manual before you install and use and keeping it properly.
2. To ensure that the product can work normally there should have
experienced technical person to install and operate, the process of
installation must be according to the user manual strictly.
3. The product should avoid contacting corrosive gas and moist
environment for a longterm.
4. Never put the product in the environment below: damp, rain,
exposure to the sun, serious dust, vibration, corrosion and strong
electromagnetic interference.
5. Don’t open the product to maintain all by yourself.

1. Introduction
This type of inverter is controlled by digital intelligence, and the core device is controlled
by the powerful microcontroller so that the peripheral circuit structure is easy, the method of
control and control strategy is flexible; the import power device to make sure outstanding
performance and stability of our inverter.
This type belong to pure sine wave series, relative to the square wave or modified sine
wave inverter, it has better take effect and load capacity. The inverter can power any type
inductive loads and other normal AC loads. No effect on the function and lifespan of refrigerator,
TV set and radio. At the same time, our inverter use high efficiency isolation transformer to
make it more efficient, lower no-load damage, little waveform distortion and cheaper, etc.

Overheating
protection
If interal temperature is higher than 65℃, inverter will cut off
output, and the buzzer alarm will sound 5 times.
Overload
protection
The output power is 120% higher than rated power, the inverter
buzzer will beeps for 10 seconds. And inverter will cut off
output.

The AC output happens short circuit, the inverter will cut off

3. Application
The inverter can change the current from DC to AC which stored in the battery, it can serve
as emergency power supply for communication, post and telecommunications, transportation and
the family, also used for car, boat electric energy, etc.

Make the switch up, the inverter start to operate, AC output begin to output current, make the
switch down, the inverter stops working.

④ Remote Switch interface
Turn on the Remote Switch, the inverter begin to work, AC output begin to output current. Turn it
off, the inverter stops working.
⑤ Green indicator light
When the green lights up, the inverter can operate normally.
⑥ Red indicator light
When the red lights up, the inverter can’t operate normally.
⑦ Airduct hole
Foreign body can’t cover the airduct hole when the inverter is operating.

5. Installation steps and cautions
(1) Please check before you open the case, if the case have obvious deformation, contact with the
supplier as soon as possible.
(2) Please ensure the switch is OFF before installation.
(3) Please connect the circuit like the picture blow when you install.
(4) Please connect the battery and binding post of the inverter with a less than 1 meter copper
conductor cable which according to the standard of 1000W power load 10 mm2. Though it
has reverse protection, forbid to reverse battery.
(5) Please connect the load with AC OUTPUT outlet which at the back board of inverter.

(6) Check the working condition of the whole system regularly.
(a) Check the connection of battery pack whether they are correct and firm.
(b) Whether the manually operated in accordance with the prescribed procedures.
(7) The inverter is forbid to connect the ac output with the municipal grids in any way, it is need to
separate wiring when using.
(8) The disconnected and broken battery pack is the major factor that cause inverter breakdown.
When in the process of charging, the disconnected battery pack will lead to unstable voltage, make
the system work disordered, easy to form low-voltage and over-voltage protection and damage the
inverter. Thus we advice you to check the voltage and connection of the battery every week, and
clean the rust stain on the positive and negative binding post timely, or you can use lead binding
post if the condition is appropriate.
(9) To ensure safety and normal use, the load should be increase gradually, and the power of
loaded electric equipment should not exceed the inverter’s continuous power.
(10) The inverter could load electric equipment blow: filament lamp, TV, VCD, refrigerator,
electric fan, electromotor, water pump and such average household appliances. When loading the
refrigerator, electromotor and water pump, please choose the inverter which the power is 3-4 times
more than their standard power. For example, if the refrigerator’s continuous power is 100W,
please choose the inverter which the power is 300W or above.
(11) Due to the TV, refrigerator, electromotor, and water pump have large surge power when they
start. Please close other electric equipment before they start and don’t start frequently.
(12) Please put the inverter indoor and the place which is not easy to contact and ventilated.
6. Operating environment
(1) The inverter should be used in a dry, clean and ventilated environment.
(2) Avoid direct sunlight, and exposure to the sun and rain, moisture, dust, a mist environment
when using.
(3) The position is 0.5M away from the battery.
(4) It is strictly prohibited to use in inflammable, explosive gas environment. And beware of flame
and spark.

(5) Environmental temperature is 0 ℃-40 ℃.
(6) Air relative humidity is not more than 85% (25 ℃ ± 5 ℃).
(7) Above 1000 meters place to use, the elevation 1000 meters per rise, the output power should
be reduced by 5%
