SOLUBILITY
HYDRAPOL® RP90 surfactant is soluble in water. It is soluble in glycol ethers, simple esters, alcohols,
simple ketones, fatty acid methyl esters, aromatic and chlorinated solvents and white paraffin oil. It also has
a degree of solubility in many vegetable and mineral oils.
USES
HYDRAPOL® RP90 surfactant is a versatile general purpose nonylphenol ethoxylate (NPE) free wetting and
penetrating agent, detergent and emulsifier. HYDRAPOL® RP90 surfactant may be combined with a variety
of anionic or nonionic co-surfactants to produce specialty emulsions. HYDRAPOL® RP90 surfactant is an
alternative to NPE’s in a wide variety of industrial and domestic cleaning formulations. It also finds
application in a broad range of industrial process aids. It is particularly useful in higher ionic strength and
higher temperature system conditions.
