消声过滤器的滤芯为纸质结构,一般使用寿命在2000小时,应定期卸下,用空气吹洗。 〈9〉冷却分离器的自动排污阀应视内腔脏污情况定期清洗或更换,以保证其灵敏度。 〈10〉检查机体内油面高度应在规定的范围内(油面应浸过粗滤器),精滤器应定期更换。 〈11〉压缩机有异常高温时,不允许继续运转,某级排气压力 突然变动很大,持久不复原时,应立即停车检查原因。 C、安全停车操作 (1)正常停车:压缩机在正常情况下停车,应注意进行下列事项:(如因事故强迫停车不 受此限) ?将压缩机降压后停车。 ?停车后关闭冷却水总管,放净各气缸、冷却器内存水,临时停车不需进行此项工作。 ?放净压缩机一二级冷却器,一、二级分离器中的残留冷凝水,长期停车或冬季环境气温 较低时,一定要把机器中每一处存放水全部放净,以免冻裂机器。 ?压缩机长期停车应注意做好防锈油封维护保养工作,机器重新启动前,运动部位(如十 字头及滑道,连杆轴承等)应注入清洁的润滑油,以免起动时烧伤运动件。 D、紧急停车操作 空压机各主要部件如十字头、连杆、活塞杆等出现断裂、烧坏、拉毛等现象,本岗位或外 工段发生着火爆炸等情况,本岗位的电器故障、断电、断水时应采取紧急停车处理。 紧急停车步骤: 先关闭主机电源,关出口阀门,开启出口前放空逐级卸压。 9、不正常情况及安全处理 A、油压降低 (1)油泵安全阀弹簧损坏,使油泵压出的油流回机身,使压力下降,更换弹簧。 (2)机身油面低,油泵吸不上油,注入规定润滑油,加高油面。 (3)吸油管漏气,检查接头。 (4)油泵过滤网堵塞,应清洗过滤网。 B、排气量显著降低或突然下降 (1)活塞环热、间隙不当、而卡紧环槽内口失去气密性,拆下修理。 2)活塞环发生断裂或破坏,更换零件。 ( (3)气阀漏气,调整或修理气阀。 C、排出气体不纯(含油) 刮油环失去刮油作用,拆下检修或更换零件。 D、活塞与气缸发生接触或碰撞 (1)支承环已磨损过大而失去支承作用。 (2)活塞杆与十字头或者活塞杆与活塞连接松动。 ?更换或调整 ?调整及拧紧固定。 E、安全阀、减荷阀及负荷调整工作失灵或卡死。 (1)锈蚀或有污物造成活动不灵。 (2)弹簧力过大 ?消除锈蚀及研磨密封面,并在密封面上涂上硅油。 ?调整到符合要求。 F、排气温度过高 (1)气阀有漏气现象 (2)活塞环损坏和质量不好,造成气缸两端气体互相串通。 ?研磨阀座和阀片密封面或更换新阀。 ?检修或换新活塞环。 G、一级排气压力不正常 (1)一级排气压力高,由于二级一进气阀漏气损坏。 (2)一级排气压力低,由于一级吸排气阀漏气或损坏。 ?研磨或更换二级气阀。 ?研磨或更换一级气阀。 H、二级排气压力达不到规定值 (1)二级排气阀可能有严重漏气或损坏。 (2)研磨或更换新气阀。 I、排污阀失灵 (1)脏物进入排污阀,堵塞通气小孔 (2)脏物卡住了排污阀浮子。 (3)排污阀元件损坏 ?清洗排污阀,除去脏物 ?清洗滤网,提高清洁度 ?更换排污阀 J、填料漏气严重 (1)填料严重磨损和变形先去气密性 (2)弹箍紧力过送与活塞杆贴合不严密。 ?更换新的密封件 ?调整弹簧或换新的 K、轴瓦温度过高 (1)轴瓦与轴的间隙太小 (2)润滑油粘度不对,油脏污而丧失功能。 (3)装配不良,接触面不好 (4)轴承固定太松或太紧 ?调整到适当间隙 ?更换新油 ?检查后重校正 ?拧紧到合适 L、安全阀漏气 (1)弹簧未拧紧或弹力消失 (2)阀塞与阀壁间有污物杂质 (3)阀塞与阀座密封面不严密 ?调整或更换弹簧 ?吹洗清理 ?调整或修磨密封面 M、压缩机有不正常的响声 (1)气缸与活塞间落入硬质物件 (2)活塞杆与十字头连接松动 (3)连杆大小头轴与轴径向间隙太大 (4)吸排气阀安装松动,气体冲击有响声 (5)气阀与活塞相碰 ?停车取出硬物 ?拧紧螺母 ?检查间隙换轴承 ?拧紧气阀盖上螺母 ?调整上下止点间隙 N、冷却水排出有水泡 (1)冷却水管与管板没有胀紧 (2)气缸盖与气缸间垫片破损 处理:?重新胀紧 ?更换新垫圈 O、一级排气有那几种原应使压力不正常,处理方法: (1)、一级排气压力高,原因:二级进气阀安装不良,阀片或阀座,弹簧损坏,阀片与阀座之间密封不良,气体倒流。 (2)、一级排气压力低,原因:一级排气阀安装不良,阀片或阀座弹簧损坏,阀片与阀座之间密封不良,气体回到一级气缸内,使一级进气量减少;一级活塞环磨损,造成严重泄漏,使气量减少,气道漏气,减荷阀未全打开,消声过滤器堵塞。 处理:重新组装更换,换活塞环;检修气道,完全打开减荷阀,清洗或更换消声过滤网子。 10、安全注意事项: 全厂仪表及控制阀门用气质量要求较高,必须是无杂质干燥的气体,因此在气体送出之前须先过滤杂质,吸附气体中的水分,为使送出的气体压力稳定,且能保证遇有紧急情况(断电等停车时),在短时间内保证气体的供应,空气经干燥后又进入先设的一个大储气罐,然后再送致各用气单位。 附:空气干燥气使用规程 空压机出口 ? 前置过滤器 ? 干燥器 ? 后置过滤器 ? 储气罐 ? 