小功率电子镇流器工作原理及故障浅析(Operationprincipleandfaultanalysisofsmallpowerelectronicballast)小功率电子镇流器工作原理及故障浅析(Operationprincipleandfaultanalysisofsmallpowerelectronicballast)OperationprincipleandfaultanalysisofsmallpowerelectronicballastElectronicballastsforenergysavinglampsareefficient,energysaving,flickerfreeandnoiselessTheycanalsobestartedatlowvoltageandhaveawiderangeofapplicationsHowever,duetotheselectionanddesignofcomponents,therateoffailureishigherThestructureandworkingprincipleofelectronicballastsforlowpowerenergysavinglampsusedindailylifearediscussed,themultiplefaultreasonofseveraltypicalandcommonanalysis,inordertoquicklyfindthepointoffailureandimprovementKeywordselectronicballastoperatingprincipleresonancefaultAsthestartingandlimitingdevice,theelectronicballasthastheadvantagesofsimplicity,highefficiency,excellentstartingperformance,nonoise,highreliabilityandremarkablepowersavingeffectButinpracticaluse,duetothechoiceofcomponentsanddesignfactors,thefailurerateofelectronicballastsisalsohigherThefollowingmainlyintroducestheworkingprincipleofsmallpowersavinglampelectronicballast,andanalyzesitstypicaltypicalfaultselectronicballastcircuitstructureandworkingprincipleThediagrambelowshowsthecircuitdiagramofacertainbrandofWelectronicballastItismainlycomposedofrectifierfiltercircuit,startupcircuit,invertercircuit,seriesresonantcircuitandprotectioncircuitDtoD,CandCtoformabridgerectifierandfiltercircuit,atthesametime,CisalsoinvolvedintheworkoftheoscillationcircuitR,R,C,D,DBstartcircuitforprovidinganexternaltriggersignalT,T,R,R,RL,R,,L,LetctheinvertercircuittogeneratehighfrequencyvoltageandcurrentofmorethankHz,includingLforlooptransformerprimarywindingTr,L,LforthesecondarywindingC,LseriesresonantcircuitD,D,D,D,D,R,DProtectioncircuitWorkingprinciple:aftertheelectronicballastisenergized,theVACpowersupplypassesthroughtheDtoDbridgerectifier,andthenpassesthroughtheCandCfilterstoobtainthenoloadDCvoltageofaboutV,andtheactualvoltageisaboutVAcurrentflowingthroughtheR,RbegantoCcharging,whenthechargingvoltagereachestheturningvoltagebidirectionaltriggerdiodeDB(aboutV),DBbreakdownconductioncurrentflowingintotheTbase,makingTpositivebiasandconductionAtthispoint,thecurrentpathis:bridgerectifieroutputtoC=filamentFL=C=filamentFL,chokecoilL=loopcoretransformer,primarywindingLtoT=R,thepowertochargeCAtthesametime,theinducedelectromotiveforce,instantaneouschangecollectorcurrentTinlooptransformerprimarywindingsofTrLtoproducepositiveandnegativebycouplinginthesecondarywindingofLandLwerealsoinducedEMF,instantaneouspolarityasshowninFigure,whichmakestheTbasepotentialincreases,theformationofpositivefeedback,basecurrentandcollectorcurrentisfurtherincreased,theTrapidsaturationconductionAtthesametime,withthesaturatedT,Trmagneticringtransformerisalsobecomingsaturated,flowingthroughtheprimarywindingLcurrentdecreases,inducedelectromotiveforcegeneratedontheLinisnegative,whileinthesecondarywindingofL,Lalsoproducedtheinducedelectromotiveforce,andthedirectionisshowninFiguretheoppositeTheTbasepotentialdecreased,Tbasepotentialincreases,thepositivefeedbackmakestheTsaturatedchangequicklyfromtheglobe,andTaftertheclosingofTquicklybecomessaturatedconductionbythedeadlineCthroughfilamentFLtoCtoTtoRtoprimarywindingLtochokeLtofilamentFLoftheloopdischargeTherefore,theuseofmagneticringtransformerprimarywindingLchangingcurrentgeneratedfromtheinducedelectromotiveforce,thenbycouplingthesecondarywindingsofL,L,T,TalternatelyturnedonandoffatC,composedofLLCseriesresonantresonantcircuit,Thus,averyhighvoltageisgeneratedatbothendsoftheCtobeaddedtothelamptubetoilluminatethetubeWhenlitthelamp,mercuryvaporlampforionizationintheformofconductingpathwaymakesitsinternalresistancedecreasedrapidly,andbecauseofthisresistanceandCinparallel,sothatthecircuitmismatch,highvoltageatbothendsofthetubeQihuiisreducedtothenormalvoltage,andthenthroughtheLlimitingfunctiontomaintainthenormallightinglampTCisconducted,thestoredchargeontheC,Tbyrapiddischarge,thatthevoltageofCdecreased,duetotheTandTonofffrequencyisveryhigh,asinTCTchargingtimeisveryshort,conductionandcontinuetodischarge,thevoltageontheCnotenoughtomakeDBagain,sothecircuitafterthestart,DBnolongerwork,inordertopreventTfromsaturatedstateexitTheDandtheDareconnectedtothebaseandemitteroftheT,T,respectively,toprotecttheovervoltagefromtheinducedvoltageofthesecondarywindingLandtheL,andtodamagethetriodeTandtheTTheDandtheDareconnectedtothecollectorandemitteroftheT,T,respectively,toperformcurrentprotectionTheC,theR,andtheRareconnectedbetweenthecollectorandemitteroftheTforovervoltageprotectionandfreewheelingcommonfailureanalysisWhentheelectronicballastisoutoforder,itisbettertofollowtheprincipleof"easyfirstandhardafterwards"Firstly,throughvisualinspection,toobservewhetherthereisdamagetotheobviousdevices,suchaselectrolyticcapacitorburstoradrum,aresistorandadiode,atriodeburnburstsecondly,usingresistancemeasurementmultimeter,eliminatetheshortfaultandopencircuitfault,checkchecktofocusonthemostvulnerableT,T,Cdevicesanditsperipheralcircuit,whenabnormalrelateddevicesopenorremovetheretest,confirmthedamageafterreplacementIngeneral,ofthesefaultscanbeeliminatedbythesetwostepsForsomehiddenfaults,afterthefirsttwostepsareeliminated,themethodofonlinemeasuringvoltageandwaveformcanbeusedtocheckAsthelineisdirectlyconnectedwiththecitypowerV,itiseasytohappenaccidentalelectricshockItisbettertouseisolatedtransformertodosafetyprotectionElectrifyingdetectionisquickandintuitive,butthereisacertainrisk,anditiseasytoexpandthescopeoffailure,notrecommendedblindpowertestThefollowingareseveralcommonfaultanalysisforreference,faultphenomenon:closedswitchinaninstant,thetubesuddenlyflashing,andthenconnectthepowersupply,thetubewithoutanyresponse,byreplacementcheck,thelampisnormalTubeisnotbrightisthemostcommonphenomenon,therearemanyreasons,firstofallbyobservingthetubeisblackorreplacecheck,removethelampfailureThemosteasilyleadtothetubedoesnotlight,mainlyforthefollowingreasons:AThecapacitorCisbrokendownFromtheworkingprincipleofthehighvoltageseriesresonantresonantcircuitinCLC~Vwillproduceends,andmanufacturersinordertoreducethecost,thepressurevalueofCandthecapacityusuallygetslower,whenthemainsvoltagefluctuationwhentheswitchisclosedinstantlyinpowersupply,CundervoltagehighbreakdownshortcircuitBSwitchtransistorsTandTaredamagedInuse,unexpectedconditionssuchasoverflow,overpressure,overheating,andinterferenceareeasilyburnedIfTandTdamage,anditsrelatedperipheralcircuitanditsprotectioncircuitalsoneedtofocusoninvestigationCStarttheCandDBfaultsinthecircuitSuchasCseriousleakage,thevoltagecannotreachthetwowaytriggerdiodeDBvoltage,thecircuitcannotshakeInaddition,theDBopencircuitwillcausethecircuitnottooscillateBecauseofpositiveandnegativeresistanceDBarelarge,unabletodeterminewhetherthedamageresistancemeasurementatthistime,DBcanberemovedbyusingthemethodofmultimetertomeasuretheACvoltageofV,theDBisconnectedinseriesinthemeasurementcircuit,ifthemultimeterisstillACvoltagewouldsuggestatriggerdiodeisgoodotherwise,thatisopenAndThedifferenceinACvoltagebeforeandafteraccesstotheDBcanbeusedtoapproximatelyestimateitsturnonthresholdvoltageInadditiontotheaboveseveralreasons,therectifierdiodeD~DshortcircuitbreakdownandfiltercapacitorCandCseriousleakageorbreakdown,magneticringtransformerTrandchokeLdamage,RandRopenwillleadtothelampisnotbright,andisoftenaccompaniedbytrippingorburningfuse,noise,smokeso,accordingtotheactualsituationoffollowtheeasyfirstprincipleofexaminationWhentherectifierdiodeDtoDisobviouslyburnedout,thefaultcannotbesimplyreplacedTherewillbeotherfaultpointsingeneral,sothattherelevantcircuitneedstobecarefullychecked,otherwiseitwilleasilyleadtothetwoburnoutfaultphenomenon:afterclosingtheswitch,bothendsofthelampgloworred,themiddleisnotbrightThisisalsoacommonfault,mainlyduetotheseriousleakageorbreakdownofthecapacitorCWhentheresonancedoesnotproduceenoughhighpressure,themercuryvaporinthelamptubeisbrokenandilluminatedInaddition,theperformanceofthebidirectionaltriggerdiodeDBisworse,andthisfaultcanalsooccurfaultphenomenon:afterclosingtheswitch,thestartingspeedisslow,thelightisflashing,andthebrightnessisunstableFlashinglights,pinsshouldeliminatetherectifierdiodeD~D,triodeTandTdevicesareweldorsealingphenomenon,canberehoopedthenchecktherectifierdiodeD~Dwhetherthereisopencircuit,thebridgetypefullwaverectifieroutputintohalfwaverectifieroutputcapacitorCagain,Cisleakage,thecapacitanceissmaller,resultinginthechargedischargecurrentdecreasescausedbyflashlampInaddition,resistorssuchasR,R,R,Randotherresistancebecomelarger,capacitanceC,leakage,etc,alsoledtoslowstartofthetubeFromtheworkingprincipleoftheelectronicballast,itismainlythroughaseriesresonantinvertercircuitHzofelectricityisconvertedintohighfrequencypowermorethankHztothelighttube,T,T,Cisthecorecomponent,responsibleforalternatingoscillation,startingwork,highpressureandhightemperatureresistanceTheusuallyneedaovercurrent,overvoltageprotectioncircuitOnthemarket,someofthelowpriceelectronicballastsforcostconsiderations,oftensimplifiedorevenomittedtoprotectthecircuit,theuseofcheaptransistors,resistors,capacitorsandothercomponentsDuetocongenitaldeficiency,duetothedamageofindividualdevices,theentireelectronicballastwillbediscarded,evenifitisnotusedaftermaintenanceItwillcausewasteofresourcesandincreasethecostofenvironmentalprotectionsuggestionsforimprovementaresuggestedinthefollowingtwoaspects:AnecessaryprotectioncircuitisindispensableAstherectifierdiodeD~Dforovercurrentburned,ifcanincreasetheAinsuranceinD~DbeforethetubecanavoidmostofthedamagetheswitchingtransistorofTandTfordamagetocomponents,shouldpayattentiontotheovervoltageandoverheatingprotection,avoidlargeareadamagespreadtoperipheralcircuitInthedevelopmentofproducts,accordingtothecharacteristicsofChina'slowvoltagepowergriddesigndifferentseriesofproducts,inordertoadapttothespeciallightingneedsofindustrialandminingareasBUsegenuinetransistorsandcapacitorstoensureadequateresistancemarginThepressuresuchasimprovingtheresonantcapacitorCvalueoftoVorV,canreducetheprobabilityofcapacitorbreakdownvoltagefluctuationcausedbythetemperaturecharacteristicsandcapacitanceisnoteasytogenuinegood,canimprovethereliabilityofleakageInaddition,thedesignshouldpayattentiontotheplacementofcomponents,goodheatdissipationandantiinterferenceManufacturingshouldusequalitycomponents,ensuretheweldingprocess,reduceweld,sealingoffcausedbythefault,accordingtothedesignrequirementsofthereasonablevalueThisincreaseincostisnotlarge,butitcaneffectivelyextendthelifeofelectronicballasts,andachievearealsenseofgreenlighting
