闫村小学防火演练总结
当前时期，已进入春季，我校切实把防火安全教育作为头等大事来抓。按上级要求，为了培养学生逃生自救的技能，保障学生的生命安全，确保灾难来临时把损失降到最低限度，学校制定了完备的防火逃生演练方案。2011年3月25日，校领导组织召开了全体教职工会专门布置安全演练工作，明确各相关人员职责。并组织全体教师学习了《演练活动方案》，校长就演练的意义和纪律作了强调。2011年3月25日下午，学校进行了防火疏散演练。
一、各班班主任给学生详细介绍了火灾的相关知识、防火的保护措施和灾后自救知识。各班学生在班主任的指导下进行应急防火练习，班主任教育学生防火的正确的方式，并不断告诉学生在疏散时不要慌张，不要推挤，应在教师的引导和统一指挥下有序撤离。
二、应急防火演练时，当疏散命令下达，学生开始在教师的组织下按照既定的路线有序撤离，撤离过程中，学生能够按照要求不推挤和喧哗。演练过程中，教师指导学生认真，负责疏散的教师到位迅速，学生演练认真。演练结束后，负责领导进行了认真的分析和总结，班主任也针对班级问

为了巩固演练效果，切实提高师生防火应急能力，3月25日进行了防火安全演练，并在演练后再次汇总相关情况，修订相关

通过此次模拟演练，老师和同学们临危不乱，组织有序，逃生时没有发生踩踏和碰伤学生的事故发生，在极短的时间内师生全部撤离到指定位置;同时，学生们掌握了基本的逃生技能和

通过演练，我们也找出了许多不足:
1、部分师生学习方案不仔细，很多班级只组织学生疏散，缺少应急防火环节。
2、学生疏散后没有及时清点人数。
3、个别学生有不严肃的举止。
总之，通过此次演练，我们既掌握了逃生的技能和方法，有了很大的收获;同时，又找出了很多不足之处，希望以后多组织类似的演练活动，以确保灾难真正降临时能够自救，以保护大家的生命安全～