用气单位 前置过滤器作用:气体及液体分离 后置过滤器作用:吸附式干燥器之后过滤粉尘等杂质 干燥器:吸附气体中的水分,使之达到使用标准 原理:变压吸附 A、前后置过滤器操作指引: (1)启动:关闭过滤器输出阀及旁通阀,待管路压力上升至1/2工作压力时,再缓慢开启输出阀,这样可避免滤芯在低压大流量状态下使用。 (2)正常操作:过滤器可在寿命期内连续运作,在规定操作压力和温度范围内无需人工操作,但应定期排污,本机规定:前置每半小时一次,后置每两小时一次。 (3)关机和突然停机 正常关机或系统突然发生故障紧急停机时,务必小心,不要使大量气体回流过滤器,以免逆向反冲的高速气流损坏滤芯。必要时可关闭过滤器的前后阀,打开支路阀引导气体绕行。 B、保养与维修 在任何维修或尝试将管道拆装前,必须清楚确定设备在压力已完全排净。 正常保养与故障排除 定期按时排放,以免阀孔被堵塞,不能排放油水,当过滤器前后压差?0.03MPa时,表明滤芯已脏,应予以清洗。 C、其它: (1)严禁带压开车,带压停车。 (2)启动电机时,应严格按规定程序进行,防止因启动时电流超额,烧坏电机。 (3)外来人员未经许可,不得进入生产岗位。 (4)如遇紧急情况,可先作安全处理,然后联系有关岗位采取相应的措施,并向领导汇报,做好记录。 (5)维护好安全防护设施。 中控分析岗位的安全操作规程 1、岗位任务: 本岗位负责双氧水系统的分析项目,包括安全分析项目和工艺分析项目,工作中要精心操作,保证分析数据准确可靠,积极跟中控室联系,以确保双氧水系统安全、稳定运行。 2、职权责任: (1)严格遵守劳动纪律和各项 规章制度 食品安全规章制度下载关于安全生产规章制度关于行政管理规章制度保证食品安全的规章制度范本关于公司规章制度 ,不得擅自离岗,睡岗,不得干与生产无关的事情,确保安全文明生产。 (2)按照生产要求,明确本岗位的任务,精心操作,保证分析数据准确可靠,对分析结果负责全责。 (3)按照分析频率要求,按时作分析,分析结果实事求是,不弄虚作假。 (4)认真填写好各项分析记录,字迹工整清楚,认真做好离岗记录。 (5)正确使用分析仪器,搞好分析仪器、仪表的维护和保养,保持分析仪器及操作台清洁卫生,定期更换药品。 (6)服从领导,听从安排,随时加做领导安排的各项临时性成份。 (7)执行落实好定位管理制度。 (8)岗位人员有权制止外来人员进入所属分析室。 3、岗位联系及交接班制度: (1)工作联系: a、根据分析结果及时联系中控室。 b、及时联系化验室,配备所需仪器及药品。 c、发现氧气瓶压力低,即使联系有关岗位更换氧气瓶。 (2)交接班制: a、岗位无特殊情况,接班者提前进入岗位,进行全面检查整点接班。 b、双方交接要本着交班交方便,接班接困难,大事讲原则,小事讲风格,认真交接,双方同意,履行签字手续。 c、接班者要认真询问上班的生产情况,交班者要主动把本班生产情况告诉下一班,做到交班交清楚,接班接明白。 d、接班者如有情况不能按时接班,交班者不能下班。严禁岗位缺员。 e、接班者如果接班不负责任,出现问题由接班者承担,若接班者不同意接班,交班者强走,追究交班者的责任。 具体交接内容: a、定岗定位,符合要求。 b、岗位卫生,符合要求。 c、记录表、记录本整洁完好。 d、分析仪器完好。 4、双氧水中控室控制指标: 氢化效率:6—8g/L 氧化效率:5—7 g/L 萃取HO含量:,305.0 g/L B、移液管:5ml C、三角瓶:500ml D、量筒:25ml E、滴定管:棕色50ml F、气体分散管:自制 G、高锰酸钾:AR,0.1mol/L (1/5KmnO) 4 H、硫酸:AR,配制成1 :4(体积比) I、氧气:工业品 3、测定方法: 由氢化固定床取出约20ml氢化液于小烧杯中,用移液管移取5ml于250ml分液漏斗中,再加入重芳烃10ml,将气体分散管插入其分液漏斗中,通氧气氧化,颜色由深变为透明的亮黄色或枯黄色即表示氧化完全,用纯水将气体分散管上的溶液洗入分液漏斗中,并以纯水萃取其中的过氧化氢,每次用20ml蒸馏水,静置分层,将下层水溶液放入三角瓶中,直至萃取液中无过氧化氢为止(一般4—5次)。将20ml 1 C—氢氧化钠标准溶液浓度 mol/L V—消耗氢氧化钠标准溶液的体积 ml 6、中控岗位安全操作注意事项 (1)分析人员现场取样时,应穿戴必要的劳动保护用品,要站在阀门侧面上风向。 (2)做氢化效率通氧时,必须在通风橱内进行,头部不准伸入橱内。 (3)浓酸、双氧水、工作液等物质接触皮肤时,应立即用水清洗。 (4)搬移盛有1升溶液的玻璃容器时,应用一只手托住底部。 b、严格控制好氧化尾气温度,确保生产安全及芳烃的回收。 c、对氧化残液及时排污,确保氧化工段操作稳定。 d、严格控制好氢化液冷却器温度。 e、保管好本岗位的安全设施,防护设备,及卫生设施。 f、密切注意萃取状况发现异常及时反映。 3、工作联系及交接班制度: (1)工作联系: a、本岗位人员应接受本班组长的领导,发现不正常及时报告。 b、经常与主控联系,汇报带水多少,让其调节好。 c、经常与主控联系,反映萃取状况,让主操人员心中有数。 d、发现设备、电器有故障及时通知本班组长并及时联系保全及电工。 (2)交接班制度: a、岗位无特殊情况,接班者提前进入岗位进行全面检查,正点接班。工艺、设备、安全、卫生、记录、工具、泄漏等方面发现问题,接班者可拒绝接班,由上一班处理。 b、双方交接要本着交班交方便,接班接困难,大事讲原则,小事讲风格。认真交接,双方同意,履行签字手续。 c、交班者要认真询问上班的生产情况,交班者要主动把本班生产情况告诉下一班,做到交班清楚,接班明白。 、接班者如有情况不能按时接班,交班者不准下班,严禁岗位缺员。 d e、若接班者不负责任,马马乎乎,同意接班,出现问题由接班者承担,若接班者不同意接班,交班者强走,追究交班者责任。 交接班内容: a、工艺:所有本岗位工艺指标是否在指标之内。 b、设备:检查各设备是否处于完好状态,是否有泄漏。 c、安全:安全装置是否完好,如灭火器,防护用品等。 d、卫生:本岗位所分管的室内卫生,门窗玻璃,设备卫生是否清理干净。 e、:记录:各种记录表,记录本是否完好,记录是否真实,整洁。 f、工具:各种使用工具是否完好齐全。 g、泄漏:静密封点,动密封点以及管道、设备是否有泄漏现象。 h、定岗定位:检查本岗位物品是否符合定位管理要求。 i、监控点:检查岗位所有监控点是否准确无误。 4、巡回检查制度: (1)根据岗位操作记录,每半小时巡回检查一次。 (2)巡回检查路线:操作台?四楼萃取塔视镜?氧化残液排污?氢化液冷却器?氨冷 器?三楼视镜?干燥塔?萃余排水?操作台。 (3)萃余液分离器排污,要保持工作液与水的界面。 (4)氧化残液排污每半小时一次。 (5)系统泄漏定时检查,每班记录一次,交接交清楚。 5、正常操作指标: 萃取塔界面:1/3—1/2 干燥塔界面:1/3—1/2 —12? 氨冷温度:8 氢化液冷却器温度:40—50? 6、正常操作要点: (1)注意固定床压力变化,如发现大幅度变化,应通知主控采取措施。 (2)调节好氨冷温度,避免温度过高或过低对生产带来不利影响。 (3)发现三楼或四楼视镜有异常,及时通知主控采取措施。 (4)按时排除氧化残液及四楼萃余带水。 (5)按规定时间及路线进行巡回检查。 7、开停车操作: (1)开车: a、四楼人员在开车前要检查本岗位压力表液位计及相关阀门是否处于开车要求。 b、接到开车命令后,首先打开氧化塔,塔上节空气进口阀,并根据主操要求向固定床送入空气维持好氢化压力。 c、打开工作液计量槽截止阀,将计量槽液位控制在指标之内。 d、根据主控要求调节好氧化温度及开启干燥塔旁路。 e、根据主控要求打开循环氢化液进口阀门。 f、打开氨冷器液、气阀门,控制好氧化尾气温度。 g、注意萃取状况,发现问题及时通知相关岗位。 (2)停车: a、四楼人员接停车通知后,打开氨气进口阀,控制好固定床压力。 b、关闭氧化塔上节空气进口大阀,根据工作液计量槽液位情况,关闭计量槽前后截止阀。 c、关闭循环氢化液进口阀,关闭氨冷器液、气氨阀。 d、关闭氢化液冷却器循环水进出口阀及干燥塔旁路阀。 8、不正常现象处理: (1)若发现固定床压力大幅度下降时,则说明前工段氢气有问题,此时应首先通知主控室,根据主控室要求打开氮气阀门,将固定床压力维持在0.30?0.05MPa,保证系统安全正常运行。 (2)四楼人员若发现萃取塔视镜工作液已占满视镜则四楼萃余带水较多,这已说明萃取塔已严重积料,此时应首先通知主控室采取措施,密切注意视镜变化,及时排除四楼带水,避免水带入后处理工段引起危害。 9、紧急情况处理: (1)停电: a、遇突然停电时,四楼人员应立即关闭氢气进口阀,打开固定床氮气进口阀,控制好固定床压力。 b、关闭氧化塔空气进口阀以及干燥塔工作液旁路阀。 c、关闭氨冷器液、气氨进出口阀及工作液计量槽自调阀截止阀,以及循环氢化液进口阀。 d、关闭氢化液冷却器循环水进出口阀。 (2)停氢气: 四楼人员发现固定床压力下降太快时,立即关闭氢气进口阀,打开固定床氮气进口阀控制固定床压力,并立即通知主控室采取措施。 10、安全注意事项: (1)严格遵守安全制度及操作规程,严禁违章作业或冒险作业。 (2)严格遵守劳动纪律,精心操作,确保安全。 (3)严格执行禁烟制度,在厂区不准吸烟。 (4)学会使用和保管各种防毒面具,防火器材,维护保养设备的安全状况。 (5)严禁用铁器敲打、撞击氢气管道,阀门及设备,杜绝设备的跑冒滴漏。 中控室岗位安全操作规程 1、岗位任务: 本岗位负责双氧水系统的工艺,安全指标的控制,不正常情况的处理,生产中要积极 稳定操作,保证系统安全,稳定运行。 2、职权责任: (1)职权: a、有权向上级提出技术操作上的不同意见,对未经主管部门批准而违犯和改变技术操 作规程的行为有权制止,并及时报告上级。 b、对所负责的仪表有权提出修理,更换和校核的要求。 c、有权提出操作中所必需的工具及防护用品。 d、对进入所管范围的外来人员,有权询问或禁止入内。 e、所管范围内及一切操作条件有权禁止无关人员随意变动。 (2)责任: a、服从领导,遵守劳动纪律及厂内一切规章制度,不得擅离职守。 b、严格遵守岗位安全技术操作规程,正确使用各种调节方法,不得违章作业。 c、按照操作规程正确处理各种异常情况,做到认真,谨慎,准确,果断。 d、搞好设备和环境卫生,文明生产。 e、对经厂批准接待的外来参观人员有责任进行讲解,并进行安全与技术指导。 3、工作联系及交接班制度: (1)工作联系: a、根据生产情况,加强与一楼,二楼,四楼,分析及附属岗位之间联系。 b、本岗位发生故障,应及时向车间或厂调度汇报,并向有关岗位发出减量或停车信号。 c、加强与厂提纯岗位联系工作,发现氢气纯度有大的波动要及时联系(提纯岗位和厂调度)并做好记录。 (2)交接班制度: a、严格交接工艺指标的执行情况,设备运转及跑、冒、滴、漏情况。 b、交接者应稳定操作,工艺指标均在规定范围内,为下班创造良好的生活条件,写好记录,并有责任向交班者交待本班生产及事故情况,搞好岗位环境卫生。 c、凡由于出现事故或遇不正常情况时,应认真记录,总结,详细交班,以便吸取经验教训,不得隐瞒。 d、交接班时出现不正常情况时,必须处理完毕方可交接,若不正常情况未处理完毕,应交接双方协商处理,并经当班组长同意,写好记录,方可下班。 e、岗位工具及防护用品,应妥善保管和交接,丢失或外借应记录清楚,以便查找。 、岗位卫生清理制度: 4 (1)按照定位管理示意图,搞好本岗位各种物品的摆放。 (2)正常生产中,每班必须清扫地面,保持清洁。 (3)每班应清理所分管环境卫生,门窗玻璃卫生,搞好文明生产。 5、工艺原理及化学反应方程式: (1)工艺原理: 本方法制取过氧化氢是以2—乙基蒽醌为载体,以重芳烃和磷酸三辛酯为混合溶剂,配制成具有一定组成的溶液。将该溶液与氢气一起通入一装有触媒的固定床氢化器内,在一定压力和一定温度下进行氢化反应。得到相应的2—乙基蒽醌溶液。该溶液再被空气中的氧氧化,溶液中的HEAQ恢复成原来的EAQ,同时生成过氧化氢。利用过氧化氢在水和工作油中溶解度的不同以及工作液和水的密度差,用水萃取含有过氧化氢的工作液,得 到过氧化氢水溶液,即双氧水。后者再经重芳烃净化处理及氮气吹扫,即得低浓度的双氧水产品。经水萃取后的工作液,经过沉降除水并用KCO中和其酸性后再送回氢化工序继23 续循环使用。在氧化过程中,部分2—乙基蒽醌逐渐生成四氢2—乙基蒽醌,它亦可反复被氢化、氧化生成过氧化氢,一定量四氢2—乙基蒽醌的存在,将有利于提高氢化反应速度和抑制其它副产物的生产。 (2)化学反应方程式: a、工作液的氢化: (3)发现提纯氢气压力、纯度有波动时,及时联系各楼层岗位,调度,视情况系统进行充氮气。 (4)安全指标波动超标,及时采取相应措施,保证系统安全。 (5)中控操作人员必须进行巡回检查,发现工作液,氢气泄漏,及时处理,消除隐患。 (6)中控室人员不准随意关闭可燃气体报警器信号,不允许任何人以任何借口拆除。 7、安全操作法: (1)安全开车操作: a、开车前应对中控室仪表,自动阀门开关情况,以及各压力,液位报警显示进行实验,校对是否与现场相符。 b、通知空压机岗位注意空气压力变化开启空压机,待压力升至0.50MPa时,通知四 #楼、一楼人员打开氧化塔空气进口阀,看好氧化塔压力及注意氧化2分离器液位打开其自调阀。 c、工作液计量槽液位上涨时打开其自调阀,开启工作液泵后,注意氢化液气液分离器液位打开其自调阀,并通知二楼人员提升工作液预热器温度。 d、根据情况通知一楼人员开启纯水泵。 e、开车后,通知分析岗位开始做分析,以便指导。 f、系统工作液进入固定床后,根据固定床压力变化及时充入氮气。 g、系统温度提升后,联系提纯岗位准备通氢气,中控人员将固定床压力调节好,二楼控制好工作液预热器温度。 h、通知二楼打开氢气自调阀,流量计前后截止阀,四楼打开氢气进口阀,关闭氮气阀。 i、通知二楼关氮气阀门,并将氮气过滤器排污阀打开。 j、通氢气后通知一楼开启循环氢化液泵,四楼打开循环氢化液阀。 (2)安全停车操作: a、中控室岗位联系提纯岗位,调度及附属岗位做停车准备。 b、通知四楼关闭氢气阀,二楼打开所有氮气阀门,关氢气阀门,控制好固定床压力,二楼人员提升工作液预热器温度,系统开始N循环。 2 c、N循环一段时间后,通知空压机注意空气压力,一楼、四楼关空气阀,中控人员2 #将氧化塔自动阀全部打开并关闭氧化2分离器自调阀。 d、根据中控室仪表液位变化,注意氢化液气液分离器,工作液计量槽液位,及时关闭其自调阀。 e、停车后,将所有自调阀全部打到关的位置,并注意各压力,油位变化,固定床必须进行氮气保压,保证系统安全。 f、停车后继续保持萃取液出水,降低萃取液HO含量,保证开车时的安全。 22 8、紧急情况处理: (1)发生停电时,由于中控室仪表全部断电,自动阀自动归零关闭,中控人员及时到楼层帮忙停车关阀门。 (2)停循环水时: a、注意氧化塔温度变化,若温度过高,可通知二楼人员降低工作液预热器温度(用蒸汽调节前提下)致使固定床温度降低来控制氧化塔温度。 b、及时联系循环水岗位,尽快恢复供水。 c、若氧化、氢化温度过高无法维持正常生产,系统进行充氮气。 (3)停氢气时: a、中控人员及时通知二楼打开氮气阀门,四楼关闭氢气进口阀,控制好固定床压力在0.25—0.30MPa之间。 b、待氢气流量计归零后,二楼操作人员关闭氢气阀。 c、通知二楼提升工作液预热器温度。 #d、注意氢化液气液分离器,氧化2分离器液位自调阀的开关情况。 e、一楼人员打开氢化尾气放空阀置换固定床内氢气2—3次。 9、工艺可能发生的异常情况: (1)氢化效率偏低: 原因:氢化温度太低,工作液流量过大,触媒活性太低,固定床内氢分压太低,固定床内尾气太小床内积存惰性气体。 处理方法:适当提高氢化温度,调小工作液流量,更换或串联其它节床一起使用,提高原料氢气纯度增加床内分压。增加尾气排放量。 (2)氢化液气液分离器出料不畅,液位上涨: 原因:床压太低,氢蒽琨析出,活性氧化铝细粉堵塞氢化液过滤布,工作液流量过大,气动阀通不过。 处理方法:提高床压,针对氢蒽琨析出原因解决,必要时暂停通氢,用工作液稀释,更换新轴筒滤布,开少许旁路阀控制或适当提高床压或降低流量。 (3)氧化效率低: 原因:氧化不完全,氧化酸度不够,空气不洁净,氧化塔内存有不洁物质或未钝化好, 氧化温度高。 处理方法:按氧化不完全处理,调节磷酸加入量,加强空气过滤净化,用纯水冲洗塔内部,必要时重新钝化,降低氧化温度,加大冷却水量或降低氢化温度。 (4)氧化液呈碱性: 原因:磷酸加入量不足,工作液呈碱性。 处理方法:增加酸加入量。检查带碱原因及时处理。 (5)萃取液双氧水浓度过低: 原因:萃取塔进出水量太大;氧化液双氧水含量太低,工作液中重芳烃比例偏低,萃取塔内不洁引起分解。 处理方法:调整出水量,适当提高氧化效率以提高双氧水含量,适当提高重芳烃比例,使之符合规定要求,清洗萃取塔,必要时重新钝化。 (6)萃余液中双氧水含量偏高: 原因:萃取塔进出水量太小,萃取塔液泛,工作液中重芳烃比例太小,萃取塔温度偏低。 处理方法:加大进出水量,针对液泛原因解决,适当提高重芳烃比例,适当提高氧化温度。 (7)工作液出干燥塔时带碱严重: 原因:进干燥塔工作液中夹带有空气(工作液计量槽未保持正常液位等原因),工作液流量过大,超过干燥塔负荷,萃余液中双氧水含量太高,双氧水在干燥塔内分解,产生气泡多,碱性界面控制过高,塔顶分离空间太小。 处理方法:消除工作液中的空气(保持工作液计量槽液位),减少工作液流量或少量工作液走旁路,降低萃余液中双氧水含量;降低碱塔界面。 (8)工作液碱度过高: 原因:碱塔温度太低,碱液比重过高,工作液流量过大,碱度在工作液中来不及分离,碱液密度控制不当,白土床活性氧化铝失效。 处理方法:适当提高碱塔温度,降低碱液密度,降低工作液流量,调节碱液密度,换用新床或更换塔内碱液。 (9)工作液水份偏高: 原因:碱液密度低,溶剂比例不当。 处理方法:提高碱液密度或更换塔内碱液,调整溶剂比例。 10、安全防爆制度: 蒽醌法双氧水生产所用的氢气及工作液等都是易燃易爆物质,为保证国家财产不受损失和操作人员的身体不受损害,车间工作人员必须严格遵守安全防爆制度,杜绝一切事故发生。 (1)室内应保持空气流通,严禁车间内氢气、工作液、溶剂等跑、冒、滴、漏,更不得任意排放。 (2)严禁在车间内吸烟,禁止将引火物品如火柴、打火机等带入生产车间。 (3)严禁在车间内使用明火,必要时请示车间,填写动火证,经安全处批准,将设备内物料排放并用水罐满清洗后方可进行。氢气容器及管道能拆下来的一律拆下来焊接,不能拆下来的,一定要用氮气置换,经检验合格后,在专职安全员监督下方可动火。 (4)各种生产原料,特别是易燃易爆原料和重芳烃,过氧化氢等,应放在指定地点,严加保管,防止事故发生。 (5)车间内严禁用铁器敲打、撞击设备、管线等。 (6)装有易燃易爆的设备、管道应保持良好的接地。 (7)车间内应配置必要的消防器材,并保持良好状态。 (8)车间操作人员必须穿着工作服,并根据安全要求佩戴必要的劳保用品。 (9)车间操作人员必须严格遵守操作规程和安全规程中的各项规定,未经车间同意,不得随意更改。分析人员应保证分析数据的准确性。 (10)凡入厂的学徒工及外来实习人员,必须首先进行安全教育,然后才能在师傅同意下进行实习操作,经考核熟练后方可独立操作。 (11)操作人员要严格遵守劳动纪律,精心操作,未经批准不得擅离操作岗位,杜绝事故的发生。 (12)外来人员应经有关部门同意后,方可进入车间。 一楼岗位安全操作规程 1、岗位任务: 根据生产情况调整好各贮槽液位,稳定好系统流量,空气流量保证氢化液气液分离器液位。根据氧化酸度变化情况及时调整磷酸加入量,使系统安全、稳定。 2、职权责任: (1)职权: a、严格执行技术操作规程和各项规章制度,按照操作程序负责本岗位的开停车及正常生产,负责所有设备的维护和管理,搞好检修。 b、有权提出操作上的不同意见,对违犯技术操作规程按安全技术规程的行为有权提出批评并及时汇报。 c、对不安全的设备、仪表,有权提出检修或更换要求。 、对未经主管部门批准的外来人员有权提出询问或禁止进入本岗位。 d e、对于干扰本岗位操作和损坏本岗位设备管线及清洁卫生的行为,有权制止和要求恢复原状。 (2)责任: a、严格遵守劳动纪律,完成工作任务。 b、严格按照操作规程和安全技术规程操作,对违章操作,造成严重后果者负有法律责任。 c、对本岗位设备运转情况及管线正常维护有全部责任。 d、对设备有提出更换检修的责任,检修后有验收的责任。 e、负责本岗位设备的运转、润滑,维护保养及环境卫生,保持良好状态。 f、负责消防器材、公物的保管和维护。 g、认真学习技术,精心操作,懂原理,负责对实习人员安全、技术的指导,并负责检修人员的安全及工艺处理。 3、工作联系: a、应接受本班岗位组长的领导,发现不正常及时报告。 b、发现设备故障及时报告岗位组长和保全,同时现场要有人监护。 c、发现氧化液液位突然下降或升高时,应立即查看空气流量及氧化液流量是否有波动,如果是空气压力波动应首先控制好空气流量并联系空压机及相关岗位。 d、发现工作液液位下降过快,及时通知中控查看系统是否有异常。 (2)交接班制度: a、接班者应提前半小时进车间,进行全面检查,查看记录,了解情况,提前20分钟参加班前会,接班者有权询问生产操作和事故处理情况。 b、接班者未到岗位,交班者不得擅自离开岗位,必须按照车间的意见等候接班人员,办完接班手续,经接班者同意签字后,方可离开岗位。 c、交班时如发生事故,必须待事故处理完毕,写好记录,方可交接。 d、交班者要对所属设备、环境卫生,消防器材、工具记录齐全,如实向接班者交待当班生产情况,否则不准交接。 具体交接班内容: a、工艺:所有本岗位工艺指标是否在指标之内。 b、设备:检查各设备是否处于完好状态,是否有泄漏。 c、卫生:本岗位所分管的室内卫生,门窗玻璃,设备卫生是否清理干净。 d、记录:各种记录表,记录本是否完好,记录是否真实,整洁。 e、工具:各种使用工具是否完好齐全。 f、泄漏:静密封点,动密封点以及管道,设备是否有泄漏现象。 g、定岗定位:检查本岗位物品是否符合定位管理要求。 h、监控点:检查岗位所有监控点是否准确无误。 4、巡回检查制度: (1)根据岗位操作记录,每半小时巡回检查填写一次。 (2)巡检路线:操作台?空气过滤器?氢化液气液分离器?纯水泵?工作液泵?后处 理白土床?工作液槽?纯水槽?稀碱槽?净化塔?操作台。 依此路线每半小时对系统各压力、温度、液位、流量等情况检查一次,做好巡回检查 记录,并按时拨表。 (3)查看泵运转情况,查电机、轴承温度及润滑情况,运转无震动无异常,电机电流 情况。以上三项每半小时一次。 (4)白土床、再生床、空气过滤器按时排污,每半小时一次。 (5)氧化残液、氢化液贮槽、工作液贮槽每二小时一次。 (6)各备用泵是否备用,交接班做好记录。 5、生产操作指标: 3 工作液、氢化液流量:70—80m/h 氢化液气液分离器液位:1/3—1/2 净化塔界面:1/3—1/2 3氢化尾气放空:,15 m/h 6、正常操作要点: (1)系统正常运行中,应保持各贮槽液位的平衡,避免大起大落,造成生产波动。 (2)必须保持氢化液气液分离器1/3—1/2液位。 (3)各贮槽各排污口应按时排污。 (4)严禁溢料各及工作液的跑、冒、滴、漏。 7、开停车操作: 开车前的准备: a、检查各压力表、液位、自调阀是否准确灵敏,以及各阀门的开关情况。 b、检查各泵运转设备的润滑油情况及完好情况。 (2)开车: a、接到开车命令后,打开氧化塔空气流量计截止阀及氧化塔空气进口阀,并专人调节 空气流量,用15—20分钟将空气控制到指标范围内。 #b、根据氧化液贮槽液位及贮槽上氧化2分离器出料视镜,查看出料情况,开启氧化液 泵。 c、工作液贮槽上视镜有回流工作液后可开启工作液泵。 d、根据工作液流量及时调节氢化液气液分离器液位,避免跑空发生危险。 e、开启氢化液泵,打开磷酸流量计开始加酸,保证氧化液酸度。 f、根据中控要求开启纯水泵及循环氢化液泵,调节氢化尾气放空量。 (3)停车: a、先停氧化塔空气进口阀及空气流量截止阀,后根据氧化液贮槽液位停氧化液泵。 b、根据中控要求,停纯水泵及循环氢化液泵。 c、根据工作液贮槽、氢化液贮槽液位变化,停止工作液泵、氢化液泵,根据情况关闭 氢化液气液分离器自调阀截止阀及再生床出口阀。 d、停氢化液泵后,停止加磷酸。 e、停车后,注意各贮槽液位的变化情况,及时查找原因解决。 8、紧急情况处理: (1)停H: 2 如遇停氢通氮气时,一楼人员应专人看管氢化液气液分离器防止跑空和溢料,同时调节好系统流量,各贮槽液位,并根据中控要求控制好氢化尾气放空。 (2)停电: 如遇停电时,一楼人员应立即关闭空气进口阀及空气流量计截止阀,关闭氢化液气液分离器出口阀及尾氢放空阀。关闭各泵出口阀并将停车按钮重新按一遍,根据出水情况控制好净化塔界面。 9、事故处理: (1)爆炸着火: 若出现爆炸着火,应及时报告车间,调度,统一思路,并及时关闭空气阀,切断各泵电源,关闭泵出口阀及氢化液气液分离器出口阀,关闭尾氢放空阀,根据现场情况,利用有利时机及时用灭火器扑灭火源。熟悉岗位消防器材,防护器材的正确使用方法,事故的处理,按照四不放过的原则进行。 (2)双氧水泄漏: 若发生双氧水泄漏,操作人员应穿戴好必要的防护用品,用大量雾壮水稀释后排入废水系统。如大量泄漏,一楼人员应按停车顺序停车,迅速疏散无关人员并切断电源,根据泄漏部位,关闭相关阀门,并及时在外部用围堰收容,妥善处理后排入地沟。 10、安全注意事项: (1)严格遵守安全制度和操作规程,严禁违章作业或冒险作业。 (2)严格遵守劳动纪律,精心操作,确保安全。 (3)严格执行检修安全规程,在工作液设备管道上动火或进行作业,必须置换合格, 办理动火证和入容器证,设备内照明灯电源为12V。 (4)严格执行禁烟制度,禁火区内不准吸烟。 (5)学会使用和保管各种防毒面具,防火器材,维护保养设备的安全状况。 (6)严禁用铁器敲打、撞击工作管道、设备,杜绝工作液的跑、冒、滴、漏。 二楼岗位安全操作归规程 1、岗位任务: 本岗位负责工作液预热器温度的调节,稳定氢化温度,对双氧水产量进行记录,以及对碱液的排污。 2、职权责任: (1)负责本岗位的设备、地面、仪表、门窗等的整洁卫生,维护好本岗位文明生产的环境。 (2)负责本岗位的各项工艺指标的稳定,遇到波动及时调整,使各项工艺指标稳定在指标范围内。 (3)加强巡回检查,防止出现漏气、跑双氧水及其它跑、冒、滴、漏现象,将工艺设备故障处理在萌芽状态,并及时报告本岗位的设备及工艺情况。 (4)要对外来人员的安全负责,并负责外来人员的技术咨询工作,阻止外来人员打扰岗位人员正常操作。 3、工作联系及交接班制度: (1)工作联系: a、本岗位应接受本班岗位组长的领导,发现不正常及时报告。 b、经常与一楼岗位联系,发现带碱多时及时报告中控和一楼岗位。 c、经常与保全、电工联系,发现电器、设备故障,及时联系检修。 (2)交接班制度: a、交接双方必须认真交接,一丝不苟,并做好记录,交接内容达不到要求,接班者有权拒绝接班,双方共同处理。 b、接班者同意接班,双方可在记录本上签字,接班后一切问题由接班者承担。 c、若接班者不同意接班,交班者强行离开,要严厉追究交班者责任。 d、接班者要详细询问上一班的生产情况,接班者要主动实事求是的向下一班交待本班 生产情况,不得隐瞒真相。 e、如遇恶劣天气或其它特殊情况,接班者没按时到岗,交班者要主动留下,不得缺员。 f、如岗位不正常或需要开停车,交班者可根据车间领导安排留下协助处理。 交接班内容: a、工艺:所有本岗位工艺指标是否在指标之内。 b、设备:检查运转设备,精制设备有无异常,是否在完好运行状态,备用设备是否完 好备用。 c、安全:安全装置是否完好,如灭火器,防护用品安全指示信号等。 #氧化2分离器液位:1/3—1/2 芳烃中间受槽液位:,1/3 6、正常操作要点: #(1)注意氧化2分离器液位变化,以防跑料或跑空,发生危险。 (2)氧化塔压力变化时,及时联系中控查找原因,并用截止阀稳定好压力。 (3)严禁工作液、芳烃、双氧水的跑、冒、滴、漏。 (4)按时排碱,保持碱液沉降,碱分离器的工作液界面。 (5)按规定巡回检查,做好记录。 、开停车操作: 7 (1)开车: #a、二楼操作人员在开车前检查压力表、液位计,氧化2分离器前后截止阀及白土床大 阀的开关情况。 b、接到开车命令后,先打开氮气过滤器进口阀及氢氮气阀,以向固定床充氮气,后根 #据氧化2分离器液位变化情况,打开其自调阀,保持液位在1/3—1/2,必要时开启在调阀 旁路调节。 c、待开启工作液泵后,根据中控要求提升工作液预热器温度。 d、根据中控室要求打开氢气自调阀及氢气流量计截止阀,开始系统通H。 2e、 通H后,关闭氮气所有阀门,并将氮气过滤器底部排污阀打开。 2 (2)停车: a、二楼人员将氮气过滤器的进口及氢氮预热器的氮气阀打开。 b、待氢气流量计回零后,关闭氢气流量计截止阀和氢气自调阀截止阀。 c、打开蒸汽阀及蒸汽冷凝液出口阀,提升工作液预热器温度。系统N循环。 2 #d、接到停车命令后,根据氧化2分离器液位关闭其自调阀。 e、一楼停工作液泵后,停止工作液预热器的蒸汽加热,关闭蒸汽阀,停车后,根据一楼要求关闭白土床出口阀。 8、不正常现象处理: (1)若系统带碱多时,应先通知中控室岗位查看系统流量是否变化过大或工作液计量槽液位不稳定或其他原因引起,根据实际情况采取措施,减少带液,二楼人员应及时把碱排出,确保生产系统的安全。 ##(2)若发现氧化2分离器液位变化过大时,二楼人员要注意氧化2分离器自调阀及 #一楼人员看好空气流量,二楼人员可根据氧化2分离器液位开启或关闭自调阀旁路阀或截止阀。 9、紧急情况处理: (1)停电: a、先打开氮气过滤器N进口阀及氢氮预热器氮气阀,关闭氢气流量计截止阀。 2 #b、关闭氧化2分离器自调阀截止阀,根据一楼工作液液位,关闭白土床出口阀。 c、停电后,注意双氧水槽液位变化,以防跑双氧水。 (2)停氢气: 若发生突然停氢气时,二楼人员应注意及时关闭氢气流量计截止阀,打开氮气所有阀门,通知中控人员注意系统变化,并关闭工作液预热器循环水阀,出口阀门,打开蒸汽阀及蒸汽冷凝液出口阀,开始提升工作液预热器温度。 10、安全注意事项: (1)严格遵守安全制度及操作规程,严禁违章作业或冒险作业。 (2)严格遵守劳动纪律,精心操作,确保安全。 (3)严格执行禁烟制度,厂区不准吸烟。 (4)学会使用和保管各种防毒面具,防火器材,维护保养设备的安全状况。 (5)严禁用铁器敲打、撞击氢气管道,阀门及设备,杜绝设备的跑、冒、滴、漏。 成品分析室安全操作规程 1、岗位任务: 本岗位负责双氧水产品成品的配制以及对产品指标的测定,有效地控制产品质量和确 保产品质量的稳定。 2、职权责任: (1)严格遵守劳动记录和各项规章制度,确保安全文明生产。 (2)按照生产要求,保证分析数据真实可靠,对分析结果负全责。 (3)按照分析频率要求,按时做分析,分析结果实事求是,不弄虚作假。 (4)认真填写各项分析记录,认真做好离岗记录。 (5)正确使用分析仪器,搞好分析仪器、仪表的维护和保养,保持分析仪器和操作台 的清洁卫生,及时更换药品。 (6)服从领导,随时加做各级领导安排的各种临时性分析。 (7)执行落实好定位管理制度。 (8)岗位人员有权制止外来人员进入所属分析室。 3、工作联系及交接班制度: (1)工作联系: a、对于工作结果不在控制指标之内的,及时通知相关岗位,并根据需要加做分析。 b、分析药品,仪器及时联系化验室配备及更换。 c、分析结果及时报送总经理、生产处、质检室、双氧水车间。 (2)交接班制度: a、交接双方必须认真交接,一丝不苟,并做好记录,交接内容达不到要求,接班者有 权拒绝接班,双方共同处理。 0.10% 。 (2)游离酸含量的测定: 称取约30g试样,精确至0.01g,用100ml不含二氧化碳的中性水将试样全部移入250l的锥形瓶中,加入2至3滴甲基红—亚甲基蓝混合指示剂,用氢氧化钠标准溶液滴定至溶液由紫红色变为暗蓝色即为终点。 b、结果计算: 以游离酸(HSO计)的质量分数W,数值%表示, 242 W=,(V×C×0.04904)/m,×100=(4.904×V×C)/m 2 c、允许差: 取两次平行测定结果的算术平均值为测定结果,平行测定结果的绝对差值不大于 0.001% 。 (3)不挥发物含量的测定 a、分析步骤: 称取约20g试样,精确至0.01g,置于已恒重的盛有铂片或铂丝的瓷蒸发皿中,在沸水 浴上蒸干,于105—110?的烘箱内烘至恒重。 b、结果计算: W=,(m-m)/m,×100 312 c、允许差: 取两次平行测定结果的算术平均值为测定结果,平均测定结果的绝对值不大于0.005% 。 (4)稳定度的测定。 a、分析步骤: 将试样移入洗净的50ml刻度硬质玻璃瓶中,至刻度瓶颈上部依次紧套上滤纸和塑料薄膜,用5—10ml烧杯盖在瓶口上,然后置于100?水浴中(瓶内的液面应保持水浴水面以下),加热5小时,迅速冷却至室温,加水至刻度,摇匀,按测过氧化氢含量的步骤测定。其过氧化氢的含量。 (2)、成品分析完毕后,样品应放入指定地点存放,并贴好标签。 (3)若双氧水或高锰酸钾溅到皮肤上应立即用大量清水冲洗。 (4)分析天平要做好维护和保养,并严格按照使用说明进行使用。 (5)若水浴锅,烘箱温度高时,应避免身体接触高温区,以免造成伤害, (6)移动水浴锅,烘箱内高温分析器皿时要用隔热护具。 (7)成品配制时,一要有专人看管液位,以免跑双氧水造成损失。 (8)加稳定剂时,一定要戴好安全帽及扎好安全带,以免发生危险。 7、分析中可能出现的异常情况: (1)成品稳定度太低: 原因:外界污物进入;成品酸度太低;纯水质量差;氧化液和纯水中硝酸铵含量不足设备被腐蚀;萃取塔净化等设备钝化不好或被严重污染。 处理方法:清除污染源;补加磷酸调整酸度;改进纯水质量;调整硝酸铵含量;清洗设备,必要时重新钝化。 (2)成品不挥发物含量偏高: 原因:净化塔净化效果不好,成品酸度及硝酸铵含量偏高;工作中液中水溶性降解物增多。 处理方法:适当增加芳烃用量加强净化效果;调整纯水及氧化液中磷酸和硝酸铵的含量;寻找原因,减少降解物生成,必要时清洗处理工作液。 (3)产品气味太大: 原因:净化不好;产品吹氮不好 处理方法:加强净化效果,增加产品通氮时间和氮气量。 8、成品分析岗位安全制度: (1)分析人员操作时必须遵守操作规程和安全规程中的各项规定。 (2)确保分析仪器灵敏可靠,指示准确,以保证分析数据的准确性。 (3)分析室内所有电器设备均应保持良好接地或接零保护。照明设施均应符合防爆要求。 (4)所有药品贮存容器应保持良好密封,防止易燃易爆物质挥发扩散在空气中积聚达到爆炸极限而酿成事故。 (5)分析室内严禁吸烟和使用明火,必须配备必要的消防器材,安全防护器材及用具,并保持良好备用状态。 (6)分析人员必须按规定穿着工作服,佩戴必要的安全防护用品。 (7)非工作人员禁止入内,本岗位人员有权制止外来人员进入工作室。 (8)学徒工及外来人员,首先必须进行安全教育,然后才能在师傅指导下进行实习操作,经考试认为操作熟练后方可进行独立分析操作。 附: #2双氧水设备一览表: 设备名称 规格
